The bagels on California State Polytechnic University Pomona was very delicious to eat. Ive tried many different flavors and bagels and its always good here.Only thing Im concerned about is the service because its good, but anything done to improve it will make it better. Quality of life improvents to on how to help people order and pick up their items could be improved.

Great for a quick bite

Their sandwich here is nice. Im not sure about anything else on the menu because I only had a sandwich but my friends never said anything so I guess they loved the food. Theyre always picky and they always complain when they taste something bad, but this time they were quiet and just satisfied. Staff also did a great job. You guys deserve a 5 star

Regular customer: Disappointed. I love Einsteins, I am a regular at my normal store back home. I was delighted when Einsteins recently rolled out their new app and rewards system, which was surprisingly intuitive and robust. I have my app loaded with gift cards and often take advantage of the promotions which show up in my email. This store DOES NOT accept the App or gift cards normally(that I know of). This would be extremely disappointing, except that the handmade sandwiches here have been consistently weak, and the few times I have patronized the restaurant they have had a minimal selection. I wish this were a regular Einsteins but it clearly is not.

Asked for a simple asiago bagel with cream cheese toasted. They did NOT toast like I had asked, and when I opened the bagel up it had a thin line of cream cheese not even covering the entire bagel. The cream cheese barely covered half of the bagel. Rip off!

This is one of the best places on campus. My favorite is the green chili bagel with cream cheese and a coffee :-)

They constantly mess up orders. The first time I went, they didnt properly read my receipt (which they make the order with). The second time, they messed up twice with a different order. I decided to give them one last shot with one of their menu (non-customized) options and they failed to mention some of the toppings on that option were discontinued when I ordered because only 1 employee knew. I found out afterwards. Decent coffee is the only reason it has 2 stars.

Asked the two people working at the time if they were brothers and they were not. I asked if their last names were Einstein, and they were not. Forget brothers they werent even Bros! False advertising at its finest

Einsteins is a great chain but this location, despite what Google says currently, is closed during the summer so you will have to get your bagels at another place until September 20th or so

Quality of a bagel sandwich is remorseful. Did they run out of the ingredients for a sandwich? Every Einstein Bros has satisfied my apetite with 1 sandwich. I needed to buy a second. I had a spinach mushroom and Swiss without spinach... And 3 mushrooms.

Great place to buy a bagel or coffee, before the classes start. The lines move quick, and service is quite quick!

Great spot for bagels! My favorite sandwich is Nova Lox, definitely a good spot to eat, before or after class!
