Very impressed with their response to my needs. The screen on my LG is cracked and I phoned for an estimated on repairs, t he tech researched my options and advised me that it would be more cost effective for me to purchase a refurbished phone than fixing this one. I cracked my Iphone XR screen and headed into I-Mobile looking to get it fixed ASAP. I was greeted by Manny who assured me fixing it would be no problem. Manny also saved me from a hard time with the apple store. As he told me because both the front and the back were broken apple would typically charge around 400$ just to fix the back screen. He told me this is a part of their way to get you to buy a new phone, which made a lot of sense. Not only was I given a great price for both screens but they were fixed within 30 minutes. Great service, very fast and overall ran very smoothly. I would recommend it to anyone looking to get their devices fixed, saves time and money.

I had put off fixing the shattered camera lens of my daughter’s iPhone 11, and now, 2 days before she was leaving for vacation I started calling around to find if it could be repaired. 2 places I called said they couldn’t fix it, fortunately one of them referred me to iMobile Repairs. I sent iMobile a message through their website about my problem, they answered within the hour. Manny told me to bring it in, I did and it was fixed perfectly within an hour. He cleaned out the lens area as well so the photos are crystal clear. I can’t say enough about my Experience with Manny I’ve used the screen repair kiosks in the mall with little to no luck (my wife and I are both a mess with phone screens). Being a little skeptical about repairing my screen I went in and talked to Manny about having mine replaced. Within an hour I had a brand new screen, the option to add a screen protector and a phone case as well as the ability to pick up a charger. This place is a one stop shop for all kinds of tech repairs but I can speak for the outstanding work Manny did on my phone. 10/10 will use this business again!

Very unprofessional. Handed back the phone in pieces with screws missing. Was told phone was beyond repair. Phone was fixed elsewhere in less than 30 minutes.Response to owner:The phone was brought to you with store-bought conditions. The phone had all of its components, it had all of its screws, and it was sealed shut with a gasket. The phone was not brought to you in a ziplock bag so stop lying to cover yourself up for RETURNING the phone in pieces (picture attached). Also I work at a screen repair shop in a different town yes, we are not competitors as you repair board-level electronics while we dont: HENCE why I took the phone to you if we were a competitor I would have done the board repair myself. Also not to mention I went to this shop as a customer because it was my neighbors phone that was broken and I do not fix phones at the board level: until I was forced to find someone else because Manny here from iMobile held the phone for a month and my neighbor had no work phone the whole time. I called numerous times within that month to check the progress of the device. Manny kept saying Ill look at it tomorrow and never repaired the device. Eventually my neighbor called and told him he was going to pick up the phone. Manny then told my neighbor that I did not know what I was doing and that the phone is unfixable. Upon picking up the device I was greated with the phone in pieces (same picture attached) with screws missing and the phone disassembled with long screws in the wrong spots. Manny thought my neighbor was going to pick up the phone but little did he know I was, his secretary told me that thats how the phone was brought to them unknowingly that I am the one who brought the phone with my neighbor in the car waiting and saw the phone brought CLOSED AND SEALED. Mannys response to me as incompetent is a perfect example of the level of respect he has for his customers. To get the phone fixed I mailed it to Canada for and got it fixed for a total $65 and it took 6 total days to return. Manny has also reported my Yelp review and got it removed, which leads me to believe I am not the only one who has had this problem and its awfully funny how there are no other reviews. I was also contacted by Manny after I posted the Yelp review in a challenging way (picture attached). All in all, the repair was simple (picture attached where the problem was) and Manny refused to work on it and not only that but held the phone for the duration of a month. Like I said, very unprofessional. He has also contacted my boss on several occasions and asked them Have you done anything with Dave yet. In my opinion it is very unprofessional to contact someones place of employment about something not relevant, and thus nothing has been done with David as this is not a workplace issue this is customer-business relations. How the situation was handled was unprofessional and disgraceful for business. If I went into Walmart and was mistreated and complained that doesnt mean they should call my boss.

Manny is very friendly, polite and seemed knowledgeable enough so I left my PC with him (custom built). He did fix the issue of games crashing on the system which I appreciate because i was completely at a loss of what to do. However some of the issues i had brought to Mannys attention were not resolved once my PC was returned to me. Overall I had a good experience with Manny and would recommend his shop to other people, but I was a little disappointed to see some of these issues still present. Id still recommend Manny however because his prices are very reasonable.Update:After playing some more I am still experiencing game crashes and it seems like nothing was fixed at all yet I was charged for the repair :( This is disappointing as my computer sat in the shop over a week but still has all the same issues it was brought in with.Update 2:I was called by the brother in law of the owner Manny who was upset about my review even though I paid Manny $95.00 and nothing was done. I I literally sat on the phone with him for about 5 minutes with him basically trying to convince me to change my review. Im still running into many of the same crash issues on my computer only a few weeks later even after being told the issues were resolved. Very unprofessional (especially the phone call).

After being turned away from my own cell phone provider to have my phone fixed I was recommended to imobile. Working with them was very easy and they were very professional. I had a full screen replacement on my LG V40 and Manny did an amazing job. He was extremely helpful with my cell insurance documents and had the phone done within 2 hrs. Your phone screen cracking is not ideal in the midst of a global pandemic, but the team at iMobile Repair helped me out immediately. Even with a manufacturer error on my initial replacement screen, they took the phone back in and had it repaired again within 24 hours. I came here based on a friends recommendation and was thrilled by the exceptional service I received. From the moment Manny answered the phone I knew Id found the right place to take my daughters broken iPhone. Everywhere else wanted appointments and a few days to work on it. After I explained what was wrong with my daughters iPhone, Manny said to just bring it over, no appointment needed. I have a super old phone that went flying out of my car and got all smashed up. I was sure Id have to get a new phone, but I took it to this store and they made it good as new. I would highly recommend iMobile repairs. The owner promised to meet an important deadline and did everything he could to hold that promise. After the part came in defective, he drove over an hour to get a replacement and stayed after hours to get the job done. Customer service is top notch!!

I had accidentally jammed a hair pin in my Samsung s7 charging port and my phone will no longer charge. I panicked and started calling every repair place near me to get the best quote on the repairs. Most of the places I called were not as pleasant to speak with. Manny was the last place I dialed because his kind and caring attitude drew me in. He asked for a clear description about what happened. At the time of inquiring, he did not have the part for replacing my charging port but he ordered it same day for next day delivery and was willing to have me come in when it arrived for repairs. Since I wasnt able to get it fixed that day, he did suggest to use a charging pad for the mean time.Unfortunally with my schedule, I wasnt able to come in till 2 days after. He squeezed me into his filled schedule and even stayed later than office hours to get my phone fixed. How awesome is Manny! I went in there first time, Told them the problem and they said it should be done in a few days, after about a week it was fixed but I was in Florida. When I got home I the issue was fixed (the issue was it wasnt charging) but there was a new issue, it was doing stuff by itself, Opening apps and deleting stuff (Aka Ghosting) We brought it back to the place again and we were told it was fixed but it wasnt, it was still ghosting! We took it back a 3rd time and the ghosting issue was fixed but now it wasnt charging again! We brought it back the 4th time a few weeks ago and it is still there.
