The service from the staff in Cotswold Plymouth was absolutely excellent, their expertise was second to none.The 2 male members of staff couldnt do enough for me. They spent a significant amount of time trying to find the item of footwear and the bespoke insoles that i wanted to buy. When it was realised that the items that i wanted wasnt available in the Plymouth store i was given a great deal of information as well as the directions to be able to buy what I wanted from their Exeter branch. I will be able to be served by one of the members of staff from the Plymouth branch who will be expecting me.

Very wide range of jackets for men... From cheaper to quite a bit costly (berghaus, northface). Even the lower end offers seemed of reasonable quality. We were left alone for a good 20 minutes to try things out at our leisure.

Bought some Salomon boots. Really helpful salesman and brilliant manageress.They were more expensive than Millets but price matched.Cant praise them enough. Fantastic!

My daughter Erin needed a new pair of walking boots. We were served by Jess whose knowledge and thoroughness ensured that she came away with a pair of Scarpas that fit superbly. Her professionalism and pleasant attitude made shopping at Cotswold a very positive experience.

Normally like Cotswold, but this one wasnt worth the walk up the stairs. Not alot of stock for a heck of a lot of money.

Having had a personal purchase off the internet, which was incorrect/unlawfull, not with Cotswold Outdoor, i might add.I was required to supply some information to regain a full refund.Contacted the store and asked them if they could help. Having visited the store and explained the problem, the assistant manager was very helpfull and full of product knowledge. He also arranged to sort out and fax the details that we had been asked to supply. The service and knowledge was first class, will difinately use and recommend. Having learnt a lesson, it is better to buy from a local reputable dealer rather than from an online only company. Thank you very much for your help.
