Dr. Matthews (who Ill add is generally very to the point) and staff were all around very friendly, kind and patient. Took time to answer all me questions and make sure I knew everything I needed to do. Naturally, I hope I dont have to go visit them again, but if I have to, I wouldnt have any concerns about my care! Im also grateful that when my kids did come, they were incredibly accommodating!

I’m always pleased with Dr. Howard. I appreciate his promptness, and his taking the time to listen to me and to explain my options. I would definitely recommend his office.

I loved this clinic! Very clean and inviting, great interior finishes (especially liked the doors and trim with pretty wood tones). Dr. Howard was so great! I had a billion questions, and even though I knew he needed to go, he patiently took the time to answer all my questions. He was very kind and very knowledgeable. The nurse was really friendly too! I would recommend this clinic to anyone!

Dr. Karson Howard is easy-going but takes his work seriously and offers his opinions carefully. He has taken advantage of new computer technology to create orthotics. I have confidence in Dr. Howard!

I was running late because of winter road conditions and my ride had low tire pressure he had to fix on the way, but they still saw me very quickly and efficiently. Dr. Howard was very attentive and recommended some additional treatment to make sure my broken ankle/fibula heal properly.**update 1/31/2020 - after Dr Karson Howard ordered an MRI we found I had a severed tendon and torn ligament in addition to the fractures. I went in for surgery on the 16th at Skyline Surgery Center, Dr. Howard was very helpful throughout the pre-op, surgery, and post-op for the repairs, even available via text over the weekend when I had some concerns/pain. Highly recommend him, Im very grateful!

My experience was incredible! The staff was friendly and very helpful. They took care of my toe in no time and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole thing. Ill absolutely be going back to them when my other toe starts bugging me! Id definitely recommend making this your go to place for all your foot needs!

Ive been distraught and in pain and it seems no one, especially the one of the secretaries /receptionist namely Melissa even care. Now i am no longer allowed to go to that office anymore (which is why i was trying to get ahold of dr.) And got stuck with a typist with a bad attitude.I have a fractured ankle and i slept through my appointment, which i never wanted in the first place.Now this Secretary has had the nerve to tell me, like she knows, and if she did, shed know i called SkyLine and told them i overslept.She accused me of Not letting anyone know, which i did.Im sure ill be billed for the missed appointment because its happened before with a cancellation.Avoid this place, the staff initially seems nice, cory took my call earlier but guess she wasnt unpleasant enough or didnt want to get her hands dirty so she had the rude older lady call me.People should be forgiven for oversleeping, i know whats done is done, and no one cares, but the surgery is not imperative, and i was up most of the night worried about it.Now i need to find another Dr for my ankle since this office wants me to either have a surgery or an end all, and keeps rude people on staff to terminate when need be.Thanks a lot for literally nothing, i wish things had gone a different way, but whats done is done.Also Thatcher Howard below with 5 star rating is a relative, so really theres 1 star and a 5 star.

Do not expect to get any relief from these doctors.I have a sever problem that require a major surgery and in the mean time i was told to suffer.I have lost my job as a waitress just in time for Christmas.I went to this clinic for help and the only thing i got was a too bad, tough luck, and no. Relief100.00 well spent!

After months of pain, left my old Doc and whent here. RELIEF!!! Only word describes them- Professional!
