I went to another store a week ago and was promised certain things at a certain price. Went in this morning and was basically told those things didnt exist even though I have them written down by the salesman. Search Google for another mattress store here in Pocatello found mattress firm. The salesman was very polite and understanding of my situation he asked me what my budget was and I told him he went out of his way to get me into a new full size bed and a price range that I could afford. I am truly grateful to this young man it was a wonderful experience would highly recommend anybody whos looking for a mattress or new bed to give them a shout out. And again I say thank you to the young man who was the salesman on duty you did a wonderful job and I am truly grateful for all your help.

Great experience at mattress firm in Pocatello. I have bought two beds from here and recently went in for an adjustable frame. Every time I have left with a great deal and great customer service. We were shown all the options for a XL twin. Were able to lay on the beds to verify that it was what we were looking for. The sales associate was helpful and explained everything associated with the sale. It came with a 100 night trial period so if it doesnt meet our expectations it can be return or exchange.

Im on a budget being on disability mad my husband and I both have heart issues and need a bed that had a base to raise our heads and legs. Mattress Firm was competitive in there prices. I liked the time they took with us to help us pick the right mattress. The Associate worked at finding the best deal he could. In the end we did pay more than other mattress bids at other places, but we felt we got a better quality mattress then the other places.

The guys instantly showed us a bed on “sale” for $4,400. I was bothered that he even asked our budget if he was going to ignore it.Jacob respected it and added as much to the package as he could for our budget. I was impressed and felt like he gave us a deal on our bed and adjustable frame. Definitely would recommend this location!We should hopefully be getting our bed tomorrow. Excited to try it out!

I went into the Pocatello Mattress Firm yesterday and was greeted by Craig West. He said he was helping from another store, but he seemed to know everything very well. He asked for our budget and pointed us to three very nice beds that were exactly what we were looking for. He stayed and showed all of the features for the beds and helped us get the best choice for us. Craig was unbelievably helpful, genuine, and friendly the entire time. I could tell he was a real person and that he had our interests in mind, not just trying to sell us the most expensive bed. We had a very well thought out conversation while no one else was in the store. He made the experience welcoming and warm. I would rate this place higher than 5 stars if I could. We bought a twin mattress in the middle of March and paid the same day. They told us they needed to order it in they would call us in about 3 weeks once it arrived. The day came that we were supposed to receive our mattress and we didn’t get a call. The next day I called them and they told me that I had cancelled my order and they issued me a refund. Neither of those things occurred. So I was out money and no mattress. I keep having to call them to see what was going on, I never had someone call me back in a timely manner and I still don’t have my refund 4 days later. Very very poor customer service. We will never come back to mattress firm.

I was assisted by Greg at the Pocatello store on October 27, 2020. I had a lot of questions regarding adjustable bed frames for a California King and he was very patient as I went through the process of repeatedly trying out the different options. Greg made it easier for me to make the best choice for my needs. He also made every effort to find the closest and quickest availability for delivery. I have used Mattress Firm over the years - once for my mother who was in assisted living in Las Vegas and twice before at the Idaho Falls store. Once, after we had a new mattress for a few weeks, we had to exchange it for another that better served the needs of my husband. Mattress Firm was very good about accommodating us with that exchange. They stand by their word and make every effort to meet the needs of their customers.

I felt sorry for the guy he caught me at a bad time and didnt know what to do when I started to cry. Lol in all it was great

Taylor was very nice and professional. They were very educated and were able to reccomend the bed that best fit my needs. They also offered a special deal with free delivery!

We had the best experience at Matress Firm. We needed 2 beds for our daughters and we live and hour and a half away. We decided to stop here and look. We found a couple beds we liked, but the warehouse closed at 3 pm and we arrived about that time to the store. Not only did the manager Alec arrange a pickup at the warehouse, she worked with us on prices too. We saved $350!! We will definitely be using Matress Firm again!

😡WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! I went in tonight 9/6/20 to buy a foundation for a king mattress I saw in a Google search advertised for $125.99 labor day sale. The lady was SO ABRASIVE AND RUDE!!! Telling me I needed to buy 2 twins at 125 each. I said the ad showed one larg foundation and one price. She kept repeating herself. I expressed we were disappointed for the misleading ad. She was so aggressive in her tone and had NO interest in showing us anything, didnt even offer to. I asked for her name and she replied Im a manager with an eye roll.Well Manager I work in the service industry at a very popular restaurant. Word or mouth is very powerful in a small town.I am looking forward to sharing this terrible experience at Mattress Firm with locals.😡🤬😡🤬

I want to leave this review because my son pointed out a recent review put on here & I highly disagree with the gentlemans words. It was our third visit to this store when we finally purchased a bed. Alec was once again very patient with us. In our old age it sometimes takes us more time to make a decision. This young lady gave us almost 3 hours of her time and helped other people in their purchases. She looked very exhausted trying to keep up with multiple people coming in for a bed. Right before we finished up my wife and I learned that the young lady works the store 10-11 hours all by herself until Mattress Firm hires more employees. I only say to this Jeff character who left a nasty review-may you learn the weight of someone elses burdens before you judge their life. Maybe Mattress Firm should take better care of their employees, so they are not overloaded and run ragged. Thank you Alec for treating us so kindly and for all your hard work.

Alec was great to work with! She helped me figure out alot of things about my sleeping habits & reasons for different pains I wake up with. I had shopped around before I ended up there & I was shocked at her level of knowledge on the beds she was selling. Absolutely the worst place to go for a mattress. Stay away. Snakes and thieves. More like minus ten. Shanked me for 500.00. Said I returned it with a stain. Never took the plastic off, wanting to know if I liked it. Two days later I returned it, expecting my full refund. Alec has no problem stealing from you. I returned the bed the same as I received it. I possibly got a used bed from the get-go. Better get it all in writing, her word is worthless. I will never buy from this store and the corporate. Just a warning, good luck.

Do not spend your money here! It was the worst experience I have ever had before!!! My wife and I went in looking for a new queen bed and the manager alec made my wife and I extremely uncomfortable. She was pacing back and forth very rapidly, very jumpy and fidgety, and her eyes were sunken in.. Not sure if mattress firm drug tests its employees but they should!!!! She was rude, very irritable, moving around alot and could not sit still. She was clearly on something and we felt uncomfortable even trying out the beds she recommended. Mattress firm needs to do something about her what if we had brought our kids in??? Will be going to the post falls store from now on hopefully we can get a much better experience there! Weve heard about her recently around town but didnt believe it until we went in. Hopefully Mattress firm will get that woman out of there!

Alec was great! She made the shopping experience straight and to the point, was patient with my kids (more patient than me🙃) and even threw in some free pillows (great quality pillows, at that). This was our 2nd Matress Firm transaction within a couple of years and Id definitely do it again, if the need arose.

So we went in to price twin beds for bunk bed frame we bought. The sales lady DaLinda gave us prices, suggestions and just all out helpful. We decided to leave and talk about all the info we had just received. DaLinda helped us to instead of leaving overwhelmed, to end up with the 2 twin mattresses we loved and a king size pillow top with a free adjustable base. And to top it all off we are also receiving 2 king size pillows and sheets. We will all b sleeping super well.
