Extremely poor experience! Plymouth Granite installed black granite countertops in my kitchen two years ago. They never told me that this particular kind of black granite would be extremely prone to etching. Within weeks of installation, I had significant etched water spots all around my sink. When I asked for help, they were totally unresponsive. I have since had another granite company in to help me . . .and that company said that they would never recommend or install this particular kind of granite as kitchen countertops because they are so prone to etching and water spots. Would never recommend Plymouth Granite!!!!! Customer guidance and customer service was non-existent!!!!

Plymouth Marble & Granite is simply the Best Stone Fabricator.We all can agree that countertop is a critical part of the kitchen and bathroom design.Mr. Sen Tran through his extensive experience helped us from picking the stone, designing the counter top through the installation process.Yesterday, His crew of 5 including his father promptly delivered and installed: two bathroom vanities, one beverage center and three kitchen countertops including one 72x116 piece for the island.First of all I was so impressed on how they managed to bring the large countertop through the house without a hitch. They started together in installing the largest piece first and then they all scattered where everybody doing different tasks in completing the installation.They did it in about 2.5 hours including a quick lunch break.All the pieces fit per design and field verified measurements. I would highly recommend for you to make Plymouth Marble & Granite your last call for a stone fabricator. They have very competitive price, the technology to do the precise work, and very responsive in servicing the customer. They are simply the best.

We recently did an entire kitchen renovation as well as 2 bathrooms. We used Plymouth Marble and Granite for all of our counter tops. It was a long 4 month renovation, but it’s finally complete. Our kitchen is amazing! As well as our bathrooms. We went with sea pearl quartzite for the kitchen and quartz for the bathrooms. They are gorgeous! Sen and his crew did a fantastic job. Extremely nice to deal with, very knowledgeable. Sen was very patient with all my questions, and there were a lot! Sen has an amazing computer program which he shared with me to visualize where the cuts in the stone would be. We then worked together on the layout on the actual slabs. The whole process from start to installation was seamless. I would highly recommend Plymouth Marble and Granite.

Counters are pretty. Had an issue, but they did their best to make it right.

We have done several kitchen remodels and have always favored unique materials (soapstone, distressed finishes, etc), some of which have been difficult to work with or coordinate with flooring, backsplash tile and appliances. Our adventure with PM&G started with Michelle Collins, one of their designers and sales representatives. From start to finish, she expertly guided us through material selection and coordination, purchasing (including finding best pricing available) and acquisition of all ancillary items (sinks, faucets, etc). Several of the items we purchased were of limited availability according to my usual suppliers (particularly the backsplash tile and sink), but Michelle was able to secure all items in a timely and cost-conscious fashion. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and always responded in a timely fashion to our numerous questions. Now that our kitchen is done, we could not be happier with how the materials she helped us pick complement each other and fit our existing layout. They work so well with our existing cabinets, we have decided to put off painting the cabinets (at major savings to us).We were also very interested in the quality of fabrication and installation and we were immediately impressed with Sen Trans honesty and obvious skill set. He gave us a tour of his fabricating facilities and one could easily tell that he took a lot of pride in his work and was equipped with the latest in fabrication technology. His entire facility is clean and organized and speaks to the care he puts into each job. Sen was flexible in accommodating our tight schedule and kept us informed of various milestone dates along the way. He put a lot of thought into the layout of our quartzite counters so as to maximize use of the material and meet the needs of our kitchen layout. The final product is spectacular and something that we and our guests marvel at.All told, we were very impressed with PM&G and would not hesitate to use them in the future, nor to refer others to them. I have no idea how his pricing compares to others, but I do know that we felt that we were dealt with fairly, professionally and honestly and that the final product was worth every cent!
