I am frustrated with Ace hardware. Pocatello I went there four or five times looking for a standard little gasket for a faucet every time I went they were out looking at all the gasket products it appears that 50% were out of stock the price he wanted was $0.79 each I bought a pack of 10 at Home Depot for $2.59 seems expensive went there today supposed to be open till 8:00 7:05 were closed see you tomorrow marvelous. Seems like pay the high high price or drive to Home Depot since they dont have much in stock Ill just drive to Home Depot tired of wasting my time here have a marvelous day

Ace hardware is an amazing place. It has so much stuff other than just a normal hardware it is fun to wonder and just look and I love there selection of dog 🐕 stuff from tie outs to toys. I also like there selection of shoes and clothes especially their leggings only ones I can get that actually fit me right. Thank you ace hardware.

The ace hardware side of thr business is on the smaller side with very narrow aisles, however they are able to fit a lot of product into a very small area. They also have the element outfitters which also has a second story and a large selection of items. Staff is friendly and more than happy to help you out!

My favorite store in Pocatello, Idaho has to be Ace Hardware. For the last many years, my Saturday morning, after getting my cup of coffee, has been stopping by Ace. Sometimes I purchase something (because they have everything), but mostly it’s just to see what they have new or are changing. They are always updating and bringing in interesting things. Camping, clothing, BBQ, screws, nuts, fishing, plumbing, wine, beer. If you need something when it comes to DIY or home repair, or anything, stop by ACE first. The people are overly friendly and willing to help. I love this place.

A normal ACE Hardware on one side and outdoor store on the other. Awesome place doesnt have the assortment of small nut and bolts like some other Aces, but their outdoor gear is top quality.

I like my Ace store and its employees, but managements/owners position of respectfully encouraging customers to wear a mask is simply not a strong enough policy in the time of a pandemic. Time for my Ace to buck up and require and enforce the wearing of masks in its store. Stop pandering to the minority and do the right thing for Pocatello.

The were the only place I could find a plastic 5-shelf storage unit. Everywhere else I looked was either out or didnt carry them. Unit was on sale, which was a plus and the young man that helped me was nice and polite.

You know this place continually amazes me! They have a lot of STUFF there! And so many of the staff REALLY knows their department AND are eager to help! Women that know hardware! I dont hesitate to ask them ANY questions! Check out their clothing and shoes! High quality! Competitive prices TOO! I highly recommend this place!

Beware!!! After reading the reviews of this Ace location, Im not the first one to have this issue. I’m so disappointed in how I was treated at this Pocatello location. I love ace/element I shop here regularly. I recently purchased a $200 coat, wore it for ONE day, realized it was too tight while getting in and out of the car. Went to exchange it with the receipt and they WOULD NOT exchange the coat from a small to a medium. Apparently because I had worn the coat, they wouldn’t accept the return. Well, how else would have I known the jacket was slightly too small with movement?! Do not recommend purchasing clothing from Ace Hardware at this location. If you find something you like purchase online, they will accept returns. The stores are individually owned and operated and the Ace company cannot assist with in store purchases. I will no longer support this location and will make sure my friends and family are aware of my experience.

I love this place

I love this place. Close to my house. I can go and get my fishing/hunting licenses and whatever I need for my yard in the same trip. I get all my soil and spider/earwig poison here. Ive put in for all my hunting draws for my wife and I here. Super convenient for us with knowledgeable help in all departments and kind cashiers. The prices for most gardening supplies are within my budget at the convenience of being at a close location for us.

Went to grab some rags for a job er were doing in pocatello . Was super shocked by everything there was in this store . It was like 3 stores in one hardware, drinks and beer, and outdoor sporting goods ..really liked it

They have most of what I need but prices are higher than other chains. Some of the staff can either ignore or annoy you. Depends on who is working. Checkout can be slow as the checker might answer a phone call and ignore the checkout. Has some outdoor sportsman items and clothing, but very limited selection.

This store deserves zero stars. Every time I walk into it I am ignored while others are served. My husband gets asked if he needs assistance, but I’m treated as though I’m invisible. The latest time this happened is October 4, 2019. I looked at every shoe twice and tried on displays in my size. No one offered assistance to me. Instead, another man and my husband, who was standing awaiting me, were offered help. I will never enter the Pocatello Ace Hardware again.

BEWARE before buying from this business! Incredibly misleading that nowhere on their website, item page, or sale checkout do they mention that all items are non-returnable. Im out almost $200 on waders that dont fit and when I contacted them about this being really shady business and asking if they would let me return them unused, no response.

I went there to purchase fishing lures. After speaking to several people at American Falls Reservoir the highly suggested that Ace was the best place to go. I was disappointed that their selection was very slim with most displays empty. Such was the case at Sportsmans Warehouse and Walmart. Maybe the internet is where I will go to get what I need - maybe!

Honestly the customer service is pretty bad. They have a weird way to look for shop lifters. I was followed up and down isles and when it became quite obvious Debbie was following me I asked her straight out. She admitted she was following me. It’s a shame that the customer service is like this as I spend thousands at ace every year, uggs, Merril’s, north face, Patagonia, yeti and Benjamin Moore are things I buy on the regular. I have been shopping here for 10 years. I often tell new people in town about the clothes selection. I like to support local, but they have gone too far, I have never been followed like this or treated so uncomfortably before. It didn’t used to be like this.
