I go there as much as I can, lately Ive been going to the photo center, they are very helpful, never act like they ccant be bothered, they help me set up my phone to take pictures off even how to crop a picture so unlike my others their heads arent missing or you dont even know what the picture is,their wonderfull, everyone in the store is, Thank You guys good job!!!
I have shopped here for years. I have always found it well stocked and the employees polite. My only grievance is that the candy counter is very attractive and very hard to resist for a dieter like me.
You’re store “manager” in the Pocatello, ID store on the corner of Yellowstone & Alameda is very rude!!!! He SHOULD NOT be in custom service. Each time I have come into contact with Danny Gallegos he has an attitude and is very rude. If he hates his job that much, he should quit!!!
I have been a customer at this Walgreens for a few years now and I have been happy with my experiences there. The other day I went in to pick up a photo. The woman at the counter, Vanessa, was so kind and helpful. Vanessa found my photo and got me checked out in about a minute. She even let me use their scissors and stapler while I was there. All of the employees I interacted with were so kind and efficient and I really appreciated it.
This place is always out of stuff. I try to order online but I always get out of product.. I go into the store and they dont ever have anything in stock still, you ask and they say they didnt get that items in.. I used the online order for the coupons and once its used and the store doesnt have anything the coupon cant be redeemed even when you didnt get that item.. Poor system they have..
Walgreens doesnt support veterans???? They refused to take champva insurance! Unbelievable! If you served in the military and became disabled you have champva insurance. Ive never heard of anyone refusing military insurance before. Thats un-American. All the major pharmacy companies take champva
This is by far the worst Walgreens I have ever been too! The staff is very rude and won’t you use the restroom after 9pm! Ridiculous! I was toldI couldn’t use the restroom and almost crapped my pants! There needs to be new management at this Walgreens they are highly unprofessional!
Its fine, just another Walgreens.
Horrible pharmacy and staff like Rehyna will be the reason people change pharmacies. She was unprofessional and rude when they have been out of a necessary seizure med for over 2 weeks now.
I had to give them one star. No other choices were available. We dropped off a prescription for our daughter who needed it for an emergency health problem. They said 15 minutes. We waited 50 minutes till we got back in the drive up window to see what was taking so long. They put their closed sign in the window when it was our turn. They wouldnt even look at us though we banged on the window. Same happened years ago with them when bringing our son home from the NICU in SLC. We waited over 2 hours with them constantly saying it was almost ready. Then they closed after our last check in with them. We had to try using them as they were the only pharmacy open in both situations.
I sat in the drive thru line for 32 minutes before I was helped. The time now is 4:42 pm. This is unacceptable service. I am not sure if their employees are competent at this point. When I got to the window I asked the gal what was the hold up? And that I had been waiting inline over 30 minutes? She then replied “sorry sometimes we get busy!” Uh, how about ask your other coworkers for help!!! Bad management skills and lack of training is evident. Again, another example of Pocatello’s terrible customer service. I will keep writing negative reviews until this place wakes up. So sad.
Watch out for this corrupted company. They will tell you what you can and cannot buy. They promote communism. Save America and void this company like they all have COVID-19.
I have been a customer ofWalgreens in Pocatello and Chubbuck for years. I have to say that the quality of the store in Pocatello hasbecome horrid in the past few years. I have ignored manyprescriptions mess ups and photo order mess ups buttoday after being treated so miserably and disrespected without any an apology after messing up my prescription. I had waited in line for 20 minutes, then I even had to call my doctor and thepharmacist even argued with her. They tried to make me go to the back of the line and wait again. This is a condensed version but the ignorant clerks and pharmacists on duty were rotten. I will never use Walgreens again BTW, they never did apologize for screwing up my prescription
The employees r AMAZING. Im a crazy couponer and they r always nice and friendly and patient even when it takes a little longer with me. The price r great. Love getting points back that I can use for purchases in the future. I shop here more just because of the employees.
I called them to ask them if they still had their sale going on from last week of the Hershey Chocolate 🍫 2 for $7 dollars 💵. And, the lady who answered just said yeah, I don’t think so if it was from last week it would’ve changed Sunday. Didn’t even bother to check. Meanwhile I was on the website checking and since she didn’t even bother to check I checked myself. And low and behold. The sale was still going. So I went to the store and guess what they sale was going on still. The only reason why I called is because I didn’t want to drive there and not be on sale. And, I wasn’t able to find the kind that I like (which is the mixed one with white chocolate). So I get up the cashier and I tell her, that I just called, and whoever I spoke to, misinformed me, and she didn’t even acknowledge my frustration or even apologize to me. Poor customer service. Idk if it was her that answered the phone maybe it was.
I got followed around Walgreens the other day because I have tattoos. People assume Ill shoplift. Then they saw my husband and son and backed off. Then, the other cashier accused my son of saying the f word. I immediately defended him and later asked him about it, and he was upset that someone thought he did something that he did not do(he is 6). They do have good sales on makeup. That is what I was there for.
