Hello, I would like to take the time and send a deserve review to Plug-in. I was in their facility twice the first was for a black suburban which was sold but got offered a white one but was not too convinced. Second time was when I saw a third suburban and immediately called Izzy. As soon as I got there I was greeted by another awesome guy by the name of Luis. Izzy and Luis were very helpful, and Im very particular with my cars. Made the deal and was in and out within an hour, super fast. I would definitely recommend Plug-in, all staff is professional but Izzy and Luis were amazing. Thank you guys my family and I are very happy with our purchase.

So we had a good buying experience and thought we got a great deal on a prep we’d vehicle and planned on being back for my husband to get another car. Since buying the vehicle only *3 months ago* we have had over $3,000 now in repairs. When I called to talk to the manager she informed me that they could have done everything for cheaper IF we brought it to them. Then she offered to have their mechanic look at it and he informed my husband *very rudely* if we knew anything about cars because it was just coolant that the car needed. Once we left feeling somewhat relieved the check engine light turned on. We had to eventually take it to Chevy service center to get the proper diagnosis and repairs which we will have to spend more $ on. Never will purchase from this dealer again. I should have read the reviews prior.
The sales rep helping me, Reed, was very helpful and not pushy at all, which I appreciated.What really fried me was the dealership policies. we drive all the way out there only to find $2,000 in surprise fees ($1,495 for some paint protector and $495 for an anti-theft device) tacked onto the car. Never mentioned it on the phone or in the web listing - this bait-and-switch tactic immediately made me lose my respect. When I asked, the manager refused to budge even $1 on the asking price. The non-negotiable price and the non-negotiable $2K in fees made me walk. Had they been flexible, I would have bought that car. It’s a week later and that car is still on the lot. Their loss.Would never come back here.
03/05/21 Just went and picked up a 12 Mercedes C250 and I can say that their no haggle pricing is pretty accurate, only flaws here is the lack of communication between the sales people and the manager regarding the cars as far as maintenance and extra accessories such as 2nd key and when the last alignment was done etc. Lisa attended me and sold me the car she had a good and positive attitude and I can appreciate that, I asked at the end of the purchase if they could fill the tank up with gas and a courtesy wash cause it was slightly dirty and she tried to get the car washed unfortunately couldnt happen but told me to come next day which was fine, and gas wise went from reserve to half a tank, got there at 4pm left the dealership at around 7:30pm and noticed they took the plastic liners from the floor mats which I kinda wanted to keep but all and all I cant really complain but I can say that I will update my review in a few weeks to really get a feel for the car so dont mind the 3 stars as it might change because this is my honest review .(Update) its 5/4/21 and still haven received my metal plates and come to find out I had originally taken a voucher from my finance company and when I got my first payment due in the mail they applied me with a different one !, Called about the plates I was told that paper work was done on 03/24/21 and I purchased the car 03/05/21 and to only find out that they put the wrong address !? Me personally I hate paper plates and been waiting for the metal ones, such a delay and no sense of urgency just make sure to verify your information and all the details 3x before you sign and walk out that door

