I was thoroughly impressed with the service and care that I received from the Tint n Trim team. I went into the shop to get my front windows tinted and was treated very kind and courteous. I was able to drop my car off and pick it up the same day. Very excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Had the front windows of my truck tinted. I wasnt very happy with the outcome so I took it back to Chris. The film had a blue hue which I wasnt impressed with. Chris went above and beyond with removing the tint then applying a different tint brand that is true black/grey. I would recommend this family run business!

They do a great job

We called them, got a quote for my windshield, and made an appointment. We had to repeat my phone number twice to the girl who made the appointment. She said it was no problem to order the glass out of Salt Lake and it was nothing to send it back if it didnt work out. I asked to get the windshield that matched my current one with the Dodge logo in the corner. My husband took my truck to the appointment on a very icy morning on my last day off for the week, and the girl says, I called twice and left a message because Id have to order that one out of Denver. So instead of ordering the other windshield we discussed, which according to her wouldnt be an issue to send back, there was no windshield for them to install. They didnt even bother to order the one I requested so that it was on its way and we could remake the appointment. I had no missed calls or messages from them. My husband left upset. We decided to call and see what phone number they had. The girl on the phone said, Well, I called TWICE on Wednesday and then left a message, with an attitude like she was the one inconvenienced. We ask what phone number she had and it was off on the last digit. Im not sure how 0 sounds like 2, especially when we told her the number twice. We just told her we wouldnt be doing business there any more. If she had been more helpful and hadnt treated us with the attitude, we would have worked with them on the mistake. Everyone makes them. But to be treated like it was our fault that she didnt get my phone number right was unacceptable to me.

While the employees at Tint-N-Trim strive to make each customer encounter a pleasant experience, we do not and can not ask our office manager to tolerate a customers aggressive or inappropriate behavior. Unfortunately, we recently received negative feedback resulting from an experience such as this. Although we made every effort to be empathetic, apologize for a clerical error and be forthcoming with the potential customer, they left unhappy. My hood flew up on the freeway, shattering my windshield. Chris got us in the very next day for windshield replacement and the price was $50- $100 less than any other business we called. Great Service, Great Prices!

I got my windshield replaced here, and--what luck--a few days later got a chip in the window while driving on the freeway. I took it in and they fixed the chip for free. Great store, service, and prices.

Took them about 2 and 1/2 hours longer than they said it would just to get the vehicle in to do the windshield but otherwise seems to be a decent job

Chris and his team have replaced my 3rd windshield, and tinted my 2nd, in as many cars. I have nothing but good things to say. They were all returned to me on time, or earlier than promised, clean, and even though I have been there multiple times clear instructions on what to do, and not to do, to ensure that the product lasts the life of the car.Thank you Chris, you have earned a customer for life.
