If you throw a rock in Pocatello, youll find a car salesman. If you go to Subaru in Pocatello ID, youll find a professional named Skylar Carlson. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Skylar to find the right vehicle to meet our needs. Skylar was transparent, knowledgeable and friendly. We were never pushed or led astray. Skylar was honest and sold us with only integrity. He met our needs and then some. I dont know who Phil Meador is but dang it - give this man a raise.

My Subaru Outback had an issue related to the transmission/engine temperature on my way up to another city (coming from Utah). I spent the night in Pocatello so I could get it checked out in the morning. Kyleigh talked to me right away and got me in the system fast (almost no wait time), they put me in a loaner car so I wouldnt be further delayed in my work trip, and then they resolved the issue within a day!! They did a service tune up as well and it was altogether surprisingly affordable. 100/5 stars for me. They were a total Godsend and I have never experienced better care and a feeling of mutual trust at a car dealership in my life. Thanks, guys!!!

I bought a new car from them spent a ton of money josh the service manager wanted me to pay again for a clutch job gone wrong and he was very unprofessional about it. Its too bad i liked doing business there i was a long time customer and still would be if it wasnt for Joshs behavior.I tried to talk to the manager but never recieved a call back.

Phil Meador Subaru always provides great service for both our Outbacks. The waiting area is very comfortable and conducive for working. I always take my laptop and get quite a bunch done while my vehicles get serviced. They provide coffee and water while you wait. I appreciate the professional service and excellent atmosphere they provide.