Just purchased a car from them today. Vinny was a very fair negotiator. Both him and Freddy treated my wife and I very nice and went to length to get the deal done. From the perspective of the deal itself, the interaction with sales staff and management, I am very happy. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because we had discussed that the car really needed some TLC and we requested that it is given a decent cleanup job for the next day at pickup. Although it was washed and the inside wiped down, I feel as if it could have easily been done much better, to really wow the customer.*I got my own financing and this did not interact with anyone on the finance side nor did I purchase any extended warranty.*Overall however, the experience was very pleasant and would very much recommend stopping in to check out their very large selection.
Plug-in Auto is the best for buying an electric vehicle!I have been looking for a replacement vehicle for my old truck (which gets terrible gas mileage) for at least a year and I have visited numerous dealerships in the LA area. Ive been picky about finding the exact right vehicle to fit my needs. I found Plug-In Auto near where I live and they have an incredibly vast selection of electric and hybrid vehicles (along with other cool sports and luxury cars). I was greeted by Martin when I arrived and I was instantly put at ease with his relaxed, honest, and friendly personality. There was no pressure, no run around, and all the pricing was up front and haggle free. Martin answered all my questions with ease and guided me through the sales process at a pace I was comfortable with. I actually wound up buying two cars from them, one for me and one for my fiance, because the deals were too good to pass up compared to competitors. Plug-in Auto also gave me top-dollar for my trade-in, even besting the offer I got from Carmax. Martin introduced me to the Sales Manager, Chris, or CJ, who helped me finalize my deal. CJ was also a complete pleasure to deal with and he secured me a great financing deal that I did not think would even be possible when purchasing a used vehicle. All in all, I could not be happier with my car purchase, and I experienced complete honesty and kindness during my entire experience. I was in and out with two Thew new to me vehicles within 3 hours. I would definitely recommend Martin and CJ at Plug-in Auto to help anyone make their next vehicle purchase!!
0 stars!!!Sold us a truck that was already messed up. Called them on the same day we purchased the truck that it was making a weird noise on the drive home. Took it in for them to inspect it and told us everything was okay with it. So we took their word. Days went by and still the noise and the truck felt weird, had a lag to it. Took it to our friend whos a mechanic and as we knew it, the truck was not OKAY as they had said. So, this dealer is about to be sued! Gave them the option to pay for the fixing, since we really do like the truck but they wanted to be cheap and make us pay for their mechanics to fix it, whom in the first place said the truck was okay, but at this point we didnt trust them...
If you are buying an electric car, the most important thing to check is that it will actually charge. Make them show you as they dont guarantee anything. The port on mine was bad and so it would not charge, requiring repair. Additionally, the price of the car is not the price of the car, as they add things like clear coat wrap and dont give you the option to say yes or no to it as it is already done. Not a bad place, but a typical used car dealer.
I bought my car here a few months ago. I just received a call from the manager about a “problem” that they “forgot” to charge me the sales tax and so I know why this would be (????). I told them if their new salesperson made a mistake (I’m reading online now this is could be a common scam, though- dealers collect the tax, don’t show it on the paperwork, pocket it and don’t give it to the state, and then charge you again!), that the burden should be on them. And that I need to know that he’s not going to try to make me pay for it now. He snidely replied “I’m not sure yet what I’m going to do.” Calling the ATTORNEY GENERAL first thing in the morning. Anyone else who is getting this call from them SHOULD DO THE SAME. And don’t forget to also take a picture of ALL OF THE PAPERS THEY HAVE YOU SIGN. (including the ones dealerships May inadvertently not give you a copy of!)
Drove more then 2 hours to be disappointed not by the vehicle, but the employees. We came to look at the a cheap city car that we dont have to worry about getting hit by others doors at the store and also found some nice SUVs since we are looking for a large SUV. I am in the market since my truck is up for sale and or trade for an SUV. Also a small car we found online looked great, in person it was quite a different story which was a turn off. The SUV was nice, but the employees was not pleasant to be around. Being conceded and rude doesnt help sell vehicles. The vehicles look great in pictures, but once you get there you can find many flaws in a lot of the cars. Just so they know who is posting this I have place pictures of my vehicles one being the truck and second the RRS SC you guys have my number.I would like to note Charlie was ok to work with until he passed us into some one else. They helped me pick the car to fit my needs, gave me all car details including live video to show me what I was buying and I received exactly what had been described to me. My Tesla didn’t have the charging cable so I got in touch with Plug-In Auto and they claimed to have sent it, however they still went ahead and overnight shipped me another cable.I am the most satisfied customer of Plug-in Auto! Extremely happy with the salesman, Fred, the price was sold as advertised no surprise costs. No pressure we did a lot of discussing privately before deciding we wanted to take the car home! The finance department was streamlined as well! Very happy with the whole experience would definitely return.

