Got my 2019 Honda CRV looking like new after a drunk driver did $4,200. worth of damage while parked.

Caliber Collision has an ineffective system in communicating their collision repair policies to customers. Upon towing our vehicle to the Towne Ave location on 10/26, we were informed between insurance and Caliber Collision that damage assessment would not be completed until 10/29. When we followed up with our insurance adjuster on 10/29, he said Didnt they tell you that they have a policy that prevents them from working on heavily modified cars? The referenced modifications were aesthetic pieces (undamaged side skirt) and a Vordoven wheel (damaged). Other modifications were not hinderances to collision repair of the passenger fender and control arm. We are very dissatisfied with Caliber Collisions lack of professional informative communication. Go to Service King, they are professional, have personality, and work on modified cars that have aesthetic modifications.

I want to Thank Rene, he did an OUTSTANDING JOB. He took excellent care of my vehicle and kept me updated along the way. I had damage to my right quarter panel due to an accident. My car was completed on the due date. They washed, polished, and cleaned the inside of my car, it looked better than the day I first purchased it. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for your repair needs. Thank you one again Rene, you did a fabulous job!

Do not waste your time, worse place to get an estimate the guy at the office didnt even get up from his chair. Bad actitud like he is doing it for free

They did great work in repairing my car, extremely satisfied after my accident.Only issue is what’s in the photos. They must’ve forgotten to put everything that’s shown in the photos back in my trunk because you can see in the photos. Don’t understand how that can happen. And yes that Windex bottle did leak into my floor.

Very good custumer service and friendly staff but unfortunately i am not happy with the paint job, they dont even close to match the color

As i am writing this review this review is based on getting services TWICE. My first experience was great, i got hit in the front and i had to pay my deductible. I did choose this location because of how close it was to my home and i did review other reviews of this location and went ahead and took my chances. I have to say from experience that it is MINDSET that you will either have a good or bad attitude towards a establishment. I was going in to trust this place with a good attitude and got EXCELLENT results. So back to my first time here, Rene Flores was my service advisor and was and is amazing! He is honest thourough and has a sense of urgency when helping you through the process. He understands the value of your time and money. I highly recommend him and thank him for his honest work. I was able to get a rental through Caliber for just a couple days (with a deposit) as I was unprepared and had to get to and from work. Thank you Caliber for taking care of me. The work was A++ and I am PICKY! I mean i can be crazy lady when it comes to my car and i did have a few minor things i wanted detailed again but was taken care of and done by next day. Im still satisfied with work to this day. My second time there (i just got my car back 2 weeks ago] was flawless as well, Rene again took care of me and was as always a gentleman and made sure i got the right parts on my 2019 vehicle. He has 10+ years experience and will return again. Work was executed with care and my car looks great. I do have lifetime warranty so thats a huge plus because if there is in fact a issue i can return and get fixed. Its hard to find a good body shop with excellent personnel. Everyone from the receptionist (Vanessa) to the people that work there, everyone has been good to me. Highly recommend!!

Took my car to get fix after an accident, I was told the car will be ready in 3 days, then 4 days then 6 days. when I went to pick up my car, the car was missing more then 1/2 of gas tank missing and I also notice that the car was driven more the 100 miles I went to the office and spoke with some one in charge he offer an apology and $20 dollars for my gas, I called corporate because there was no manager on site, finally the manager call me back he told me he was sorry for the miles and missing gas and offer to replace the gas missing and a car wash with out a care in the world. I was very upset with his response and I will never ever go back to them, my new Mustang 5.0 was driven over the weekend by someone and they drove it hard.if you do business with them check your miles and gas tank specially if its a fast car.

Caliber Collisions repaired my Honda Accord after it got rear ended at a traffic light, they did some great body work and after the job was completed the car looked like it did when I first bought it.Fast forward several years later and again they helped me with my new Altima which needed some paint work done on the mirrors after scraping it on the side of the garage. The job was completed the next day and I hope the manager Mike and his great team continue to service customers in need for many years to come.

Had to go back to the place 4 times after they took almost a month fixing it and had one of the employees offer me a free car wash if I gave a good review. Once they gave it back to me fixed I drove it for half a day and noticed the back was swerving I took it to a different shop where they told me the suspension wasnt fixed and paint was badly done. I took it back to caliber only to get a call pretty much blaming me for the damage. I returned to get my car back and got attitude from the manager. I will never ever either go back or recommend this place to anyone

Horrible service and they think you owe them something. Wheres all the mom and Dad shops who are passionate and happy? This corporation stinks and doesnt care. Hopefully they change or they will lose more business. Its just a master of time. Im telling my insurance, friends, family, workers and coworkers, and relatives too.

We took our car in on October 15th 2018, they said 4 or 5 days, but kept saying not ready one more day, then another day. I called them and was told Robert was on another line and would call me back I waited, called again he was at lunch, talked to the manager and he said oh, the car would be ready at 3pm. We finally picked up the car work was well done, the staff is pleasant, but their customer service and communication is terrible. Needless to say I wont go there again.

My expierence was bad from the start. Took my car here to get the front end fix after a hit and run. I had heard so many good things about them and I have a 2016 Scion tC rs 10.0 I wanted only good hands touching it. I was very disappointed... They told me about four weeks and they were done in two I thought wow amazing. Got my car back and my front bumper looked like it wasnt lining up right, I mentioned it to them they took it back and fixed it. I started to drive it home didnt make it to two blocks and heard popping sounds went back and when I got out a part of the bumper had popped out. Long story short I had to take it back 6 times and my bumper still isnt lined up right. Come to find out from one of the workers that they reused parts, so that explains a lot. Although they told my insurance they ordered all new parts. After the last time I didnt want to go back and deal with them again, they made me feel like I was being picky about the small details but I just wanted my car done right and look good. I took it to the dealership to have it repainted because the paint is already chipping off. I would never go there again nor would I ever recommend this location to anyone.

Second time to take my car 😕😕😕... So was good but not good.. Good costumer services from the managers but not from the receptionist..

Would not recommend this place to anyone. They fixed my bumper and by the time I got home the bumper was popping out like it wasnt completely latched on. Took it back and was told they forgot something and needed to order more parts. They never got back to me and by the time I took it in again I was told that I was lying about how it broke. The manager Lucas argued in the parking lot with me for about 20 min. Lucas had the worst customer service skills Ive ever seen.

Shop provides good work on body work - my car looked like new again when they returned it after a fender bender accident. Only drawback is they require appointment to drop off car for repair.
