We went in about 5 months ago to get the grooms measurements and the best mans measurements for our wedding in June... 3/16/2020 we went in to the store and they had NO record of our rental needs for the wedding date!!! Good thing we went in because they are also closing the entire store so would of never got any tuxedos for our wedding date!!!! No wonder why they are closing.. If you can’t even keep track of rental needs you can’t stay in business!!! If I could of left no stars I would of!!!!!

Its a very good place to buy and rent suits. I bought two nice fited suits with them. You can either buy what is in the store or make an order with the measurements you want.I got my first order after 1 week and my second order delayed. Took a month and some weeks.

If I could leave 0 star I would, we went through these guys for our wedding and when we got everything home to try things on, none of the sizes were right and they didn’t give us the right color of vests. Even though everyone went in and were measured so that the sizes would be correct. We went in and told them they messed up our order and that nothing was right and they were not apologetic at all. They told us they would bring the right color and size down from the Idaho falls store and they we could pick everything up the day before the wedding. When we went back to pick up the corrected order then told us they didn’t have the color we wanted so they just picked a different color for us. They did not call or notify us they this was going to happen. We were not even offered an apology for the mess ups or a discount in the price for what had happened. I recommend they hire employees that know what they are doing an know how to run a business.

Terrible customer service. Went in and no one acknowledged our presence. One of the works was on a personal call talking super loud so all we could hear was her conversation. The other worker sat at the desk and played on her phone, not offering to help. I went to the front desk to ask for help finding my size and she would not get up to come help. All she said was they were aranged by style amd went back to playing on her phone. This occured on October 25, 2019 around 5:00 PM.

Had a great experience! Went through them for my prom dress and my dates tux. Loved their kind nature! Would recommend to everyone

Very nice people and willing to work with you. Also the price is pretty low and the selection for men (and I assume women as well) is pretty good with a larger warehouse close by in Idaho falls.

I was there with my sister while she was trying on dresses with my kids, after being there for a while I went and got a stroller from the mall to contain my two year old. Went to go back in to the store and the lady working there was very rude and told me I wasnt allowed to bring a mall stroller into the shop. It was to big and it would be an inconvenience and in the way. We ended up not buying a dress their because of she. Im not sure why you wouldnt allow someone to bring a stroller the mall provides into a store in the mall.

We rented 5 vests, only the vests, for my wedding. 4 of the 5 were measured in-store, and the 5th got measured elsewhere and called in the measurements because he lives out of state. The vests came in at 3pm the day I had to have them because we were getting married out of state and had traveling to do the next morning. The only vest that fit was the one that was measured at another place. All 4 that were measured there were way too small, so 4 of 5 men in the wedding had to wear theirs unbuttoned. I spoke to the manager when I returned them, and she said since I took them without having them tried on, she was sorry, but there was nothing they could do about it. So, I paid almost $200 for items that didnt fit. Horrible customer service, and obviously they dont know what theyre doing with measurements. I wouldnt recommend them for anything!

I will NEVER rent ANYTHING or buy here again.1. One of our groomsmens pants were ripped in the CROTCH when he got them!! I mean how do you miss that when the pants are supposed to be cleaned and pressed??2. Buttons were falling off the jackets, tuxedos, and pants THROUGHOUT the wedding. Luckily our wedding planner was able to sew a few back on, but some were lost due to the fact that we were outside.3. They never told us that the tuxedos were due back by a certain date, we left town for couple of days and were unable to retun them Monday, but we could have them back by Wednesday... I was told we were going to be charged even though they never said ANYTHING about a return date (which means their employees.were not doing their job)!! We would have made other arrangements to get them returned if we would have known..

Had an awesome experience at Laneige Bridal and Tux Now. Knowledgable and friendly staff. Got a great dress and they have tuxes for our wedding party also.

The lady working was kind of rude which was unfortunate because its probably the best dress store in Pocatello right now.

Love them! So friendly and helpful! And their gowns are to die for !!! Highly highly recommend !!!❤️

I got measured twice because it didnt fit the first time. It still doesnt fit.
