Okay their selection is just okay and if you pay with a Pennys card you get a substantial discount (that you can turn around and pay off with a debit card), but the best thing is the little girl who checked us out was incredibly cute, very friendly and made me feel like I wasnt on the down side of the hill of life.

The staff were helpful, but my inquiries were met with you can have someone look that up online at the register. I really wanted to look for things in person - thats why I came to a physical store. They did not have a good selection of shoes and bras in less common sizes.

Took 3 kids to the salon there. 2 left with the worst hair cuts of their lives.

A little confusion with the sale items being mixed with non sale items. Other than that I cant complain.

I like the hair shop inside. Some of the jewelry is nice. I like some of their kitchen stuff and some of their bedding and their luggage. I think that getting a better more informed merchandiser if what people like in a multi cultural and multi generational and quite urbanized region. Theres a lot a monopoly assumes about an area because of stereotypes but most everyone likes the same things if they were raised on the same info. If you want to test that theory get in touch with Scholastic Books. They do a free book program for certain kids. You could donate books that will cater to them to test this theory and see what happens. Give it a full 30 to go full circle but it will only take five to fifteen to make a difference. Youll see changes by then or before. Im not sure if librarians have to release statistics for the popularity of the types of the books people read but if they do you can use that to your advantage. In the process. What subjects they like will clue you in on what to sell.

Saved all my covid coupons and went in today and they honored the expired ones which made my day. The store was super clean and the staff were great!

Know what youre going in for, I suppose. The chain overall is extremely overpriced for anything they sell, so if you can afford it, then great, you can buy some mediocre-to-great looking clothes, but if you dont have money to burn, Id steer very clear of JC Penny.

Shopping for khaki pants, selection was not great. Store was clean and comfortable for Shopping.

I love this store. The prices are great, and things go on sale regularly as they get phased out of being the promotional items. They have cute clothing for women. There is nice guy clothes. The baby selection isnt too big. The purses are nice. The changing rooms are always clean too. The lines are almost always empty for quick check out.

Its ok to shop there expect its high in prices on things your looking for.

This is a great store that has been a favorite for clothes and other things for a while, but after being treated poorly by one of the employees I am no longer going to recommend this place that was cool. Simply putting it, I do not want anyone else to be treated as bad as I was treated. Something needs to change.

I love JCP. It has been a longtime favorite clothing store. Its really fun because you never get to know what the prices are and you would never pay full price for anything. I generally just shop around and rarely buy anything. I buy all of my nice shirts from here though. Generally well priced, good fit, great quality.

It seemed a bit low staffed because it can take some time to get some help at the register. Also folded clothes were so unorganized you had to look thru all of them to find the right size. But has pretty good clothing options and clean place plus the staff that were there were nice.

Always friendly staff. Slow checkout, but that was due to the customers. Should probably have called someone to help with checkout as the line grew. I really like this store.

The staff was the best experience of shopping as t JC PENNYS. The clothes were great but it would be nice to see more dresses in size three, four and five with more styles...I had a great experience shopping for myself but it was a little more difficult to find a dress for my children niece. The staff was just superb!!!!

Was the best place(and only) to buy decent dress shoes in Chubbuck. A lot of sales events, they offered you a store card, which had much higher than average APR, but still got you the initial discount, especially if paid off fast enough. Now pricewise was never cheap as Walmart or Ross, but if you do not change your wardrobe very often you might notice that clothes from JCP last a bit longer.However, without the changing rooms older dude like me is better of with amazon.I know my sizes.

The store is old and run down. For the cost of the merchandise in this store, they should have better experience for customers especially the restrooms.

We do most of our clothes shopping at JCPenney. Most pd the time they have what you want or they will order the item for you. The one young lady named Getta is one of the most helpful and pleasant salespersons I have ever had the pleasure to have help me find my needs. I will shop there again.

JC is a good store for Pocatello area. About the only store worth visiting in pine ridge mall.

Had a terrible experience with employees and sales advertising on shelves. I even inquired with an employee as to whether the sale was correct or not. She assured me that it was still in effect. I got to the register and the employee told me the sale was not in effect, even though the sign on the shelf was still there. He was rude. I asked him to please remove the sign so that other customers didn’t come in and have the same bad experience. It’s false advertising. The employee smirked at me and turned to another employee at the register and began talking about me. I called the store TWICE from my vehicle in the parking lot and no one answered. I even called two different departments, Customer Service and Boys Clothing! Apparently, the prices aren’t really the prices, the store has no employees working in the Boys department (maybe THAT is why two employees were sitting on the floor chit chatting by the boys jeans and had no idea that there was false advertising on the shelves?), and no one works in the Customer Service Department. I will NEVER return to this store.

Penneys went through a bad patch of hiring some pretty pathetic employees a few years ago, but Ive recently noticed that their employees now seem to be much better (and dont appear to be on drugs). Super helpful, kind, and patient. It feels good to shop here again. Sometimes things can be a bit pricey, but if you catch them on a sale, it can be one of the better places to shop to get quality clothes for cheap. Just pay special attention to the exclusions on the sales.

I received a shirt as a Christmas gift. It was one size too small. They wouldnt exchange the shirt for the same size, even though all the tags were still on.

Due to Covid 19 the dressing rooms are closed. Its an inconvenience, but they do have a good return policy.

Very good selection of close with a nice discount section. They dont have a cologne/perfume area (Sephora) like most Penneys do.

When it comes to retail attitude is everything.I do know how to purchase on-line and nowadays most places offer free delivery so if I drive for 27 miles to get to an actual store it is because I want to do my shopping the good old fashion style,you know hand picking items,trying them on,making sure they fit.This store refuses to offer fitting rooms.No wonder they are going out of business.APR on store card is horrible.So are their hours.

Honestly a really good store!

I believe the quality of clothes they sell are pretty high however I only shop there when there is a sale going on for example I buy a lot of my button up shirts from JCPenneys, but I only buy them when they are on sale for buy one get one for a penny they do have some really good sales just you got to watch for them.
