Great Staff, I needed help and advice on products and they were very patient and answered all my questions.

I have been a Toll customer for many years and have always found the staff courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Although only a hobby welder, I am always treated with the same respect as their biggest users.1st class operation.

I went there this morning to purchase a 5lb CO2 tank for my aquarium and the whole process was great. The two guys at the counter were very friendly, patient, and helpful, listening and answering all of my dumb questions. I was very pleased with the tank and customer service and will be going back there for refills. Highly recommend this place!

I worked with Bryan at the Plymouth location. I had an oxygen regulator that was missing the turn handle. Instead of trying to immediately sell me a new one he went out of his way to find one and order it in. Unfortunately that still didnt do the trick. Even then he quoted me a new one but suggested I could have it rebuilt for less. As a business owner I really appreciate putting customers before profits. Thats exceptional customer service. Well done Bryan.

I go to Toll Gas to re-fill CO2 tanks for carbonating water. Ive always found them to be friendly and helpful. Their computer system is obviously set up to invoice large purchases so it takes about 3 minutes longer than a simple barcode transaction at a retail store. They seem to have a very thorough knowledge of their business, I actually enjoy going there to see what kinds of things are involved in the welding trade.

Customer service is OK, not the greatest. They did swap out a 20 cu. ft shielding gas tank that was only half full. I brought the tank back and they made good on the complaint and swapped out that tank for a full one for free. I just have them check the tanks now before I leave the store. They dont seem to like that but I dont care.

Terrible customer service, over charged our account for years, never offered to lease cylinders to save money. Still waiting to be refunded, have never received a call back after many phone calls to get my account fixed.

Dont go here if youre not a commercial user. Customer Service is terrible and misleading.I was told they fill propane tanks on the phone. When I arrived at the store I was then told they would only exchange propane tanks. According to the individual working there are only two types of propane tanks, Full and Empty. Ill take the extra 10 minute drive to Uhaul from now on.
