You can call ahead by a full day for a refill, and you still end up waiting. Its ridiculous. Every single time. Transferring over to a different pharmacy.

Very professional staff. Was in and out very quickly. Make sure to call ahead to have your prescription filled or it will not be ready. They dont fill it if you dont ask for it even if its a new prescription from the doctor. I like that about this pharmacy 👌👌

I recently stopped in looking for a specific piece of medical equipment that I was unable to find at some of their competitors locations. The store was a bit larger and better stocked, and the service was fantastic as well. Not only did I have what I was after (and had a hard time finding elsewhere), but they even had many different sizes, colors, and options. Great store with a lot of selection, and a friendly helpful staff. Ill definitely be back.

The most friendly and humble people that I know. I love doing business with them. It looks like a busy beehive most of the time. Everyone is so organized and knows exactly where to be and what to do. They are always so courteous and always have a smile for you. I thank them very much for their service.

I have never had worse customer service than at Maag’s! Their staff is rude and disrespectful and prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be. They have called multiple times to say a medication is ready for pickup and then when we arrive they say it is not ready yet. Avoid taking your business here!

Wont follow through on anything promised, have to have the doctor call them to make them deliver on what they said they would, uncaring and unprofessional staff thats rude. Will be taking my wifes and myself business elsewhere where. Even some of the doctors are frustrated with them and recommend going somewhere else. Always listen to your Dr. Instead of me reaching out why dont they take the time to reach out to me to fix the problem

Cant seem to get their business coordinated. Had to spend an entire week with my medications which I need everyday because someonessed up the electronic information and despite hours of runaround phone calls, still wouldnt fill meds claiming I had already gotten them and was a week early to get them. What a mess.

Wife was in to pick up meds yesterday. Waited 10 to 15 minutes and wasnt even acknowledged. Finally left without her meds. Not happy at all.
