I took my machine there and brought the power cord They misplaced it but they gave another and drove it to me but it was not my power this one was older and used. Just dont bring any extra items with your machine. They can work on it without the power cord or any accessories. 5 stars for David for driving to Blackfoot and bringing me a cord.

Jones sewing Vac is an outstanding company. Ive dealt with them for many years. I moved to Vegas about five years ago and Bought a machine down here. It needed to be cleaned I didnt want to take it to a local dealer here. because I had not seen very good reviews on them. So I took my machine to Idaho to Joneses where I knew they would take good care of me. Which my machine ended up having some problems but the technician took the time to fix it and fix it right.If you have need of a sewing machine or a vacuum this is a company that stands behind their product and they always have wonderful customer service.And thats coming from someone willing to drive 600 miles for good customer service.Thank youCarol

I cant say enough good about this business. Fast, friendly and efficient. The repair department is fast, and the sewing department is excellent with the best prices for quality quilting fabric in town! The sewing department has classes going on almost every day. Some are free! Love them.

I have taken classes from Tracy what a lot of fun and great learning we had. Love the way she makes learning interesting. Also you will not find a better selection of beautiful lower priced fabric in all of Pocatello. The people that work there are great and helpful. This is a wonderful place to shop.

A HUGE SHOUT OUT to this wonderful local Jones Sew and Vac! I bought a vacuum cleaner there 6 yrs ago. I havent had one issue with it in those years and I have been very happy with my purchase. It is the best vacuum i ever bought! Then, yesterday, the brush went out. (I use it daily, so I wasnt surprised.) When I took it in, I was told that, although it is not covered in the 10 yr warranty, they will fix it free of charge! So, thank you for not just selling me a vacuum cleaner! Your service and loyalty will bring me back, time and again!

It was amazing! We needed a carpet shampooer asap. We called the night before and picked it up the next day. The staff was very professional and easy to talk to. They also repaired a vacuum quickly and cheaply. They rock!

I just went in yesterday because my sewing machine kept getting jammed up in the bobbin case. I tried everything I knew how, but I had to take it in. The staff at Jones Sew & Vac were friendly and warm and helpful. It was Ray who helped me fix my vacuum right then and there. He was so kind and carried my machine for me to and from my car since I was carrying a toddler. He took 15 minutes or so to look at different bobbin cases, but in the end he adjusted the bobbin tension for me till my machine worked again! When I asked him how much I owed him, he said nothing. I asked him if I could give him a tip, and he said no. I told him I would leave him a glowing review on Google! Thank you so much for the help!

A few months ago my Kirby vacuum broke. I needed a new vacuum asap and so off I went in search of a new vacuum. I went to Jones sew & vac where they showed me the Riccar retriever and never have I had a vacuum clean as well as it does! I recently had the vacuum clog and I needed it fixed quickly! They got me in that day and had it fixed within an hour! If you need a new vacuum this is the place to go!

Brought my Shark vacuum cleaner in to be serviced and both the owner and the service people were very roud to me and pretty much said that my vacuum cleaner is just a throw away machine they also made me feel disrespected because they owner and the repair person was very roud about my machine and stated that shark did not make parts but when i called shark i found out that that was not the case they did make every part for my vacuum. they also told me that the vacuums purchased at places like Walmart and target and places like them only had cheap th ow away machine and said if i wanted mine to last more thann a year to buy a riccar and then they took my shark and put it up against there most expensive machine and showed me how bad my machine was in there opinion i would not recomned you buy from these people they are very roud and disrespectful i have also taken my singer sewing machine in the store and they were also roud to me about that and told me that my machine was junk and that i needed to throw it away and buy a more expansive machine like a nice brother or a pfaff. my grandson has taken in his hoover and bissel vacuums in to the store a couple times as well and they are very roud to him they tear everything that he buys and that i buy that we can afford down and raise there products up on a pedestal i highly do not recommend them if you want a nice place to purchase a good Quilty vacuum go to don asslets or bradys in Idaho falls or from bosie at Idaho s sewing and vacuum. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT RUDE INCONSIDERATE SERVICE.

I took my riccar in for a new handle and they were very good to tell me that it would not be the same color and had to order it and I took it home and they will call me when it get in which I was glad not to be with out a vacuum

My sewing students complain because after a complete machine tune-up machines still dont work, and when they are brought back they are told, This is a new problem so the warranty doesnt cover it. Also, repairs are often not done in a timely manner even when students have brought them in long before they need them and been promised the machines back by a certain date. Myself, I asked about Pfaff machines that can be used overseas with 50 Hz/220 V power. The man in the repair section didnt appear to understand what I was talking about (scary for someone who repairs electrical and electronic equipment) and finally said, We carry every Pfaff machine made, so just look at them. Since they only had a few models, I knew this was untrue, and just left. The other sewing machine shops in Pocatello have much better reputations and far more knowledgeable help.

Last week I reluctantly took my beloved 8 year of Riccar vacuum in for a tune up. I had put this wonderful machine through the ringer and it showed. The kind staff at Jones Sew & Vac were very willing to put humpty dumpty back together again and had all the parts I needed in stock. Then they showed my the latest and greatest Riccar from their 2015 series. It was on sale as the 2016 would be arriving soon. I made the leap and purchased a new vacuum.Is it possible to love a vacuum? I think so! So many amazing new features but my two favorites are the tool extension that allows me to vacuum my stairs without lifting the vacuum. The other is the tool to remove animal hair from furniture. With 2 dogs and 3 cats I have tried everything. This is without question the BEST hair removal attachment I have every used!You can purchase a vacuum anywhere, Walmart, Freddies. But when you need it repaired do you really want to deal with sending it in, dealing with the warranty, etc? BUY LOCAL! They stand behind what they sell and are great folks to boot!!