Worst buying experience Ive ever had. The back and forth game was sickening. Guy actually came over to me and told my family to not be like me. Sales guy seemed nice and offered to send me a missing center cap. They must have not let him. Auto Bakers and Dyno auto since then have been easy to buy better quality vehicles and they love their customers.

We really had a good experience here. Went to look at a Kia Niro and by the end of the day ended up loving it so much that we bought one! Wasnt expecting to go home with a car that day but honestly, Plug-In Auto had a lot of great options for the car model we were looking for and they had some of the best prices for the area. They just made the process really easy overall so Im really happy we decided to buy from them. Shout out to Agustin, the car salesman who helped us, because he was very patient with us and answered our many questions. Agustin was awesome to work with and again, we just had a great experience overall. AND....theres more....they have chickens right behind their main building!!!! Never ever ever ever ever go here. To start with they lie and fraudulently claim they improve the cars by putting on a tracking device and paint sealer and then charge $2,500 for this on top of every car.I took the time to set an appointment with them, and drove 2 hours to get there, and they still blew me off. I went to management and expressed my displeasure, and they didnt care either.Long story short, just burn your money before you go here. Literally.
I recently purchased a car from this site and Im upset at the fact that they sold me a car that had expired tags. We paid for the registration of the car on the higher end and only received a $142 refund check, then two months after we purchased my car I received a renewal registration notice from the DMV for $265. So, we paid almost $600.00 to the DMV. I called to see we if we could at least get a refund for the new registration fees and nothing, no help, The sales department too, they never returned my call. I will be reporting this to BBB.
I was a little nervous getting a car from here after reading some of the reviews, but now that Im home with my new [to me] car, I can say that this was one of the most painless transactions Ive had with a car dealer. Even with my complex situation of coming in from out of state to pick up the car and drive it home, and dealing with different credit unions, Freddy was extremely responsive and helpful through text and email as we worked out the details. Even though my interest in the vehicle was obvious (theres not a lot of blue Chevy Volts with ACC), Freddy was informative but no pressure, and didnt try to guilt me into any additional services/products I didnt want. Thanks again Freddy for being one of the chillest salesmen Ive ever met, really helped make my experience with this dealership a good one.
They add mark ups to the price that are not listed on the price in the auto trader app, 500.00 for gap and 1,000 for paint and fabric protection. A 7 year old car doesnt need paint and fabric at protection at this point. Bait and switch technique.
I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with this dealer. I was looking for a Tesla Model X, and they had a HUGE inventory. I worked primary with George and Rusty. George was so responsive, helped us test drive a few and find the one that worked best for us. He even came in on his day off to finalize the paperwork and get it done. Rusty was able to get us the best rates and financing possible--we came in with preapproval from our Credit Union and I didnt think there was any way they would beat the rate we got, but Rusty did it!! Every staff member we came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. I am honestly so surprised they dont have 5 stars on here. It seems a lot of negative reviews from people who didnt even use them to purchase a car.Overall it was a great experience. I highly recommend coming here for your new-to-you car needs. Just completed my purchase of a 2016 Chevy Volt. After two miserable experiences trying to buy local, I found Plug In Auto and could not have been happier with my experience. I am an out of state buyer and worked with Shawn Z from start to finish. He was great to work with! He did a good job communicating with me throughout the process. The car options they have and the pricing is hands down the best out there. Several of the cars I was looking at were gone before I could get everything lined up. Z was diligent in ensuring that I got exactly what I was looking for and made sure the long-distance transaction went off without a hitch. I had financing from another out-of-state institution and Z was very communicative with them as well and made sure everything was streamlined and seamless. Z helped to line up shipping of the car and was diligent to make sure that that the transport was as smooth as possible. This was my 6 out-of-state vehicle purchase and I could not have been happier with the entire process. The car is great and just as advertised. I highly recommend Plug In Auto! Terrible customer service. Who ever is answering the phones is very rude and needs training. They lost a customer that was very interested in one of their cars. After talking to the guy online i changed my mind. Never coming here and making sure no one looking for an ev comes here. Learn how to speak to your customers properly.

