I paid for my order upfront in October of 2019. In June of 2020, I was still messaging them asking when they will finish up the job. I have called and left messages, and they dont answer for weeks. I have had to call them back to fix paint, install the counter top correctly, and just finish the job that they were paid for. I have had the cabinets in for less than a year and the paint is chipping in multiple spots. Their employee that paints the cabinets told me the paint they use isnt made to get wet. I have done alot of painting in my life, and have never had the problems I have had with these cabinets and paint. The paint I used in my pantry with hasnt chipped and washed up much better, and gets used much more often. Superior Cabinets and Granites product is terrible, and the customer service is even worse. Ive been told they take on more jobs than they can handle, and their lack of quality is the result. Owner is making money, so that is all that matters. I wish I had never done business with them. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. This place would be out of business if there wasnt high demand right now.

Avoid if possible. No communication, the cabinets were the wrong color, wrong size and 3 months later we are still waiting for them to finish. The color and dimensions were all written on the work ordered but not followed. Wish we had gone somewhere else for our cabinets.
