They are very selective in what they want to do. I dont know if our job was too small or complicated, but they turned us down for a fence job.

Buetts has done a number of fences for us and they always do amazing work. We have had some difficult areas to fence but with Les experience and his great crew they were able to not only make it work but make it look great too.

We bought our vinyl fence materials at Buetts Fence and were very pleased. They were friendly and courteous, and we were able to get everything we needed within a few weeks which was a surprise during the Covid-19 pandemic. They also charged a very reasonable price.

Only issue I truly had was not being able to cross retail hanging material up with some of theirs. The quality of their work for manufacturing a double gate for me was top notch, make no mistake. My original rating of 3 stars is because I use 3 to be neutral. Some view it as not so favorable a rating. I apologise. On a whole, we are very satisfied with the work we had Buetts perform.

Lee and his crew were amazing. They are very polite and efficient. I love my new fence and was happy they were able to install it in the middle of winter with snow on the ground. We did have some issues on where we were able to put the gate due to issues of sprinkler lines and cement already in the ground. They gave me options and did what I asked, even though they had to dig a hole, fill the hole back up and re dig the hole somewhere else to run into another problem in the ground to redo it again. They were professional and kept me informed the whole time. With all the issues they did bust a sprinkler head but replaced it for me right away. I also have an uneven yard and they did things to make it look even. The price was very reasonable and would highly recommend this company. Thank you all for your hard work!!!

The price was reasonable and the quality is amazing! What set them apart is that they’re old school. They’re always on time, they have a great crew that’s very quick and efficient and they use very high quality parts. We have a 1/3 of an acre lot and it was fenced in 2 days. Lee stands by his word and is very honest and reliable. All of these qualities are near impossible to find around the Pocatello area nowadays when seeking out contractors.

I am a widow and was worried about dealing with contractors because of a bad experience I had with one in the past (not a fencing one). Lee was awesome. The absolute best choice for fencing in Pocatello. Honest, motivated, cost conscious and capable. I cant say enough good things about them. They under promise and over perform. The only con is that they are extremely busy (sign of a good business), so you need to plan your project early, be patient, and you will definitely be happy with the final result.

Theres not a better fence contractor around. I have dealt with Buetts Fence as a customer, and couldnt ask for better professionalism, and a great product. I have worked with them on projects, being a contractor myself. I have been on a lot of projects over the last 15 years, and Buetts Fence has always come through with their promises, and have been fair with their prices. This has not been my experience with a lot of the other fence contractors.......Use Buetts.

Primarily installed two 6 fence gates and a very small solid length fence. However, for one I believe they are overpriced ($1120.00), but living in the Pocatello area, it was hard to get another company out to give a bid. So I had Bruett install the gate and I did agree to the price prior to installation. So the price is what it is; I paid too much, but that is on me. My recommendation to others is get a few bids if you can.However, now that winter has come, I ask why in the world they would install the fence almost totally flush with the ground (maybe a 1/4 clearance)? Since they do this for a living in this area, have they ever heard about snow, ice, etc., and how that affects the bottom clearance of the fence? Sure it worked great when they installed it, but come winter it didnt take a brain surgeon to know it needed a lot more clearance on the bottom.I just had to spend thirty minutes adjusting one gate to get the clearance to open it. Had to raise the gate approx. 1.5 inches and it is not fun. I will have to raise the other side come spring; however, I dont use that gate at this time. So it can stay frozen into the ground.Is it well built? Its ok. The owner bragged about the great design, but you can find the same type of metal frames at Home Depot and/or Lowes that will do the same basic job. He did use 5/8 thick (I believe) cedar and it looks very good.It is good looking and better last for a long time. Im just mad cause of the door adjustment and how they attached the brackets to the gate (put a self taping metal screw through the bracket ring into the steel post). Ill get over it, but I can say I will NEVER use Bruett again.Cause the gates appear to be well made and it does look good, I gave it at least three stars. BUT NEVER AGAIN!
