Excellent customer service. Came out to the house and measured the windows I was replacing. The replacement windows fit perfect. Also ordered a shower door. Quick turnaround and great products.

I needed to pieces of glass for a window repair. Gave them the measurements and they had it ready in an hour! Also gave me a good deal on those 2 pieces!

Extremely poor customer service. Installers will more then likely damage half of your windows, leave marks on your walls and floors and leave your home smelling like cigarettes. When you call to complain about damaged products they tell you they didn’t do anything, refuse to lower their price and tell you they will come fix it but never do. Overall window quality is fairly poor as well. Definitely would recommend finding someone else to do your windows, because if you choose these guys you will definitely be disappointed and extremely frustrated when it’s all said and done.

We had an unfortunate experience with Precision. We had 3 windows replaced... a small one above the kitchen sink and 2 large ones in the basement. An employee came out to measure the windows, then we waited for 6 weeks before installation. The basement windows were too small so the installers hammered very visible nails from the window openings to the windows. The kitchen window leaked all around the top when we had the next rain.I called the company and explained. We were told that they would be out the next Monday. We havent heard from them since. Because we are selling the house I repaired the kitchen window.

This was the worse experience EVER!! They did the glass/glass door for our new shower. First they measured wrong and the glass was too small, so we had to wait for a week. Then they got that in and put the door in, but the rubber piece on the door had issues. Had to wait another week for that to get fixed. Wish they would have just left it!!! They took the door off layed it on our carpet, WTH! The guy they sent out should be fired. He didnt ask if it looked okay or anything. Just said it was done and left. We went to look at it. He used a framing hammer on the metal part of the door, seriously! There were two dents at the top of the door on each end and when you opened the door it wobbled SO BAD! Never did that before!! So we had them come out yet again! This time it was a week and a half. Still not happy with the door. It has a gap at the top which is uneven. The drip rail at the bottom is not tightly fastened! The other door had a pug at one end of the drip rail and when we asked about it the guy just says this one did come with the plug. OK. Do you order from a different company!?? NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL! I would never recommend them to anyone. There is NO WAY we are calling them to come fix anything! This is not the only bad thing I have seen them do. Our company had them put 9 doors on our building, nothing but problems with them. Maybe they shouldnt do doors!!

The installers from Precision Glass are great! They were perfectionists. I love my new windows and doors.

They are definitely not the most professional business. They guys who installed our windows are kinda rude and had an attitude. They also broke the frame of our window and had to order a patch for it which took them 3 months to get and come back to repair it, then I had an appt for them to repair the patch and they never showed up at the appt time. So I called and asked if they were still coming out to repair it and they said “sorry they should have called, they are running behind”. Ok so what time are they coming now? Almost 2 hours later than our original time and they show up 30 minutes late to that appt too. Basically, I’m never using this company again. There are way better business in Pocatello that care about their business and reputation that I can use.

Called Reagan to get a french door replaced for my home. They sent someone to look at it. They never called back. I called and talked to Reagan twice and said they were working on it and refused to give me a quote. Both major local glass contractors are terrible here. I had to call an out of town contractor to get the work done.

Great service
