They did a wonderful job on our carpet. It looks wonderful! Very nice poeple and fast service.

Our flooring we ordered had broken grooves for locking mechanism. We had opened 3 boxes at which point we decided this wasn’t the product for us, considering the planks were already broken out of the box. Not quite sure what the return policy is, wasn’t clear on the website. However, when we attempted to get a refund, we were told it would be a $300 fee (restocking, delivery, and “free” estimate). The salesman was passive aggressive and very awkward to deal with after this encounter. We opted for in-store credit, but will not be returning after this purchase. We love supporting local business, but this was not a pleasant experience.
