People were nice. Loaded our truck quickly. Pulling to the back in a semi might be tricky for a new driver.

Going to LKQ is certainly hit or miss. There are times when it is easy I get what I need and I get on the road and then there are times when it is a complete headache and the staff is less than helpful. Typically they have what I need. The office workers could use a little help with their people skills.

They were knowledgeable about what I needed but they didnt have it.

Excellent service & have always done great finding what I needed. Decent prices. They said if my purchase didnt work to return and theyd fix it.

LKQ employees are extremely thorough, the part was ordered and i was able to pick it up the next day and at a re ssd onal priceI will continue using them when i need auto/truck parts.

First time buying very punctual in every way. Second time buying had to keep calling for part then about core refund. Kept me on back burner so to speak and after saying its refunded, I know they had just processed it with my call because my bank has never taken 8 business days for any transactions in 9 years. Probably wont be doing business with this company again. Dont like being lied to.

I represent ASAP Repair of Rupert Idaho. We have been a customer of LKQ of Eastern Idaho for years. Recently, we ordered a used engine from LKQ and they claimed that each cylinder was tested at 170 lbs of compression. We went ahead and trusted this claim and installed the engine, a 20 hour job and when we started the engine, we found one cylinder completely dead and the other 7 cylinders were tested at 140 lbs of compression. Clearly, this engine was not tested when it left their facility. They shipped us another engine, but when we asked to be reimbursed for the labor, they said there was nothing that could be done because we had not purchased the extended warranty and that is the risk you take when you buy a used engine. Why should we have to purchase an extended warranty to be covered on an engine that never worked in the first place? We understand the risk of installing used engines, because weve installed hundreds of used engines in the past. This is my warning to you: DO NOT take LKQs word for the condition of their parts. DO NOT install without testing your self because they will not work with you, even if you have been a loyal customer in the past.

No helpful at all, people at the desk once you walked in they seems like you are just annoying them because they gotta listen to you ! Problably for you that are sitting behind the desk, YOU SHOULD GO HOME and let someone that need to work give better customer service ! I will never even bother come to this LKQ or another one... seems like LKQ has too much business and power to care about new customers ! gladly they are not the only ones out there ! AWFULL SERVICE !

USED TO BE A GOOD PLACE TO GET USED AND AFTERMARKET PARTS FROM BUT LAST 6 MONTHS HAVE BEEN HORRIBLE. SHIPPED WRONG PARTS AND LONG DELAYS IN GETTING PARTS, ORDERED AND ECM AND RECIEVED A COOLING FAN AND WHEN CALLED TO TELL THEM THEY INSISTED WAS CORRECT PART !! ??? NOW THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE AND WHEN CALLED TO TALK WITH A SUPERVISOR WAS TOLD HE WOULD CALL ME BACK IN 15 MINUTES AND STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED CALL BACK. Update 11/27 received part today and is wrong ratio!!!

Accounting Dept is horrible everyone blames a different Dept to get refunds and why they were not processed for over a month you call and get a different story Everytime Ive even called the manager and it took. 3 seperate voicemails to get a call back weeks apart and he didnt care to help.

Friendly there a bit pricey but very helpful.

Best place for parts in pocatello the only downside is they are closed on the weekends

Rick Stinger is rude, didnt do his paperwork for my price quote and they knowingly sold me the wrong part for my car I told them a 01 and they sold me a 99 part and compared it to my original part and even said oh it wont fit.

I would not recommend this place for anyone looking for used tires, the tire are all over the place, not organized, way hard to find your size.
