They have good stuff and good prices. Some things are cheaper at home depot others are a steal! I love it here.

Things r usually ovetpriced here and theres also a restocking fee for some big ticket items and other purchaes. Lots of low quality home building necessities at high prices. Returns r a hassel, a slow process. If youre in the business of remodeling other peoples homes, then, well, i guess it wont matter what u by here, because ur putting it in someone elses home and whatever breaks a year or two later wont matter to u. I personaly would not remodel my home with the low quality home improvement stuff they sell here; it really depends what ur buying. Ive bought many things here over a 15 year period and almost everything i bought broke or had issues a year or so later. I know a few rebuilders who buy from here to rebuild homes in the area and all of em say they dont care if anything breaks later, because they just get more business having to replace those broken things with newer bad quality replacements. How sad. If u need nails, screws, washers, etc., n youre near the store, this is a good place to find a veriety of em. They also have okay deals sometimes on spray lubricants n small things like caulk, etc., sometime. Buying here is like a flip of a coin; you dont know what ur really getting when it comes to quality. Wood has always been expensive here. U can wait in line for a long time to checkout. I personaly do not like this store because of the higher than usual prices, restocking fees, slow returns, and no help if u should need some, but if Im passing by on the freeway n need some nails or something small, Ill stop by. Someone else may be completely in love with this store, so stop by a few times and try it out. Happy remodeling!

Really nice place. Found exterior doors that otherwise had to special order in Home Depot and Lowes.

Came in to buy all new kitchen cabinets and both times the customer service was terrible. Come to find out the one that didn’t even seem like he wanted to be there and made it feel like it was a drag to help us was the manager Randy. They also didn’t have all the cabinets we needed so we decided to come to the one in Santa Ana better since they did have them in stock. I’d rather drive 40 mins to the Santa Ana store they were friendlier and got all the cabinets we needed immediately without us asking they helped us put them in our vehicle. Meanwhile in this Pomona store we had to ask 4 people before they came to help unwillingly and with a bad attitude.

Place has great deals compared to Lowe’s and HD. I’ve had no issues here. I wish their website was functional though as it is not a short drive for me to come here.

People were nice and helpful. Got what we needed and got out. Simple. Efficient.

2nd time we visited and nobody greeted or offered for assistance for help, but the mask police stalked customers and harassed. The items displayed seemed like they were from overstock or second hand stock. A vested woman with a radio questioned me on not wearing a mask, which was lost in the store. Rather than offer me another mask, she began to threaten and harass even though I stayed polite. She rolled her eyes and her body language was so offensive as was her male Mgr. We will never patron this store again. Beware!!! Do not shop here, these people are rude ignorant insensitive employees. This company has the worst employees working, simply awful!!!! Go to Lowe’s or Hone Depot instead.

It was the best I love shopping for materials at this place. They have good quality materials. I espiceley love the lumber yard. I also shop at the store in Ventura same good quality.

The variety of decoration materials is very complete and the price is very cheap, but the delivery service needs to wait some time.There are some tools for rented. The variety is not complete but can meet general needs.Not very big, but worth a look

Kool Place to shoP other than home depot or lowes

If I could give them ZERO STARS I would. Costumer service is horrible. No one there has any construction knowledge or knowledge of the materials they have. I called to ask about a product, the person I spoke with had no clue on what they were saying. She put me on hold to get someone with better knowledge but she never returned to the call. I guess its a lot easier to put people on hold and hope they hang up.Overall...very lazy and stupid employees

I called Customer support desk at this location and asked in specific if they carried Grey PVC fittings for electrical conduit in 2-1/2 size as for this is the closest HD near me and its a 35 min drive each way, so that I wouldnt waste an hr of my time, the gentleman assured me he can help me and said that they do carry that size and they have it in stock, I drive there and to my surprise they do not carry anything in that size, only up to 2 so now I have wasted gas and money for nothing.

This store is a joke everytime I need something they have in stock I have to wait for a manager to bring it down from on top. There is a manager named marlene i believe is her name very rud and disrespectful always say stuff under her breath. I could only imagine how she treats her employees.

All the time I walk in and somehow I get a smile😁 manager always polite always hopeful whats good attitude cashiers are also beautiful good people want to make me shop again. Unfortunately I got to take my customers shopping and I cant shop at your store if I could I do it all the time. Those are one of the things that all stores should be working on does having a good attitude positive my smile does it matter what problems everybody has princess comfy place to keep shopping and you guys have it.

