Very friendly, didnt have what I needed. It is a hard part to find. They tried hard to find the part for me, searching through all their catalogs. Then gave suggestions where else I might try. So I bought a dew rag. Just to show my appreciation.

The interior looks like its more for bikers than motorcyclists, what with all that biker clothing and walls covered with mottos and accessories. Even so, they took really good care of me, and the staff is friendly and knows how to take care of motorcycles. They learned my name the first time I was there, helped me with several projects on my BMW and didnt take a deposit on items they had to order for me. (Of course the know where I live...:-) ) The repair shop seems to be always busy, too. My bike seems to like the place, and they have good prices as far as I can tell. Recommended.

I had a major electrical problem with my Big Dog Chopper that no other shop that I had taken it to from Hawaii to Pocatello, 7 shops in all, could seem to figure out. Well, Im happy to say Byron figured it out in a matter of hours vs days or months. This business is ran like you are family, they genuinely care about you and youre satisfaction, they go over and beyond..... thank you Jan and Byron for a job well done.

I am from Spokane Washington. I purchased a Big Dog Chopper in Salt Lake City, Utah had it shipped to Byron at Pocatello Cycle. I had aftermarket cams, custom exhaust and aftermarket exhaust installed. Byron had very good communication, was very fair with his pricing and is very experienced mechanic. He also had real good recommendations for my Bigdog Mastiff. This is one of the best experiences Ive ever had at a motorcycle shop! This was an A+ experience!Thanks!!