Caveat Emptor. Cool cars but terrible sales tactics. They couldnt find the cars we wanted to see, lied about availability. Pushed us into higher priced cars once they assessed us. Switched us to a higher pressure salesperson who did not wear a mask INDOORS until my wife said something. His name was Antonio I believe, he said he was the floor manager, his card just said finance.Would not allow us to test the car on the highway, was told that no dealer does that nowadays due to insurance. I tested a car on the highway from porsche, bmw, and lexus dealers in the last two weeks. Either the salesperson was lazy or they dont want you to see how an EV performs at highway speed.For a company with forward looking inventory they are VERY old school and sketchy.
I checked out a few vehicles at Plug In Auto. I worked with a couple sales guys named Dayshawn and Allen who were very polite and had great customer service skills. They showed me a Subaru Forester, Mazda and Kia that was pretty nice...I ended up getting a different vehicle, nonetheless the staff and especially the managers at Plug In Auto were very knowledgeable and super flexible in terms of working with me on financing. Overall, solid dealership to finance from or purchase outright, I recommend you check them out.
We left in 10 minutes. Walked in and was not greeted. Sales person knew very little about his inventory or details on the car we were looking at (Tesla). He hopped on the phone and texted for several minutes while my husband tried to ask questions. When we asked to test drive the car...he questioned whether we intended to buy same day and then basically refused to let us drive it because it was “a 70k car”. We own 3 cars over 70k and we test drove them all. This was the worst sales experience and service we’ve ever had.

Where do i start? The communication was terrible! They tried to charge me $1,100 to ship the car to me! I ended up getting my own shipping for $435. They knew i was in Texas buy they never removed the HOV stickers! The car had a busted headlight, that i had to replace. Why not take care of these two small issues the car already had? And to make things worst! The car, is now stopping and loosing all power! If i could give them 0 stars i would! STAY AWAY!!!!
This place has nice cars for what seems to be a low price on there website but be aware that every car will have an extra $2300+ non-negotiable fee on top of that price. A $1300-1500 pain sealant fee and a $500-700 anti-theft fee. Both of theses fees are basically B.S. dont fall for them. Paint sealant is vary cheap for dealerships to apply to cars and anti-theft whens the last time your cars been stolen in the past 5 years? And insurance covers more than what this dealership would.As far as salesman they are all vary pushy and aggressive. As we were parking all of them sit outside the main entrance looking at you like fresh meat. We were first told to help ourselves and go look at the cars within 2 minutes a salesman came to us and told us we couldnt walk the open lot by ourselves because we were a liability. Than he proceeded to take us to the second most expensive electric car brand on the lot and will only tell us about that car and not the cheaper ones we wanted to look at. I would never buy from this dealership its worse than the random shady ones with 6 cars in there lot.

Spam auto shop. They told a price on phone, and asked me to come. when I arrived there I asked the sales man again and he confirmed the price. Then he asked for social to check my credit, then he come back to me telling that my credit is excellent and then he increase the car price.He thought that I will pay whatever he said after he make a hard inquiry to my credit score.I left and refused to pay any extra amount than the price he told me at the beginning.What I waste:- 3 hours of time.- driving 80 miles round trip.- A hard inquiry to my credit account that will stay for 25 months.Its very important to check the review for any place before dealing with them. My fault that I didnt check this place review...
This dealership looks much better online than in person. They seem to have decent prices however once you come in they add on ridiculous fees that go straight to their commission. While the salesmen were nice I did not like being blindsided by such ridiculous prices. Overall if you are looking for an affordable eco friendly used car DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Totally seamless. This is second Fusion we have purchased from them. We paid cash and didnt trade-in so it was super easy and fastest car buy we have ever done. Price was good and customer service excellent. No hard-sell and salesman (Adam) drove to our house to bring charging cord that was left behind. Highly recommend.

