My ADT system panel was showing a battery issue. When I called ADT, they advised me I would need a new battery and that they would send a local technician to replace the battery at no charge. When the technician arrived, he wanted to charge me over $225 to replace the battery. A speaker call to ADT confirmed No Charge, but the technician was adamant. We sent him away with no work done.The ADT person on the phone walked me through the process of removing the battery and suggested I contact Zions Security Alarms to see if they had a new battery in stock. Not only did Zions have the battery, the cost of a new battery was minimal and they were able to send it out the same day. Installation of the new battery was simple and easily accomplished.But here is the kicker! About 4 days later, I received both a text and an email from Zions; asking if I had received the shipment and whether or not there was any issue.Quite honestly, that kind of follow up and professionalism seems to almost be a thing of the past. When I searched for a security system then read reviews for companies, I was surprised by the many negative comments that I read. I went with Zions Security Alarms based on more favorable statements. The Owner took his time explaining options and did not try to sell me services that I didnt request. His Office Manager was pleasant and efficient with scheduling the installation, and the Installer was courteous and effective at completing the task. My overall experience with this company was very positive, and I am pleased with my ADT security system.

Great experience. The owner Jake, spent more than 2 hours with me trying to help me figure out my alarm system during a home purchase transition. Knowing he would not get any money out of this consultation, he willingly helped me get my alarm up and running. Rarely have I seen this type of selflessness from a business owner. I definitely signed up for their monitoring service after this experience.

Zions is great. I ordered the wrong door and after talking to customer service I was given the info for the correct part and they refunded me for the wrong part I ordered, as well as half of the shipping. Would gladly do business with Zions again.

I needed a wall mount for my second ADT touch screen but didnt want to pay for ADT to come out and install something I could do myself. I was able to order the part from Zion and install myself super easy!
