Stopped in today to have a look around and consider slip for next season. Ship’s store attendant was extremely helpful and welcoming. Looks to be very convenient to inlet and all points south via canal. Sales office was professional and clear in helping understand the process which was greatly appreciated as new owners. Thank you.

Maybe Im biased, but this was THE BEST wedding ever and I owe so much of it to Clarks Landing. As a wedding planner I have had the pleasure of working with several wedding venues, but this was by far the best experience Ive had by a long shot. Every single one of our guests told us how much they loved everything - the food, the drinks, the service and the overall location. Nicole, Judy and our bridal attendant Julie were so amazing throughout the entire process. Each of these ladies took such great care of us and made us truly feel so special the entire night. It is a beautiful venue for a wedding or any other gathering. Ceremony is held outdoors overlooking the boats and water. The views and sunset when we were eating dinner were breathtaking. Cocktail hour was amazing also.

I have been a casual customer of Clarks Landing Marina since the mid-1970s. Overall, I like their entire organization. I have had dinners at their restaurant as well. It is a wonderful place to have relaxing meal as the sun sets over the Manasquan River.Zak, my salesman, has been a pleasure to work with. I am over 70 years old and after 50 plus years of boat ownership, have finally decided to make my life simpler. I did not want to sell my boat myself. I love the boat. It has been the culmination of my entire boating experience. I had it custom-built to my specifications. Choosing the boat that I did was the dream of my lifetime.Selling her was like abandoning loved one and I wanted to make it as painless as I could. Zak listened to my story and helped me through my sorrow. He was very positive all the way through the process. He explained every step of the listing and sale. I knew exactly what to expect and every time estimate that he gave was realistic. He never once disappointed me in his approach or commitment. Overall, I felt very comfortable dealing with him.

Big Thank You to the Clarks Landing Team.  Especially Zak Hutton, who knows every part of his boats and lets the boat sell itself.  Not your typical sales guy, and that I really appreciate.  No pressure, but he has all the answers and there when you need him.  When hes busy with another client, Michael steps in and is equally amazing, making you feel like nothing is more important than his conversation with you.  It doesnt stop there.  The service team showed us exactly how everything works, and their fantastic Captain would not leave us until our new Cutwater was safely on our lift.  Truly awesome team and an absolutely beautiful new Cutwater C-24 Coupe.

First things first. Environment is amazing. Always fun people. Even if you sit at a high top table next to the bar. You can hear a story about anything. You can hear people talking good or bad about their children. Or good or bad about the area. They have shuffleboard. They have foosball. And they have a pool table. And the view out the fishbowl is amazing.. the boats look great.. the environment is great.. the music is at the right volume.. this is our third season.. our server is always fun. He remembers us from last year. The bartenders are always very interesting and friendly and have something to say. The Caesar salad was perfect. all the greens were crunchy. And the croutons were fresh. It did not taste like something I made for breakfast and forgot to take out of the toaster. and then when I went to go spread butter on it it tore into a thousand pieces. It tasted like a real piece of crouton... We also had the pineapple Ginger mahi mahi and it was delightful. Hoops on the pictures. but we got to watch the sunset and it was beautiful. I kissed my wife. and my wife beat me in shuffleboard.

Our family had overall a very good experience buying a used Cutwater model 24 at Clarks Landing. Our Sales person was Zak Hutton. Zak was easy to reach and customer oriented from showing, through Sea Trial and pick-up. I felt I was dealing with an honest, straight forward person backed by an well-established organization. The only reason for not receiving 5 stars had to do with some glitches on the seller side as they brokered the vessel. This extended the time to close but was OK as we were working in the offseason.

Where to start... From the first phone call I made to Clarks Landing to the day I picked up my new Cutwater C24. I must say has been an absolute amazing journey. When I first called I was greeted by Zak Hutton. He was very happy to help answer questions I had about the boat. And was more than happy to set up an appointment at my convenience. Upon arrive to Clark’s Landing i was greeted once again by Zak in the parking lot. He came out to me to greet me!! Big points in my book for that. He then showed me the C24 they had in stock. We spend at least an hr on the boat as he showed be all about it. He was very knowledgeable and extremely easy to talk to. Most salesman can be pushy, to talkative and not in the moment with the customer. NOT WITH ZAK..... He was extremely easy to talk to, ask questions and learn about the boat. From that moment on i was sold. Shortly after that visit I put a deposit down on the next Cutwater C24 that was to be delivered. A few short months later she was here. It was an absolutely pleasure working with Zak Hutton and the Clarks Landing Team. I highly recommend them for you next boat purchase!!!!!!!!

What made this whole purchase experience so smooth was the interactions I had with the Broker (Zak Hutton) at Clarks landing was his responsiveness and when he gave me a time to meet or call, he was always punctual, which is so rare in the boat brokerage industry. Also, I never felt he was rushing me in our conversations, again rare in this industry!

This venue is absolutely beautiful. We attended a wedding there last week and I was so incredibly impressed with so much about it. First off the views are Magnificent. The second floor view is beyond breathtaking and Im pretty sure they also arranged the sunset because it was one of the nicest Ive ever seen. The interior is opulent and elegant. The downstairs and the upstairs both were rivaling country clubs appearance. I also really enjoyed the food, it was some of the best wedding food I have ever had. And the bartenders were nice and the staff was really helpful. It was mostly pretty easy to find, we took a wrong turn because we werent paying attention and we were engaged in a conversation but when we looked at the map we backtracked into it right away. Lets put it this way, if anyone I know gets married there in the future, you can be sure I will not miss it. Some weddings are fun and others are burdensome, this is no secret. However Clarks Landing offers and experience I would love to replicate. Not to miss. Keep up the great work.

