I have a 2011 Lexus RX350 and having a trunk pull-down motor problem for a while and had to open and close the truck manually.I finally decided to fix it, called several auto repair shops in my city, and found out they were not sure how to fix it.When I called 5 Star Auto Repair in Pomona, they explain to me there are several steps to diagnose the problem.2 days ago, they replaced the ‘trunk pull down motor’ and now I can open and close the trunk with a push of a button.I really like their service and love price too.Highly recommend.