If I could give this place a 1/2 star I would. Horrible customer service and lazy workers.We were completely ignored while in the store. My mother is remodeling her restroom. She was looking for a vanity set. She really like a vanity set she saw. She waited and waited and no one helped her. So she sought for assistance . There were several workers doing nothing. No one was willing to help. Then when someone finally helped they had attitude. After buying a vanity set the rude lady at the cashier told us to wait outside; someone was going to bring the vanity to our car.We waited and waited. Again we were like what the heck. Then we were told we needed to sign a waiver to get help. We were thinking is this a joke. Again we waited and waited. No one came to help us to load. We ended up loading it ourselves. We would never recommend this place. Customer services is horrible. Go somewhere else.

Went to this place instead of home Depot to see what they have. Pretty stocked up with some good cabinets and doors and backsplashes. A few concerns I had though was with 1.) There were about 9 staff as I walked through the front doors, none of them greeted me in any way not even a look and a nod; nothing. Not very good customer service. 2.) It was hot as hell outside and inside was even worse. They made an effort but it was poor at that. they have a massive swamp cooler with no water in it so we just spewing out outside air making it way too hot inside, I had to leave because I started to sweat. I was only in there for about 7 minutes. And 3.) as I was walking around and as I walked out no one asked if I needed any help or said goodbye even. If theres not going to be any customer service might as well place fewer staff on the floor. Maybe if they actually cared customer experience I could have gave it a good review.

Heard of this place before, but never had a need to go by there until I was looking for a sliding glass patio door. They had many to choose from and the prices were great compared to HD and Lowes. While there, I took the opportunity to browes around the store and found that they had a great selection of home improvement products and tools.Now I have an alternative

Anyone can complain about anything. Best prices in socal. Being in Real Estate I know the most important thing, Cost Effectiveness. HD usually beats out competitor prices, unless your me and know all the good spots. Still its hard to find better pricing elsewhere. The nice quarterly rebate checks are nice!

Great place to buy DIY products and their prices are very good. If you need help just ask at the front desk or ask the guys stocking supplies. Very courteous employees.

I understand that its out of HD supplies hands but you are vouching for those manufactures to be reliable. If the manufacturers dont deliver or meet your customers standards then that will fallback to you. Anyway, I DONT RECOMMEND CUSTOM ORDERS AT THIS STORE only get ready made or out of the box materials.

This place was outstanding the first several years. Ive been a customer for 5 years and in the last 2 the quality of the store has declined by a lot. Certain things are in stock others are not. Certain sizes of material are non existent. And in the recent months I have grown to dislike a cashier. I was in line and only sent back because I was there before hand to help another customer. This has happened not once but twice. The service cashier alone makes me go to home depot. If I could give this place less than a star I would. DO NOT GO HERE GO TO HOMEDEPOT, home depot has better material and a better chance of finding of what you want.

The staff at HD Supply is super helpful and approachable! I love coming to this place to get simplified answers to basic home repair questions... And theyhave EVERYTHING... and most of the time up to $1 cheaper the Home Depot. So yea... They got my vote.

This place is a joke!!! I went in to purchase a sliding door.. when I went to pay for it the girl told me it was sold already they had not pulled it yet for another customer.. I went on to pick another door pay for it and put in for pick up later by the contractor, she told me them only do one day holds.. I explained to her that 6 days ago I bought a door and put it for later pick by the contractor and I had no problems.. she told me they changed there policies a few days ago.. What a joke this place is, customer service SUCKS these employees need to be trained to work with the public..

Hard to find some products.

Just rented a 100 snake to clean drains, heavy duty and if you use it and return it in under 5 hour they take 25% off so it only costed $60 bucks to get the job done!Real happy.

HD supply has items that you dont find at home depot and is a few pennies cheaper. But there is only on strong negative. Their return policy is terrible. If you dont have the receipt, you are doomed.

Huge warehouse for repairmen and DIY men. They have wide selections that not available at Home depot or Lowes. Fair prices.

U can find anything about construction but the people that work there are un helpful unknowlegble seem there only their to cash a check they are super good at checking ur receipt so u dnt leave with something ur not supposed to plus they get a bonus for catching missed items

Toe kicks hard to find in totally different area than cabinets plus mixed in with crown molding. Hard to find them in the color we needed. Help was even harder to find.
