Yeah my first print was amazing, my second one they printed the wrong picture. I was not mad or anything I understand mistakes. But how they treated me?? Acted like I was wrong and that was the right picture. Now let’s get into how they treat employees:) owners talk a good game on helping you but in all honesty they will drop you the second you help them catch up or when it’s convenient for them. A LOT of people had good things to say and so did I until all that happened. The pay??? Not even anything you can make a living off of. They should close shop

We ordered t shirts for nursing home week! Not only were they really nice shirts the service was great and fast!

Wanted them to embroider our childrens Christmas stockings to match the other kids. We used the same company the first time because we wanted the color and font to match. We even brought the old stockings in as a guide. They embroidered a way smaller size font. When we asked about it they were annoyed. Now we have to buy new stockings. They didnt offer a refund or a way to make it right. Shame. Thought the customer service would be better.

Their pricing options are great, especially when youre ordering huge quantities. They do a great job at accommodating your order and getting you exactly what you need. I highly recommend them for local screen printing.

Showed up with a drawing of what I needed. I was quoted a price I felt was reasonable. I payed in full up front.When I arrived to pick it up it was a 1/4 of the size drawn out.I was told most people don’t draw to scale and I’d have to buy more vinyl if I wanted it fixed.I essentially bought the shirts twice.

II was in charge Of Buying Pocatello Indian T shirts for our Pocatello Class of 1978 class reunion, we needed about 400 nice shirts, we had looked on line at some large corporate printing companies that print high school Logo t-shirts etc and even purchased a couple to see the quality and compare costs. Then I called the High schools and asked where they got their printing done They all kept referring me Locally to Alston Ink on 245 north Main in Pocatello Idaho. So I went there to compare, and boy am I happy I did! First of all we were greeted by some of the nicest most knowledgeable and helpful people I have ever met when it comes to printing and clothing to be printed on. it was a joy to work with Stephanie and her crew. They guided us through everything including average sizes we would need for a Crowd etc. The quality of the shirts we picked were really nice and the price was half of what the corporate companies on line were charging and the shirts were nicer and the quality of the printing was much heavier and nicer, Our order was promised by a certain date and was actually a week early - Service with a smile - I would never do business with anyone else - a local shop with high standards who still take pride in what they do and sale .
