I love the place where I live the only thing I disagree with is not being able to have other animals but otherwise I love it

Well kept landscaping out side of each of the individual homes. Very impressed at how clean the yards are kept from when I lived there many years ago.

Crooks. I wouldnt trust Brett the manager as he has no athority to back anything he says. Make sure you get everything in writing from coorperate and expect lots of dishonesty. Not a place I would recomend for anyone to live.

We asked if we could put a pool up before we bought it . A month later, after 400 bucks spent, they inform the entire community that they decided (in the middle of summer)that they no longer are allowing pools.

They are kind and helped me when I needed help.

The trailer park is always congested with kids and cars parked very close together but good family atmosphere.

I have rented from here and it was horrible. Before anyone decides to go here consider that they call them rent to own. This is so that they make you responsible for all maintenance including appliances. But yet it is not an option to rent to own until after 5 years and after five years they only credit you with $5000 to go towards buying. They also will raise your rent $20 every so often. They try to say it because of raising for economy but yet once you leave they change the price to the original price. I had lived there for two years and when I moved in I informed them that the dishwasher did not work from the get go and stairs going inside were falling apart. But mean they had got me in the door that was all my problem so when i left i was charged for this. Well they kept my deposit and said that they could have went after me for it. Also I mowed my lawn every week but one day as I was in the middle of mowing my lawn and heard a weed waker up front. So when I went up there I saw that some one had came and real quickly hacked up the grass. The next month I had an additional cost for them to mow my lawn.SLUM LORD STAY AWAY FROM HERE AT ALL COST.

My only issue is, that if you buy a trailer from them, you can never move it. So you pay high rent and then space rent forever

No more than youd expect from a mobile home park, except the speed bumps that hit the bottom of your car... even going through at 2-3 miles an hour can be painful depending on what you drive.

Where my son lives

A really nice family park. Lots of things for the kids to do, clean and well managed. Management is good to work with. Bus stop for the kids. My family has never had a problem here, but we pay our rent on time and we follow the rules. There is a big park for the kids to play in. The homes are newer and our neighbors are sweet.

Lived here for 5 years. Nice place. Nice homes. Play ground for my kids and grandkids. Never had a problem. Would recommend to anyone that wants to live in a nice park.

One of the best places to live! The manager is actually very easy to talk to and work with. He is straight to the point and blunt which is admirable. If you want to follow the rules and treat others how you wanna be treated, its a great place.

One star because I have to give this place one star to leave a review. Management is horrible. We had a home in this park for six months. Management does nothing, but ride around on a golf cart avoiding tenant issues. They are never in the office to answer the phone, they never returns phone calls and if you have an issue forget about it! There is favorite tenants that can do whatever they want, management gets to pick and choose what issues they want to resolve and for who they want to resolve them. The drugs, drinking and yelling is out of control in the park. If you are a female, the park manager has no issue, what so ever, getting right in your face and yelling at you, or choosing to speak to a male over you. Management and maintenance have no issues screaming at small children for being on the grass while the sprinklers are running in the summer. In the six months we were there, we had two times that a police report needed to be filed. One for a neighbor coming into my driveway and aiming a slingshot at my sons face and one for a neighbor threatening gun violence right outside of our house. After my children started being physically hurt by neighbor children and management refused to make the other tenants stay out of my yard and hold the tenants accountable for not following park rules we had enough. Not one time did I receive a call back from management when I called to report a problem. I am sure this place could be nice if all tenants were treated the same, all tenants were made to follow the rules that are printed in the lease and if management would do their job. The park needs to be less about the money and more about making sure the park not only looked nice, but was filled with decent people. Overall, horrible experience for our whole family and moving back to our previous home was the best choice we could have made.

Do not move here. The rent to own in 10 years is a total scam. Management is terrible and dosnt care. It says 695 a month but after all bills and fees you will be over 815 a month. If you value your money and sanity you will not move here. Plus. If anything breaks or goes wrong its in your contract that you have to pay to fix it. Biggest scam ive ever seen. And somehow they get away with it. Its just criminal.

Do not try and even buy or rent in this trailer park the management is crooked he will threaten and harass who he does not like he caters to some and makes trouble to others he threaten and harass me and my husband just today we were getting my stuff I had left to move from my niece who took over our trailer said we are trespassing we were not. He has no paperwork proving it I dont want other people to be treated like us and so many more people Bretthas threaten and harassed he never does anything in the park than ride a golf cart around complaining about people beware he will go into the Idaho Repository and view your history that is why he is always in the office invadeing your privacy which is a crime just beware I dont want others treated this way

I just move in this park and I really like the staff

The lot payment is the highest in town and our water bill goes up every month. It went from $2.60 a month two years ago and now its $67.00 a month!!

Rules are different for different people staff not in office during hours 300 a month is expensive and for that you get a park that is watered during the day 24 hours nothing is included not water not electric not nothing.they waste resources and then raise the rent i would not recommend the place

This place is a joke i only put one star so i could post my opinion i have lived here 6 mo had complained about my special needs daughter being bullied manager says not his problem i complained about the drug deals that go on across the st in front of my children was told they r just night owls his resident portal payment processing freezes my card every month at which time he charges 50$ automatically plus 5$ a day that the rent is late since day one my trailer is unlevel he agreed to level it once the ground thawed has not even once attempted to relevel the master bathroom has the tub seperating from the walls because its unleveled all they did was cut the skirting so it wouldnt show wats going on they put sand down under each mobile before bringing them in which im sure is y they r settling like this i would not recomend this park they have dogs that run around n bite people n we get told the owners have lived here the longest so there dogs can run free yet no one elses can just today seen a put bull running loose which the agreement clearly states no put bulls the rules only apply to certain people and when the manager makes a verbal agreement he doesnt stick to it worse place i have ever lived not to mention they can bring me the court papers to have me evicted yet not a single word about the stabbing n barracade situation n the front of the park for being such a family park one would think making this known to the tenants would b more important than stupid court documents or atleast told when they dropped them off!!!!!

This place is a giant scam. It is not rent to own as advertised. They make you sign a year to year rental agreement then after 5 years they have your trailer appraised at which time they give you 30 days to get financed for the appraised amount.

Anybody else get bad call rental history and reviews with false property damage charges when trying to get another apartment in town from this place? Anyone know where to file complaint regarding fair housing when denied every time from this bad management of a trailer park rental place.
