Wanted to charge me $70 bucks to to put basically everything on a frame which isnt that bad but instead I ended up trading my frame which wasnt a good frame for $10 credit and I ended up walking away with a brand new bike off-brand BMX in very good condition for only fifty bucks! I dont think I would have gotten a better price anywhere else

Have my rear wheel for truing. Horizontal work great but a lot of bumps in radial direction. Owner very rude and aggressive! will never go back. Went to Vics bike and they fixed the radial truing.

I had previously gone to bobbys bike shop. A young man was sitting inside playing with his phone.i knocked .he responded were closed. It was 4:30. Its posted they close at 6:00. I asked will you be open tomarrow. He said were closed man. I asked is bobby here. He responded weee closed. . The whole time he wouldnt look st me. He was only looking at his phone. This has hapoened before. Only when bobby is not present. Its to bad i wont be back. Bobby was very professorial and courtious. He is the only reason i went there. . On the other hand i met luis. On holt a small nike shop with used bikes for sale. He was very kind and asked me to wait till he finished the first custoner. In a few quick minutes he repaired my bike snd thanked me. I will defibately be back along with eight man bike riders im joined with.

The guy that was helping me was cool. They were open later than all the shops around, I needed a tube. Cash only, got the tube, took it home to pump it and it had hole.☹️ In all, people are cool but got a faulty product.

Great bike shop took in my wife’s bike that it had been sitting for awhile and he was able to get it back up and running the same day.The following day my wife had a little problem with the breaks took it back to him and he fix it in less then 2 min at no extra cost to me.Very knowledgeable guy he really knows his stuff.

I came in from upland because all the bike shops were telling me to fix the back break take off the front break and new bmx tires would all cost 230 dollars and i came to this place and it was pretty small and when we came in the Luis told us that it would be 50 and i said ok and in a quick 25 minutes my bike came out good as new definitely recommend if you need a quick fix

I called in asking if he could true a wheel I was having issues with. He quoted me $12 which is not bad at all. I should have taken this as an early red flag. I bring the wheel in and mention I had previously called about the wheel issue I was experiencing. He agrees to take it and mentions it would be ready tomorrow. I hesitated and asked to have my wheel back as I was expecting to have the wheel done within the hour. He assures hell have it ready in an hour as opposed to the next day. Fast forward an hour, I come back and he hands me my wheel. I get back home only to find the exact same issue. The wheel is still out of true. I try calling back but nobody seemed to answer. I go back in person and explain the situation. He then tells me that there is no way he can fix the wheel because of some damage on the rim. The part of the rim is a bit further from the hub. I asked why didnt he mention this when I had returned to pick my wheel up. He tried instead to fix the wheel he just stated could not be fixed. This man is quick to take your cash and leave you dry. I did not ask for a refund as I dont feel its even worth the hassle of haggling. I instead decided to write this negative review. By the way, I picked up a spoke wrench and guess what? I trued my own wheel. Save your bucks and go else where even if its a bit more expensive or learn to fix it yourself.Update: This man does not own a truing stand. He uses a bicycle upside down and the brake pads as a way of measuring how far off he is.

Third bike shop I went to, will be my first next time. Sunday at noon, two of the bikes shops near me wanted me to either bring the bike back Wednesday or leave it for two days! Pssh.. Showed up here and had my bike done in less than 30 minutes and at less than half the cost. This guy is the master!
