Very small location. Soon as we walked in the door we were greeted very promptly and friendly. Both girls and a guy working there showed us the shop and all sales racks. Very friendly staff everyone we walked by I said hello and asked if we needed help. Very easy location to find but not too much parking.

I called to see about scheduling tire mounting, I purchased my tires online with DennisKirk, when I asked I got a very abrupt answer stating “we will not install tires that aren’t purchased though us, it’s a liability.” Then I asked if I was to purchase tires and have them mounted what the total would be, thinking I would just return my online purchase. I was placed on hold without her asking any questions of tires I’d like, then came back with a total price. I said the reason I purchased online was that I didn’t want the poor traction quality of the tires that came on the bike that I’d like something better such as Pirelli or Avon that the factory installed tires didn’t have the quality I was looking for with canyon carving or wet weather. She would have to pull out the aftermarket books. To get the info I was looking for. It seemed like I was an inconvenience so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Customer service was good out being overbearing. They were helpful and knowledgeable. I got to wonder why harley people think a Sportster is fast though.

The whole team was amazing, the manager did a fast and easy job when we were purchasing a new 2020 street bob. He answered alot of our technical questions when we where trying to compare other models. The service and parts staff helped with questions on additional parts and specs of the bike. We enjoyed it so much we came back a couple days later and purchased a sportster with more accessories! Fun staff and enjoyed my time there!

Dustin and every other employee was incredibly professional and kind. The crew at Eagle Rock Harley Davidson made my wife and I feel so welcome as soon as we walked through the door. Dustin went above and beyond to help me get the Harley of my dreams. I have purchased many different motorcycles and vehicles over the years, and I have never been treated better. I will be back for all my Harley related purchases.

This dealership is tops. Very professional and friendly. Late on SATURDAY they fixed the bike and got us back on the road. If you help they will take care of you.

Shout out to Dustin Price. Stopped in on my trip through Wyoming with computer glitches. Turns out my computer needed a couple updates. Dustin hooked me up free of charge and my trip computer worked flawlessly. Thank you very much Dustin.

Have been coming to this store since the day it opened purchased three bikes and a lot of gear! A great deal of change in personnel over the yrs. it has gotten progressively worse. The mechanic deceived me and when I informed him of such he became belligerent. I took my bike up to Idaho Falls and they fixed it immediately right up front and honest all the way. This one star is for the Pocatello store. The Idaho Falls store is awesome! I will stay away from this mechanic! Recommend when mechanic work is done to go to IF.

3 weeks to get my new free rear tire changed. Love this place. Good thing I wasnt on the road. All they know is Ill put you on the list. The end of the list...

Pulled in 45 minutes before they closed with a bolt in my rear tire. They immediately got my bike in and stayed after closing to get us back on the road. The service was top notch and the staff was incredible! To find this level of old school service nowadays is virtually non-existent. I cant give this place enough stars!

Nice bikes but not a very large selection to choose from

I was traveling and set up a service for my bike there. When I bought my bike I purchased the service plan. Before making my trip I contacted my local Harley dealer and asked if the service plan was covered nation wide and was told that it was. I showed up at Eagle Rock Harley, showed my service card and was then told it was only for my dealer. When I got home, I contacted my dealer and told them what had happened. They again states my service plan was nation wide and they started the paperwork to refund the unexpected charge at Eagle Rock. When my dealer checked my service records Eagle Rock did not indicate that the service was completed either which could have voided my warranty if something would of happened.

Waste of time. So I went in to talk about a potential sale. The inventory there is non-existent. I understand they are a small shop, but the bozo in there lost my business in two minutes. I dont look like maybe their typical customer and I had a 3 year old with me, but I was serious about getting something. The people there arent willing to even try and help. Time to find a new motorbike shop. They are clueless.

Had a scare during a 4k mile road trip - compensator nut came loose. Called 40 minutes before the shop closed, Barry in the service department told me to come right in. He got my bike on a lift, figured out the issue and fixed it within thirty minutes. Torqued everything down to proper spec with loc tight, adjusted primary chain, walked me through the whole process so I knew exactly what happened. Charged me honestly and got me out the door, back on the road. Literally one of the best mechanics and mechanic experiences Ive ever had. I see some negative reviews on their sales team, but if you need someone to wrench on your bike, call and ask for Barry. Dude absolutely knocked it out.

They are jerks. I walked in to buy a bike after having a test ride in Boise. They were amazing in Boise. Since I am from Pocatello I thought I would buy it here locally. They treated me like garbage from the moment I walked in. After being treated like crap and shunned. I walked out, drove to IF where they were awesome, and I bought my first Harley. I love it.

I was on my way to sturgis when my air cleaner fell off my 2016 ultra. I just had some work done on my bike before I left California from another dealership. Needless to say, there was only one breather bolt holding my air cleaner on. Fortunately for me only lost one breather bolt. There was no lock-tite or silicone on any of the bolts. I looked up the closest dealership and it was Eagle Rock Harley. They were 50 miles away. I called them up and they told me to come in and they would help me out. When I got there, they made me feel like family. They found me a breather bolt and o-ring, gave me the tools, lock-tite, and silicone I needed to repair my bike. Awesome group of people that work at Eagle Rock. If I lived closer, they would be doing ALL the work on my bike. I will definitely stop by there next time i am in town. Thank you guys for helping me out and making me feel like family.

Everyone here is so super amazing and absolutely helpful!!!! We broke down and they came and got us right away!!!! Very friendly!!! Called them, Beau picked us and the bike up in no time. So if you are ever around Pocatello, ID., Stop in and see Dustin, Sandy, Sydney, Barry and Beau!!!!!

If your Harley is more than a few years old, these guys are useless when it comes to getting parts, and rude about it to boot. Short story is, they ordered me the wrong part, and when I called all I got was Well I dont know what part your bike needed. It made me so damn mad I couldnt even go back to return it. This is one of only a few stores I refuse to ever go back to for any reason. Save yourself the frustration, and go see Byroan over at Cycle Supply instead for any Harley related needs.

The Pocatello office does not know the meaning of the words CUSTOMER SERVICE. Although my husband made arrangements (twice) spoke personally to several staff no one had the decency to call and notify him all parts did not arrive. He took a day off work to get his Harley ready for Sturgis. So much for doing business locally.They get one star because I couldnt post without it.

My man and i had some issues needing taken care of we stopped the harley shop in pocatello Id. met the manager he was very nice and personable. the service guy was efficient and polite got everything rolling fast very knowledgeable. tech that did the work was great (sorry i wasnt paying attention to names) i wasnt impressed with the young lady that was there but no place is perfect. but for the tech and service guy i rate this place a high four!! will be stopping again if we ever come back through.Courtney & Kyle
