Beat spa place around! Friendliest and by far the most competent staff around! I know everytine I stop here that I will get my questions answered and walk away with confidence! Love this place!

These guys are great! I didnt get my Spa from them, but they continue to take good care of my spa. Theyre always kind enough to help me with any questions, and help me to get back on track with my spa if i ever need it!!

Buying our hot tub was made so easy by all of the staff. Plus they answered all if out questions.

We just happened to stop by on our way back to Idaho Falls, to grab some hot tub supplies. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful, no pressure. The supplies cost a lot less than we had been paying and he set us up with a very simple and cost effective plan. Since then our spa water has been easy to maintain and crystal clear. We will definitely make the trip back to Pocatello to visit them again!

I was looking for parts for an above ground pool but they dont have have things for those.

Was told a price for maintenance items and charged a higher price when we paid.

Hunter did an amazing job teaching us how to use our chemicals and upkeep on our spa. Hunter was extremely friendly and professional. He far exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We highly recommend this company. The entire staff at Mastercraft Pool and Spa is very friendly.

Best pool and spa place in Eastern Idaho! Friendly and professional employees. Very knowledgeable. Every interaction has been positive. I have an old tub and they always help me keep it going even though it wasnt purchased through them. When I do buy a new tub, I know exactly where I will go.

This is my favorite place for all things hot tub! Chad and his crew are always welcoming and even though my husband bought our tub from another dealer, Chad is able to get whatever I need to take care of it, and at as low or lower a price than the other dealer. I have been able,to get everything for my Jacuzzi right there at Mastercraft, with pleasant folks to wait on me. I have recommended them to all my friends and do to you too.

I give Mastercraft Pools & Spas my best recommend. After the struggles of building our new house we learned that it can be challenging to find the quality building crews now in Idaho. I wish my house would have been built with the high standards Mastercraft company build their pools. My building construction mangers were the best. Thanks to their crew they are the best. No building process is without some problems and therefore you have to have the best people with you to solve those issues. You can trust them. Thank you!

I have ordered a circuit board from them twice now in a year. Both times I have waited over a week. when i was told it was only going to take a couple days. Then i get excuses that it is on back order.Both times.... But they do not have the respect or professionalism to let me know. I tell them its ridiculous.and that to be professional to let a customer know that the parts arent there and are on back order. Not just keep me hanging.. They proceed to tell me they don t need my business and not talk to them that way.Issues happen and things come up. But to not inform a customer of what is going on. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

So exited to finally have a beautiful spa in my back yard!!! MasterCrafts showroom made it easy to look at all the different models and options, for all budgets. We had to go with the economy hot tub because of my husband, but all the different options they have available made it hard to make up my mind. I wish I was soaking in the rolls Royce pearl white one!!! maybe one day after my husband is dead......

This is by far the best pool service out there. Great communicator and pool is always perfect. Never does anything if not asked first. You wont be disappointed.
