My favorite beauty supply store I prefer them over SalonCentric any day

I would give a zero if I could. They never have what you need, and they say they will order it in for you but never and I mean never do they actually get it in. I make the long trip to idaho falls or twin falls. Dont bother shopping here.

I would honestly give this 0 stars if I could. I went in and was not greeted. After about 15 minutes of getting what I needed I walked to the register where two employees were gossiping about another employee who had just left. The one is almost laying on the counter and looks up at me. Neither one said a thing so I said hi? And they said “oh did you need something?” Like I was interrupting their very important gossip to check out. I said yeah I’m ready to check out. Neither one said a thing until finally one of them said I guess I can help you here. It made me feel like I was inconveniencing them to actually ring me up. I handed her my card and was looking in my wallet for my debit card and she rudely said “HERE” while holding my card in her hand trying to hand it back to me. This is the second instance I’ve had like this. The employees are rude and can’t be interrupted during their gossip to help a customer. I feel very unwelcome here and it almost seems as though none of the employees want to actually work. Their conversations about their personal lives take priority in this store. I will honestly probably travel to Idaho Falls to get what I need next time because I don’t want to deal with the rude treatment I have received every time I set foot in this store. Very disappointed that this is the only cosmoprof around and there is no customer service training.

I go to Cosmoprof often and they NEVER have what I need, and if i ask about a product they seem like it is the end of the world to check if it is in the back or when they will get more. Even when I check out they always are so curt and rude! I will go to idaho falls or order online next time I need something.

It really is such a shame that this is the only Cosmoprof left in town. The employees always seem to be aggitated and rude. They like to follow customers around the store watching them all like a hawks, treating them like theives.. This experience makes for a very uncomfortable shopping trip.
