We went to Cole Nissan & Kia just to look, not talk to anyone and were met by Joesph. He was not pushy At All! He helped answer the few questions I had which ended up turning into a lot more. It took me a couple days to really decide which car I liked but in the end he really left it up to me. Brian helped with the process as well and together were available to me in between the sale. I cant even express how non pushy, nice and helpful everyone was. Went into Pocatello Nissan Kia looking for the 2021 Kia Sorentos. We were met by Perry, Perry was one of if not the best salesman we have dealt with when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. He was not pushy and made the experience of purchasing a car easy. Also Craig and Garth in the finance department were also stellar. All these guys listened to what we needed and wanted for our trade-in and worked with us to get the payments we wanted. I will be doing business with Kia in Pocatello again as long as Perry, Craig and Garth are still working there. A+.
