They returned my call and scheduled a timely appointment around my schedule to replace a broken spring. The guy arrived early and was out of here really fast. Im very pleased.

Cade is a complete badass. Hes been sent over twice, the first time to level the door, which he did where he also found a badly frayed cable.Came back, replaced the cable, record time. Both times... super professional and personable. He thoroughly explained what caused the issues, then proceeded to use very simple tools in atypical and ingenious way to fix something Ive been puzzling over for hours. Like any other professor that could win a bar fight, he should probably work for Space-X,

I asked to have someone come look at my garage door because it wont open. The lady asked me if I pushed the button to open it. Then continued to be rude and condescending when asking questions I couldnt answer. I just bought my home a month ago, and am unfamiliar with how they work. I would not recommend this business. They have very poor customer service.

Quality Overhead Door is an amazing company, I was having issues with my garage door it would always get stuck halfway and was very tuff to put back up and down. So I called Quality Overhead Door and they were so nice and understanding over the phone and they sent one of there guys over to come and fix it! They showed up at a very reasonable time and were very nice and courteous, they fixed my garage door and explained to me why it was getting stuck and how they fixed the problem! I had quality install my large shop door several years ago they did a fine job. I have since had 3 interactions with this company each with worse results than the last.1. Last fall I bent the bottom panel of the door by hitting it with a trailer called Tanner out for service and an estimate and to install a radio receiver to allow opening from a vehicle. He is knowledgable and experienced and provided sound advice and said he would talk with the office and get back to me with a quote he even adjusted the travel on my home door while at my place for free. That quote or a returned phone call never came.2. Last month the spring on my home door broke so I again called Tanner. He tells me it happens all the time and its about $50-75 to fix and somebody will be there tomorrow to fix it. Tomorrow comes and goes with my door still broke so I called again. Same answer we will send a guy tomorrow. This time the guy shows up and does a nice job. I have the guy check out my shop door while he was at my place to ask about the repairs from last fall. The bill shows up for the spring and its $130 nearly double the high end of the estimate.3. Receiver install and door seal repair. The office estimate couldnt tell me how long it would take to replace the seal on the bottom of the door. She said all I can say is it will take 2 guys and we charge $65/hr per man. I asked how long would it take? She said I cant know how long it will take them maybe up to 3 hours. So to replace the seal would cost between $200 and $700 so I passed on the seal repair but said Ill still install a radio receiver. The tech called 15 minutes after he was scheduled to be here and said he would arrive in 20 minutes. He the set up to start installing the receiver from on top of a ladder on top of his truck. He made at least 2 phone calls while up there asking somebody how to do his job. He was constantly talking and cussing under his breath. He even asked if it was me making the garage door move while he was working on it. He finally finished and drilled a hole straight in the front of the opener. It then took the better part of 10 minutes to program the 1st remote. I asked for a second remote to be programmed and the factory installed vehicle openers. He again called his boss asking how and said we cant do that die to liability. The entire install looks terrible. I understand people dont install garage openers for their looks but when I hire a professional I expect and pay for professional results. The only thing in the photo thats new is the silver liftmaster part and it took nearly 2 hours at $65/hr plus parts. The door wont even open with the remote from outside of the garage. Whats the point?

Great company to work with us! The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. Now that my springs are replaced, and the wires and brackets were adjusted as needed, my garage door works even better than when it was first installed 13 years ago. I was very happy that they were able to provide same-day service despite having several out-of-town appointments. The office staff is also very friendly and great to work with. Recommended!

I have personally worked with the owner, Tanner Christensen, on multiple projects outside of his company as well. He is one of the hardest workers I know, cares a lot about doing the job right, is one of the funniest guys I know which makes working with him fun, and he makes it a priority to show that he truly cares about the people he works with and the people he works for. Best customer service we have ever had! Our garage door’s spring broke late last night and we couldn’t get it pried open! These guys arrived as soon as we called and had it fixed immediately and had the greatest customer service! If we ever have any more problems these guys will be our first call!

These guys know what their doing. They are fast, efficient and legitimately care about their customers. The owner personally came to my house to help setup some garage opener equipment and did a great job. They have reasonable installation costs as well, and can order just about anything. Several members of my family have used them in their homes and new construction over the years.

Our garage doors torsion spring broke on Thursday night of the solar eclipse weekend. I called the office as soon as it happened, thinking that there was a good chance I was stuck in my garage until Tuesday of the next week. The next morning Matt called and was at our house by 11:00 and got our door fixed in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend these guys to anyone and will be doing business with them again.

Ordered a 6’6”X8’ plain white door that cost $480. I was under the impression that I was being quoted for an insulated door but it ended up being a non insulated door when I picked it up. It took a week for the door to be shipped and after I picked it up and measured it, it was the wrong size of door. It then took another week for them to get the correct size of panels shipped again. When the new panels came in and I was finally able to assemble the door, I discovered that there was no pulleys and the cables were also the wrong size. Tanner did bring the correct pulleys and cables after I called and explained what happened a third time but after all of this there was no apology for any of these inconveniences on my behalf. I don’t know if this was just a one time, bad series of events, but it was not a good experience for me and my family.
