So glad I chose Point Pleasant Collision for my recent hit-n-run repair job - my car looks better than it did before this all happened. They helped me handle everything from start to finish - my insurance claim and my rental car arrangements, extending the rental during the repair process, making sure everything being done was fully covered within my claim, and keeping me informed the whole way through. Patrick is the best - very nice and thorough, he even ordered parts from Germany to get the job done right! When I got my car back the paint job was as good as factory paint, perfect looking without any sign of it being a repair - now the car looks better than it did before. I came to point pleasant collision to have them fix a huge key scratch that was the length of the entire drivers side of my car. Not only did they get it done fast (within 2 days), but they gave me my car back sparkling clean inside and outside and there is not a single trace of the scratch. They also worked directly with my insurance which made everything a lot less stressful for me. Highly recommend this business.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE! We pulled in shortly after our accident, and they took care of us immediately and got the ball rolling. ALL of the staff was so friendly and accommodating! On the day of pick up, they even checked a noise coming from inside the door when rolling the window down and diagnosed it for me right there in about 10 mins. (didnt have anything to do with the accident). They went out of their way to take care of me, and it was very much appreciated. The work done was flawless! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This place was on the list my insurance provided me to get my car fixed after someone backed into me, so since I saw all the great reviews, I decided to go with this place. Wow!!! Patrick even set up the loaner car I needed!! I literally dropped my car off and it was fixed in a week, just like Patrick told me. The work is amazing! Flawless. They even cleaned my car inside and out. My insurance was actually great with everything, then bringing it here just made everything even better and easier!! Pat and his guys did an amazing job installing a new bumper and fixing my dented fender and cracked bumper! Every other place said it had to be replaced but Pat got it done looking like new! Update: went back for some bumper paint work and pat again blew me away with his work and dedication, not only was the bumper done immaculately but he touched up my rims and mirror where some paint got taken off! The owners have worked on multiple cars of mine (CLS, E63 AMG, A5, AMG GTS, JEEP WRANGLER) and they deliver positive every time. I once crashed the A5 so bad (nearly totaled) but when i received the car back from the shop the car was LOOKED MINT.
