I always enjoy stopping at this Big lots when I make it to town! They have a huge store, all kinds of clearance which is all good. And they have everything from furniture, body and hair care, outdoor and indoor decorations, and food variety! I like the staff, they usually ask if I need help and are friendly. Id suggest swinging in and just looking around if anything!

Went shopping with daughter and granddaughter so 3 generation shopping. Daughter danced her way through the store. We were not looking for anything specific just shopping so granddaughter found bubble gum cigarettes and we were telling her that she is going to be ID for the cigarettes. The store staff never were upset with us by as we enjoyed shopping together. Even with one dancing her way down the aisles and the granddaughter getting 2 packs of cigarettes (bubble gum) and I found The 10 inch frying pan.

Curtains are low quality and dont fit windows. Airfryer outer pot is vented, doesnt contain grease properly. Could go on...

I stopped here to pick up a few things. I found what I was looking for but thought it was just a little more than I wanted to spend. I went to the store next door and found the same exact thing for nearly double the price. Needless to say I came back.

I will not be returning to or giving a cent of my money to this store!!!! Due to my health, I am unable to wear a mask (was told this would not be an issue) and havent had any issues until stopping by this store today! Extremely rude, hollered across the store in front of all of the customers that I needed to put a mask on to which I hollered back, once again in front of all the customers (to which none of this is any their business) that because of medical reasons I was unable to wear the masks. She informed me that I could put on a mask or I could leave the store..... 👍👍👍👍 You got it, I walked out and will not be walking back in, and i will make sure everyone i know, especially those with medical conditions inhibiting them from using masks, to steer clear of Big Lots and support the companies that deserve their business!!!!

Love to shop at Big Lots because they have great prices and lots of variety to choose from. Also the employees are very friendly and helpful. Dana helped us today and she was awesome!

I love Big Lots, but I moved to Iowa and we do not have one shame on you Big Lots for not coming to Iowa.

Really nice big lots. Went in at about 1:30 and there was hardly anyone in there. Both two associates I ran into were nice and helpful. They dont have diapers like the Idaho Falls one though.

Customer service was great. Not sure if its because its between holiday seasons or what, but store shelves were pretty empty and areas

Just a fun store to shop. They get new and different items in every week in addition to their regular stuff.Never know what you will be able to pick up at a decent price. All way from a mattress to dog treats.They now carry food items, best place to pick up Bear Creek soup mix for a couple of bucks less than any where else.

I have never had a bad experience here. Even though I dont always find something when I go, the stuff are always friendly and willing to help, even if they are understaffed at the time with lots to do. Prices are decent, product range is decent, but the staff and the unique seasonal items really make this store worth going to for me

I walk with a cane and so I dont want to walk very much. They were very helpful in directing me where to find things so I didnt have to search. While there I saw an item I was going to buy at another store but it was cheaper here. The aisles are wide enough for handicapped people. It was also one very clean.

Bought a couch here. Even bought the three year warranty for it. About six months go by and the stitching is coming apart at the seams. Of course the warranty doesnt cover the garbage actually falling apart. Dont waste your money on the furniture here, or the warranty.

Not a Big Lots fan in general. Havent been in one for a decade or more. Came to town on vacation and the son wanted to know what this store was. If all Big Lots were like this Id actually shop there. Clean, bright, well stocked, clearly marked, great clerks. The manager of this store has a lot to be proud of.

I like big lots. Friendly staff. I can get staples and new things. Check the expiration dates. Some items are less expensive because theyre expired.

Prices are affordable and employees are helpful. However, the credit card readers werent working, forcing me to leave the store and find a nearby ATM to get enough cash to make my purchases.

Went to the Pocatello ID store this afternoon and very few customers were wearing masks. When I inquired why they arent enforcing mask wearing I was told because there was one employee on duty not wearing one so they didnt feel like the could ask customers to comply.I wont be shopping at Big Lots if they cannot keep customers safe.

This place is worth a visit maybe once a year. They have really random inventory so you might snag something cool once and a while. Specifically, you can find household goods and outdoor deck things for ok prices.