Went to a friends wedding. The cocktail hour was wonderful. Huge assortment of delicious food. The entrees after were quite good as well. I was expecting typical wedding reception food but is was very tasty.

My daughter got married,and had her reception at Clarks Landing on May 19,2019.Prior to the wedding I was constantly calling Kristin asking many questions.She was always helpful,patient, and understanding.Don and Judy helped us put together a beautiful ceremony, and organized an outstanding reception.The servers were very professional, helpful, and pleasant.The chefs made the cocktail hour and the dinner extraordinary.The phenomenal staff at this venue helped make my daughter and son in laws wedding a very memorable event! Great venue for parties. Nice view overlooking the water. Food choices were very good during the cocktail hour and were prepared well. Main course dinner was not very warm when served. The wait staff were excellent.

When you phone Clarks they say they are one of the premier wedding venues at the Jersey Shore. I corrected them They are THE premier venue. Nicole. Don and Judy are the A Team when it comes to throwing a wedding. Attention to every detail along the way and the ability to adapt to any last minute requests are second to none. The wait staff is beyond professional. We cant thank them enough for a wonderful wedding reception !

My daughter just had her wedding there. The staff was UNBELIEVABLE, the way they took care of everything she needed. The food and waiters were GREAT. Also the DJ was impressive, with the music, and special effects.

Went for a wedding ceremony and reception. Decor is exquisite. The ceremony took place in a grand ballroom where the blinds opened up to the river as the procession started. Cocktail hour was in a separate room. So many options for finger food (sushi, slider burgers, cheeses, baked foods). Drinks in this included the open bar, sake, and various wines. The ballroom was transformed into the party. Excellent waiter service at my table and delectable food options from start to finish 10/10.

Reviews here seem to be based on whether you had a weeding, ate there or (not too many) if you have your boat there.I feel I can give an honest review. I have my boat there so I can comment on the boat and eating aspect.The food, first of all, was soooo improved in 2013. New chef, who really did a nice job in my opinion. Remember folks, this is a seasonal restaurant and it has limited kitchen capabilities. Nice job new chef.Boating wise; Staff has always been nice to me. I mean going out of there way to help me with little things some times.Some things a bit pricey, but you have to love you are one mile from the ocean and 1/4 mile from the inlet that takes you out into the inter-coastal waterway.My slip is already paid for 2014. See you all there.Oh, the club party in 2013 was awesome, thanks Clarks Landing, it really was fun and top notch (3 roasted whole pigs)!!!

Attended the Morris Meyers wedding on 07/31/15..... Absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived until the moment it was over. The staff were the nicest people, so friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and the venue for a wedding was so classy and handled perfectly. When the bride and groom were announced and the blinds were opened to the most perfect sunset on the water.. You certainly have my vote for a 10 out of 10 !

Fueled my boat. Inside gas dock which is a floating dock is great for boats up to 25.. Your boat and you wont get beat up by waves and wind. Fuel was reasonable at $3.45 /gallon.

We attended a wedding here a week ago We all enjoyed the food, service and views on the river. The affair flowed nicely from room to room as the service, cocktail hour and reception were all under one roof.

Great marina with and excellent location other the inlet. The marina has a store and an excellent restaurant and bar. They also have an events location. Great captains and boats dock at this marina.

Sadly our first motor boating experience and its been a bust just trying to get the boat home. A bearing went bad - more than bad, looked perfect at pick up but ground down to the point the wheel almost fell off during the two hour drive. Had to replace two hubs (as another was going bad also) and the axel (as it bent and the ground bearing wouldnt come off even cutting it off) and then all four bearings. Spent over $800 before we even got 120 miles down the road. Then returned home (without the cover) because it was determined to be ripped when we arrived to pick up the boat (which they did offer to fix) only to find the measurements they gave us over the phone did not include the boat ON the trailer so it would not fit in the storage unit we rented. Instead it sat outside and uncovered for a week in torrential rains due to the hurricane weather front that came through. Called the owner after reading what outstanding service they have on their web site only to be told we bought this 2011 boat as is. Agreed - we did. But bad bearings (that thankfully got noticed before we had three kids in the car driving down the rest of the way down the highway in construction at night) really could have been prevented EASILY with a little bearing grease. Experienced or brand-new boaters, I dont know either that wouldve checked the bearings on the trailer more closely than we did before driving a few hours to take their new/used boat home. The funny thing was I had truly expected absolutely no financial compensation to be made (or even offered) and expected that I would get some resistance in that wed been told we bought the item as it is when we inquired onsite about the warranty. I really just wanted to share our experience with them to tell them how sad we were that this was the first glimpse of motor boating life wed had thus far (grew up in the sailing world.) The conversation got heated when I got called Honey and was told I was being melodramatic and if I had been so educated than I wouldve known to check all of the bearings before we drove off. We had to leave the boat halfway and then come back several days later when stores/marinas opened up and could actually help fix the trailer for us. This bearing replacement was way outside the tools and skills we had. So I found the humor in reading on their website how clearly they market the fact that they stand behind their sales, and offer exemplary service. I told the owner that were pretty reasonable people (we went ahead and sent the full payment through and deposited the funds accordingly without even questioning even after all of these issues) but I just wanted him to be more aware of peoples experiences with Clarks Marina post sale. I think his final comment when he said you bought the boat as is lady and its really your responsibility to know this stuff so grow up was where I finally decided the call should probably come to a close. We definitely wont let this incident deter us from being excited about boating next season, however I would think twice about buying online ever again and definitely wanted to share our experience with anyone thinking of buying a boat specifically from Clarks Marina because what they say and how they treat you BEFORE you buy the boat, is very different than after they have your money.
