AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and product!!!!! My shipment was late and they took the time to create another batch for me to pick up. SUPER fast and reliable customer service. Amazing customer service!!! I had a last minute panic order, they got it to me exactly when they said they would Jerry is awesome!!!! I will use again. We do lots of parties, showers and events. So nice to know there are still companies that value good service and quality .

An excellent small business to get custom lollipops. I have to admit Im a bit demanding at times for my orders but they are always accommodating and helpful in getting my orders correct and on time. The quality is always excellent and Im never disappointed in their service. Kudos to the team here who deeply care about their products and service!

Amazing customer service! My order was lost and my reorder was cancelled by mistake. I ordered these lollipops originally as a Valentine’s Day gift. Customer service not only contacted me and updated me on repeatedly to fix this issue. They even were able to get me my order several days before Valentine’s Day even with all the issues with the original and reorder that happened earlier! The lollipops were amazing as well! Completely recommend to anyone wanting to purchase these!

What can I say...I was in a pinch (ha!) yesterday and needed some sort of Lobster candy for National Lobster Day. Sparko Sweets came to my rescue and I already have them in hand this morning! I know lobster meat is sweet but it also tastes like blackberry!! :-) You all (especially Jerry) are amazing and I cant wait to use you in the future!!

I am one that usually does not write reviews however, this company deserves more than 5 stars!!!! I was having problems ordering and centering my picture in the order and I reached out to Mary, she IMMEDIATELY responded and walked me through the entire order!!! In addition I just happened to run across these wonderful lollipops 🍭 and it was for my daughters wedding so timing was of the essence. Mary immediately took me under her wing once again and rushed the order to me. I can not say enough good things about this company and their customer service! I ABSOLUTELY love the finished product and can’t wait to surprise them with something so unique and special! THANK YOU MARY! 🌹

The lollipops came and were amazing, I couldn’t be happier my mother is going to love her gift. I would recommend this to anyone, it’s the perfect gift.

I placed an order for custom lollipops on January 11th. Turn around time stated 5-10 business days. I emailed the company on the 18th and 23rd for the status of my order. On the 25th I received a response stating they were having issues with USPS and were having delays and if my package was lost they would replace. I emailed back asking them to please check on the status as I had not received my order. I never heard back. I never received tracking info. I called the company a few days later and was told they were out of the gift box that I paid to have the order shipped in. They had not shipped my order as the previous email implied. I authorized them to ship the order without the gift box and was told they would complete the order the next day and send me tracking information. I never received it. On Feb 5th after sending another email and leaving another voicemail I get an email saying there are delays with covid. I again asked for tracking info as my order obviously has not been filled. I STILL haven’t received any information on the order I placed almost a month ago. Covid delays are understood. Update the production time you have advertised. I DO NOT understand the complete lack of customer service and the avoidance of answering phone calls and emails. Very unprofessional company.

Updated Review 11/30/20 I was not happy with the product that I received but Jerry and Mary worked together to resolve the situation.A few tips.1. Send in draft of what you want for customized lollipops and ask about the resolution of the photo2. If you can do order a month out so if there is an issue you can get it taken care of before your event.

I added 2 stars because two employees did contact me right after I posted this review. Took a while but I was refunded as I had been requesting. Im hoping they start communicating with customers when things beyond their control are happening and affect production. I realize there is a lot going on right now but there seemed to have been a practice of printing a shipping label to create a tracking number to appease customers looking for the status of their order. Problem is that label sat in Pamona, CA for weeks which was possibly more frustrating than not having any tracking number.I wish I could same the same about Sparko Sweets customer service. But my 5th order from them placed on Aug 12 is no where to be found. After several follow ups I finally received a tracking number on Sept 8th. The order has not been shipped or fulfilled or even explained as to why there is such a HUGE delay. I would love to say their product is worth the wait and the hassle but at this point I just want a refund. I cant seem to get ahold of anyone and will have to go through my credit card company. Wish I had better luck but their lack of communication and action/response is the reason I am posting this review.

I love Sparko Sweets so much, the people who work here are so kind! They address you with the most beautiful smiles as you walk in, and the candies are delicious as well. So much variety, I cant believe it.
