The people there were very helpful when finding my kids shoes.

This is a terrible place to shop! I had a pair of shoes that I wanted to return because they hurt my feet and they said they wouldn’t because they were worn and you can’t even tell that they were worn! Never shop here again and I hope no one else does

Not the best selection, but the prices werent bad at all, staff was great.

A pretty good shoe store. I found the sandals I was looking for and the price was comparable to what I was seeing on Amazon.

Found a pair of shoes I liked but the last pair was a display item and was worn by many so the lady told me I can order online which I assume would be brand new, fresh from the box but when they arrived they were more worn then the ones in the store. Buying online didnt seem any different then getting them from the store, waste of time. If there going to be worn by a lot of people maybe they should dicount the items, especially durning Covid season.

They are just getting their childrens snow boots in so go get them! They have discounted adult boots limited sizes on discount until they get their new stock in! The staff was friendly and helpful and there are discounts if you sign up with them! Worth it! Prices are what you would expect at a shoe store.

Pricey. Went to the store next to it and got a pair of shoes for the kid. Paid $3 for them next door whereas shoe carnival wanted $30!

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes its great and the staff is wonderful and other days not so much. Their selection has gotten awful though. Its really sad

Very good customer service and quality shoes at good prices. I bought some shoes that turned out to give me sores on my ankles and it’s been past 60 days, they still let me return them and gave me the difference of some shoes I bought that had gone on sale for cheaper.

Appeartly went in when thier good and helpful employees werent working ( referencing those who gave this place 5 starts for service )😧When I went in the girls working there were talking bad about some customer that had been there..assuming it was a customer because they said she comes in alot . Also I never was asked if I needed help or anything . During my time there, they proceeded to to talk and were talking bad about a co worker that was late.When I was ready to check out there was no one at the cashiers counter until I said I was ready and the lady seemed annoyed like my business was bothersome or something. For sure NOT COMING BACK! Thanks girls. Getting paid to gossip!!!

Finding shoes in my size is always difficult. Especially ones that I like. I had to buy a half size smaller but its okay. I will make it work

They can have really good sales! Look online before you visit to see if there are deals (often the deals are in store too). They have quite the selection. Pretty good sized store.Ive had situations where Im asking an employee a question and they dont even listen to my question before they start responding... That is kind of off putting.

Im sure if I were female my review would be higher, but lets be honest there were only three rows on half the store with mens shoes (about 1/6th the store) and of those if youre looking for something besides Nike youre out of luck. The staff was nice which was their one selling point.

Someone marked shoes wrong and put them in clearence section amd lady made my wife pay full price. Most def thats the last time we spend our money there.

Helpful employees who know shoes. Name brand shoes that will last. Shoes are spendy but the bogo1/2off helps offset the price. Great clearence prices but clearance shoes do not count toward bogo.

Went in to buy boots on buy one get one, the sale wasnt what I expected. I did buy one pair, not happy.