They dont care about their customs. Wouldnt let a prescription for my husband be dropped off without a photo ID when he just had major surgery. I understand picking up but dropping off really. Then they said they could take 24 hrs to fill it. Hopefully they have a surgery and have to wait 24 hrs for pain meds. So heartless
The rest of the store feels like one big impulse purchase section placed between the pharmacy and the door. Its not the best place to shop for anything there, but if youre already stopping by the pharmacy, you might as well. The pharmacy staff is hard working but criminally understaffed, which is true of all Walgreens stores. At certain times of the month it can take them over an hour to fill a new prescription. If youre in a hurry, one of the independent pharmacies in town is a much better bet.
Trips to Walgreens have been pleasant experiences for me and my husband who live late night lives (graveyard shift), and out of the few places open at 3am this place has been our go-to spot. I wont lie, its a convenience store and the prices are as such, but they usually have regular sales most of the time and it helps quite a bit. Our only problem would be late-night dirty mens room. Of course that could be just an effect of few employees and lazy people who come in and dont know how to flush, but what we see is what we see. Other than that little fact, we have found the staff to be considerate and helpful.
The worst. Most of times they ring up a different price than posted. Your FSA card works sometimes and not others.
This place is starting to disappoint me with the bad service.
Pretty average Walgreens experience here. Ive had a couple hiccups with the online photo ordering but Im confident thats more an issue with their corporate software than this location specifically. Not worth docking a star, though, as theyre always great to rectify any issues like that. Most recently I went in late at night to get some medicine for our sick kid. The guy working there was immediately helpful and led me from the baby medicine section, back to the adult medicine section where they actually had the toddler stuff I was looking for. Very friendly and helpful, and honestly a rather uncommon experience for me in any Walgreens.
Yesterday my 16 yr old daughter had surgery, I stopped by Walgreens to have her pain med perscription filled, simply because it is closer to the house and I didnt want to leave her alone very long, the man at the counter young, tall, dark hair and glasses.. first tells me he needs her ID to fill it, I told him she is 16, and gave him mine, he accepted that, then he asks for insurance, I told him I would pay in cash, it was $9 dollars, he then tells me that a new law has passed in Idaho and he has to have insurance information and can NOT except cash!!!!! I told him to give me the perscription paper back, I will just go to Walmart, he tells me Walmart will not fill it either!!!! Can you believe that? Walmart filled it in 25 mins and never questioned me once.. I will never step foot in Walgreens again. What a bunch of lazy liars.
Twice the money on one item I bought and four times on the other item . third item was a push equal money but store brand versus name brand at another 24 hour store not far away .
Walgreens held on to my body while I exceeded possible physics I I love walgreens!
Okay service and decent(not competitive) pricing, service was average.
Horrible service! I will never trust this Walgreens or any Walgreens again! I was released late from the hospital after having major surgery on my abdomen. I had 2 prescriptions for pain meds that I was in dyer need of. First I was told that they do not take my insurance and then told that they cannot accommodate my needs because they did not have the dosage of the written prescription. I suffered through the night with an open abdomen in excruciating pain until Walmart opened the next morning! Needless to say I will make sure everyone I know is aware of the horrible experience I endured due to Walgreens false advertising!
I have a monthly prescription that I get filled here and I have never been and waited less than 10 minutes. Either its poorly staffed or no one knows what theyre doing.
This store has horrible wait times....sometimes over 2 hours just to get a prescription filled. They dont have many items in stock and they never call you to tell you....I am sick of waiting......forever....their drive thru wait is usually 30 min to an hour to help 3-4 cars...and then when you drop off a prescription (even after a midnight ER trip) they tell you there will be an hour wait. Im done with them, I have complained to management and corporate, and regional management....no-one cares, their just in it for the money....screw the customer....................
I wouldnt know how the inside looked, because we werent able to get in. It was still open, although late, and two workers were by the door. Both of them glared angrily at us, and one mouthed, Oh, no. We didnt feel welcome, obviously, so my significant other and I left. Ive worked around the holidays before, and this was very unprofessional.
Rx called in at 4:30. Rx in hand at 7:06. 2nd time through the the line
Ive had one prescription filled here. Not a fan of their pathetic feud with Blue Cross of Idaho.
Decent prices on prescriptions, take awhile to fill,
Pretty good store,always open
Make up, toys, gift wrap, candy, sun glasses and sunscreen, hats and flip flops, costume jewelry, perfumes...
My best place to deal with
RX called in at 15:00. Showed up at 17:00 told it would be 20 minutes. Left to return to work. Came back at 19:00 told it would be 5 minutes 30 minutes ago. Either the store is that busy or they need to revisit how they triage customers.
Who locks their restrooms? This Walgreens does. Maybe theyre trying to protect us from them...they arent that clean or nice. O.o
Chubbuck store: Like the store and employees. However, dont use them for passport pictures. Pictures were too small and had to have them retaken at the post office and paid less. Took them back and they refunded without question.
They’re so unbelievably slowly the pharmacy!!! Need to hire more staff
Not open 24 hours.
24 hour place!
Idk why there are so many bad reviews I’ve gotten my prescription here for a while and never had a problem. Got the covid vaccines here too and never had a problem. They’re busy very often so its easier to walk in than go through the drive thru.
