Valley Office Systems not only provided me with a quality piece of office equipment, but I was able to get technical support on my installation and continued delivery of toner and supplies on a timely manner. I also found it very appealing that the owners of the company are local and I was able to talk with them directly when I called in to order toner.

We had an error message on our copier and our technician was excellent. I wish there was a better system for off hour calls for service.
