I want to thank Jose and his guys for turning my day around. While driving in heavy traffic on the 10 freeway I had a flat tire. I called AAA, the driver arrived and informed me that he did not have a jack to change my tire. Instead, he was going to load my car on his flatbed and drive me to a tire store to have them change my tire. I thought that’s what I paid AAA for? He refused to use the jack in my car and dropped me at Pomona Tire Pros. I’m so glad he did. They were very professional, patient and understanding of my situation. They changed my flat tire, checked the pressure in the other 3 and did it all with a smile. Thank you again Jose for the great work!!!

These guys were super nice. I initially went to pep boys for a tire patch after getting a flat. Pep boys said it’s not repairable and I’d need to purchase a new tire. It didn’t sound right since the nail in the tire was not in the thread. The next day I took it to these guys and they were so honest and fair. They didn’t hesitate it could easily be patched up. I was out in less than 10 mins. They’re the bomb. Highly recommend.

So far so good the service was great helped me find the right tire and they ordered it just need to do a test fit hope it all works out. They didnt even want the cash up front which was great.

I rolled in with a flat as they were rolling the doors down and they saw my situation and rolled the doors back up and provided the service I needed to get me rolling again. Outstanding service. Not only were they the only tire shop close by open at 8 a.m. every person working there was very attentive to all customers and had such a great attitude. Robert provided awesome service, and was able to get me the tires I needed ASAP same day. He was very accommodating. The guy who changed my front tire was also great. 10/10 service, deffinetly recommend.

Took my f150 to Pomona tire pros. For tires bought tires.ended up pre paying to get shocks and. Struts put in . So review tomorrow after apt.so far great place and service.

I came in from another shop just lifted my truck and had a vibration they took care of that right away and Jose even took the time to explain the balancing process wich showed that my tires were balanced wrong agian the guys over here at PTP took great care of me and my truck and even gave my son a free water bottle great customer service and friendly atmosphere thanks agian Jose you rock bro !

One tire mechanic on duty .. long wait for one car ahead of me. I waited 30 minutes and then had to leave to get to work on time .. dont know how there service quality is

If it’s slow you’ll get Serviced pretty quick but if it’s packed you’ll end up waiting 45-1hr. However staff is professional and Latino family run. Good vibes here and a nice little guest waiting area with a couch and TV and free water.

I have been going here for 50 years now I am looking for a new tire center. Could not find a better place closer to home. Checked out Goodyear and Big O neither came close to the service at Pomona Tire Pros. Bought 2 tires today and Jose made me feel at home.

Last time I went for a simple tire patch, they kept me waiting for more than 20 min, even though there were like two other guys doing nothing really, had to go somewhere else. Never going to this place ever, I gave them one star because I had to rate them.

Jose the manager is the man. Always so helpful. If you need anything please go see him.

I bought a tire here a couple of months ago. I recently came back to check it because the pressure seemed low. They actually checked all my tires right away and fixed a small problem with another tire that I had not bought from them. All for free. The customer service here is super good and everyone is very professional.

So I came in today looking for a simple patch on one of my tires . This was my 2nd tire shop I went to. 1st one was Pacific tires on white and Monterey as it was literally down the street from my home,they were charging $15 for a patch said ok maybe I can find somewhere a bit more affordable/cheaper. Came to Pomona tire pros and they were charging me $20 for a patch!!! Couldnt believe he had the nerve to try and swindle me for a simple patch. I came to pomona tire pros b4 for a used tire and they charged me $40 wasnt even the size I needed but they said it would be fine . So I went ahead and bought my used tire from them.. I just dont see how or why they would charge $20 for a patch if they charged $40 for a used one I purchased few months back.. in all honesty this place isnt worth the time or my money I knew right away he was just trying to swindle me for the most he could.. never again would I even set foot in their establishment.. I WENT TO INDAS TIRE SHOP ON GAREY AND MCKINLEY AND THEY CHARGED ME $12 FOR A PATCH AND ALSO GAVE NE A QUOTE FOR A $35-38 DOLLARS FOR A USED TIRE .. IF IN THE AREA AVOID POMONA TIRE PROS IF THEY DONT RECOGNIZE YOUR FACE OR ARWNT A REGULAR THEY WOULD JUST TRY HUSTLE MONEY FROM YOU.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND INDAS TORE SHOP ON GAREY AND MCKINLEY GREAT SERVICE WITH GREAT PRICING.. AVOID THIS TIRE SHOP COMPLETELY. Took the time to write a review because the lack of honesty this shop has.. BUYERS BEWARE.. AS YOU CAN SEE THEY ONLY RESPOND TO POSITIVE REVIEWS .. INDAS TIRE SHOP IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!!!!!!

Dropped bye to fix my slow leak jose took care of me quick so I saw some rims and tires I liked and me and Jose worked out a good price in and out with in a half hour balanced mounted, very efficient and excellent customer service if any one needs tires or service you will not be disappointed, o highly recommend this place

They did a good job. They price matched the tires I need, saving me a trip to L.A. they installed them in no time. They gave me the same old you need shocks, brake adjustment, and suspension work dont send you ladies here alone, they might come home with more than tires. I Would have given them an excellent rating if they hadnt done a sneaky thing to me...they lost one of my lug nuts and didnt tell me about it, instead they just replaced it with some other style lug nut. Mine are those special ones that help keep my wheel cover on, now I have one new chrome one that does not hold my wheel cover on.

Service is very good and tire prices are better them most competitive stores. They will let you know if its fixable before they do the job.

A solid shop with smart, hard working gentlemen. I have brought 3 vehicles here and they have handled tire replacement, aligntment, oil change, and power steering fluid replacement services to name a few. Management Zach and Jose are straightforward and honest. Best prices around. If they dont have a part or Tire set, theyll send a driver right away out to warehouse to grab it.Will continue bringing my vehicles here and reccomend to all my friends.
