I wish I saw the reviews before I did the same as all the other customers did and walked away angry. Wasted my time, gas and energy. What is the point of pricing like that. I dont see how or why anyone would buy from them. We negotiate on the first day LoL How about just pricing fair and go from there. Prices way higher than ebay with the shipping. Dont hire them they are probably just going to take all your leftover items and keep them for themselves to sell. Antiquated Estate sale tactics. Embarrassing

Store is extremely overpriced! I see things I can buy brand new at home goods for half the price of the used items they are selling.

Agree with the poster below,Complete waste of gasoline and timeWay overpriced, No point in going early,,,Might as well buy on ebay if that is the pricing strategy, plus you can return, if item does not work..Plus isnt the idea of an estate sale to move stuff, not to price through the Atmosphere?Hire them,... if you want to run to goodwill afterwards, cause youll have lots leftover that they cant sell!Much better estate sales companies out there, avoid unless you want to get finessed.

Company is ridiculously overpriced to the point where they have to extend sales because nothing sells. Ive found several items featured at their sales selling new for less than their 75% off price. I dont even attend nearby sales from this company anymore because I always leave empty handed. The staff is also extremely rude. Im surprised theyre still in business.

Ive been going to estate sales for years all over NJ, every weekend. I know every company. They have the most insane prices of any estate sale company in NJ. Even worse than Olga. Avoid at all costs, dont even go if they are doing a sale at the house right next to yours. They literally price every single object in the house at 75 percent ABOVE ebay solds, then on the last day when the house is still packed they hang signs saying 75% off everything, which brings it down to ebay sold prices. HELLO if we wanted to pay ebay solds we would buy it from ebay where its guaranted to work and we have 30 day returns. The owner needs a reality check. She prices things like she would in here store and that isnt gonna work. Lady running the sales is also rude and snippy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. TRUST ME!

Way too expensive. ie more than once they have priced well-used cupcake tins at $6-8. Thats crazy, should be $2.00. Thats only 1 example.

Went to one of their estate sales this past Fall. I looked at two matching candle sticks of different sizes. One was marked $35 and the other was marked $20. That day was posted as a half-price sale. I looked at the bases and they had Marshall’s stickers of $16 for the larger one and 10 for the smaller one.I asked the woman upfront how much for each without showing her the stickers. She told me $17.50 for the larger and $10 for the smaller one. When I showed her the stickers she said, “ how embarrassing “ . I don’t recall what I paid but it was fair. They will run sales on multiple weekends because everything is overpriced and doesn’t sell. From then on I have avoided their sales

Should really be decorate on a dollar. Pretty rigid on their high prices.
