It is easy to shop here and it carries many of our needs/wants. People are friendly and helpful at this location. Sagat, the customer service person was very helpful when we returning our items. and Jacqueline is VERY personable and made our shopping experience more pleasant. Thank you.

Cleanliness is so good but nothing beats the way I was greeted as soon as I walked through the doors by the blonde curly security. She was so nice, when I mentioned about my dad having leukemia she did not hesitate to help me by directing to the isles that had the products in my list. Not only that but she made sure I was emotionally okay despite the horrible phase that I’m going through in my life. I offered her a tip but she did not accept and explained how it was her pleasure greeting me and making sure I had a happy time time shopping at my local target. Will come back again

Their curbside pickup option is great. Orders are ready for pickup generally within 2 hours. The app makes curbside pickup extremely easy and convenient.

Be careful buying Lego set here. I found wrong legos inside with water bottles. Looks like repackaged. Manager very rude. How they can sell returned items without checking it.

Just wanted to say that the very polite handsome young man doing security at the front is very polite and very helpful always has a big smile on his face I appreciate the great integrity and how some people out shine and or shine even in dark places stay strong never give up

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location and has everything I need. Plus a Starbucks on the bottom floor.

Target is its usual self in that, you guys have a great selection of merchandise at reasonable prices. Today was even more special in that the way your store in Pomona Ca, was handling social distancing especially at registers was even better than before. Only concern is seeing customers without mask on. They are wearing them around neck, but not over face. Having employees remind them its required would help. I think they are removing after entering the store.

One thing I noticed about that whole area it is very clean and it appears to be very safe especially during the daytime its nice Id go back again and again.

Target manages to keep a good inventory of essentials and the team members are always courteous and helpful. The best practices against COVID are always enforced and I know Im safe when I enter Target. The improvements to Wallet and the app overall help make sure Im getting even more savings and can be in and out with no hassle. I happily and full-heartedly recommend Target to everyone I know.

Jess in Guest Service is AWESOME! I am 9mo pregnant and need to get a car seat, the car seat I want is limited stock and Jess was kind enough to assist me in finding the item # online and looking up the item in store for me. She found it and offered to hold it up front for me. I never told her how far along I am but her assistance is so valuable to me because it is risky to go out right now due to Covid-19 and she really put my needs first without even really knowing my full situation. I really appreciate that and I feel more people should model her customer service. Thank you Jess! You made my day!

I really enjoy shopping here in Target. It was always has a nice clothing display and brands. I love the quality it was so nice and the selection was awesome. It was always great customer service. Target was always great place to visit.

Target has really stepped up by following covid guidelines. Target is the #1 store we shop for our essentials because we feel safe shopping here as we see them not only enforce masks but sanitize the carts properly and have sanitizer available to customers.

My favorite Target. Clean . Quiet and friendly staff. Rarely out of what you want. Even with thr new rules and social distancing there is scantily a line that is long. In and out with little trouble. Stay Away its mine!! Lol

This Target is a complete waste of time! I work in Pomona so this is the closest Target I have near me to go to on my break. Never fails that I always spend way longer in line than I do shopping. This place never has enough registers open and their cashiers are extremely slow! I think from now on I would rather go to the one next to my house in Eastvale, they always have a ton of registers open and are fast!

Lines are too long and there is no self checkout. Hard to get out of this place quickly.

I love shopping at this Target. The store is so clean and tidy. The employees are really nice and so willing to help, unlike another store where you have to track down an employee only to have them tell you either it’s not their department or they don’t work at that store. Love shopping at my hometown Target!!!!

Restrooms dirty most of them had no toilet paper my visit was at around 4:30

Everything is well cleaned, never have an issue finding stuff in the store. Can go in for what I need, check the Target app for isle number and get out really fast.

The electronics department is rude, they dont help customers and walk right past you

They dont seem to have the same things as near by targets. And half the time they are out of stock

I am extremely grateful with Gustavo Cervantes from the toy department on the 23rd as i was doing my last min Christmas shopping, I was lost i did not know what to get my daughter for Christmas i kept searching for the right toy isle by isle but did not have a clue what would be a perfect gift for my 9 year old. Thats when Gustavo approached me as he was restocking his department and informed me about the LOL Surprise house he informed me it was the toy all girls wanted right now and that it was so popular thats the toy they would call a lot for and they only had that one in stock if i wanted to see it i told him yes and he unboxed it for me .Update (12/28/19)my daughter opened that gift on Christmas and was super happy .I rarely have time to do a survey but i had to thank Gustavo for his great customer service and friendliness.Thanks to you my girl had a great Christmas you helped me pick the perfect gift.and for that i am very grateful.Thank you again.

Its easy and convenient and the target employees Ive encountered have been very friendly and professional.

Worst customer service ever!! Milli yelled out loud she was closed to other race customers, after having them wait in line for 3 mins, but spoke nicely to someone of her race, after they left. She made these 3 different race individuals wait in line for 3 min before saying she was closed. No lane close sign posted and no spotters to re-direct other customers to another line.

Even though the street off of this Target always has horrible traffic, this Target itself never seems to be too packed. Im in and out no problem. I also have to add that the optometry department, from Dr.Nguyen to the girls that help you with the glasses themselves are amazing. I refuse to go anywhere else for my glasses, they always have the best deals on eye wear and theyre experts on working with getting the most out of your benefits. Excellent.

At the end of my shopping experience I went to check out. I originally went to register 8 and was the third person in line. I wait for about 5 minutes before she flipped her light off, an elderly couple asked if she was closing and I informed her she just flipped her light off and they went to another register. The line went down and I was able to start putting my items down when the cashier rudely informed me that she was closed. I let her know I have been standing in line even before she flipped her light off. I was told no I was not, was basically called a liar and was kicked out of the line and go some where else. As someone who works in customer service, this is not the kind of customer service I would expect from Target.I went to customer service and spoke to Ricky who was kind enough to listen to me and assured me that he would pass it along to management. He also informed me that the cashier on register was Deborah.

I bought a gift card for a present and it had no balance then called had 30 min waiting to get nothing solved just got robbed from my money.

This Target never has enough check out stands open idk why I keep coming back. Its clean and thats its only plus.

Its relatively empty if you come late night and you can be in and out in less than ten minutes. I found everything I needed and was able to get help if needed. Good customer support.

To find out what happened to my order. It shipped to Washington. The baby shower was on Saturday. The store manager Ricky told me if I would take one in stock he would give me 50% off for the inconvenience. They couldnt give me the one I had order. Ricky had left for the day, so Jeremy took over. He said he wouldnt give me 50%. That was the worse Customer service I have ever seen. I brought the one that I didnt like, I needed a gift. Management sucks at that store.

Target is always an easy place to shop. They have a wide variety of goods and supplies. You can usually find the thing you are looking for without much effort. Some items might be a little more pricey than other stores.

Delight, excellent customer service, helpful employees. And clean store, I remember when this Target opened I thought it would turn into a mess store. But I was wrong. Love that the clearance sections are well displayed and markdowns are great. I mean I get stuff for dollars. The checkout clerks actually talked to me and asked how I was today. There are many stores where clerks dont even look at me and are rude.

This target location was not that clean the day I went. there was clothes everywhere and I saw an employee walk right by a spilled drink and nobody cleaned it from when I walked in to when I left. this was not a pleasant visit.

Not to mention the eggs always broken not just a couple of cartons but all the shelf, Cucumbers are never fresh, Just my 3 visit were not good, Very unhappy I would never go back