DO NOT TRUST THAT PEOPLE. Saturday morning I tested a convertible mustang and after some negotiations I got a good price. I signed the offer in a paper. We agreed that I would go back on Monday with the down payment, proof of insurance, and a mechanic to check the car. When I was about to hire the insurance on Sunday evening I called them to arrange the time Id go there on Monday. The seller told me that the car had a problem closing the roof when I left and they sent it to Ford to fix it, and they would call me when is ready. Why did not they call me when they found the problem the previous day? Then Ive been calling for 3 weeks to check if the car was fixed and they just kept telling me that is not ready yet but do not worry. And after that time the seller even do not pick up the phone when I call. The only explanation is that they sold the car to another person for a higher price than the one agreed with me. Please stop teasing people and make them waste time. I lost another good deal because of them.

While I thought my experience in general was very positive, I was very disappointed to find out that I was extremely mislead and the Tesla i purchased did not come with autopilot despite being advertised as having autopilot and being told on the test drive that it had autopilot. Was very clearly falsely advertised but they are saying because it comes autopilot enabled that its ok to say it has autopilot. This is incredibly misleading and they are well aware of what they are doing. Beware of false and misleading advertising.Dont believe anything these guys say, require that everything be put in writing or fact check it yourself. Management doesnt seem to care that their salesmen blatantly lie as I emailed and got no response after a week.
FIRST TIME BUYER.....I was nervous to buy a car from half way cross the United States with out looking at it in real person. Prices were very reasonable. I worked with Chris M. on everything from an excellent recording of the car to Eric on financing and Chris M. on following up on being there for the shipping for the car. I tried to buy a car from these guys but they could not accept the fact that I wanted to do all the work through e mail and over the phone (Covid 19). Chris Medeiros was very rude and sarcastic through e mail. I did my research and told him what I thought the car was worth. He e mailed back and told me the car was sold. Did not try to switch me to a different car. I will never buy a car from these guys! I recommend going to a dealer that wants your business.

They convinced me that this car was perfect and after I bought a car here, I tried to contact them and they avoided me and lied to me. Many problems have arise ever since it was brought home. They lied to my face. WEAR A MASK WHEN YOU COME HERE, not because of COVID-19 but because Chris Medeiross breath is absolutely heinous. His lies are even worse than the smell of his breath. I had met with a sales rep to see what cars were available. It took a while for someone to help me as I wandered the lot. Big selection of used cars. The sales rep gave a good impression I didnt feel pressured as nothing there stood out to me. However when quickly introduced to the owner he pushes a completely useless car to me not knowing exactly what I wanted, except good milage, he pushed a Chevy Volt that has only 4 seats while I need 5 or more seats if possible. Had I not bought, I would have visited again if something that suited me was available minus talking to the owner.

Found a car in Auto Trader that was at Plug-in Auto. I inquired about it. Feedback was fast. Went, saw and bought the car. Our salesman, James was very nice. No pressure. All the staff was nice, very responsive. It didnt take long either, which is great.

This place has the worst customer service ever, when I asked for some documents ( which is one of my rights, by the way ) the rude guy who is working out my sale said ; HEY, DONT DEMAND, JUST ASK AND I WILL SEE IF I WILL DO IT OR NOT, and by the way it was not the first time to meet a very unprofessional customer service treatment from this team, when we were finishing the deal at the beginning another rude guy asked for extra $395 over the price of the vehicle as a kind of accessory they are gonna fix it, but when I asked which accessory is that, he said nothing, but they have to make some money, take it or leave it .Plus a lot of documents mistakes which forced me to drive for and from there place many times .Please guys expect a very unprofessional treatment if you choose to get a vehicle from this place, and if I would be able to give them ZERO Stars I would gladly do.Oh, one more thing, I don’t want to be contacted by any one from this place offering me any kind of compensation, I will never deal with this place any more in my life and I will advise every one to do so .
I recently purchased a Chevy volt from here. We worked with Nellie, she was very knowledgeable and patient. They had many volts to choose from and in the end I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. There was no pressure and the cars were very well priced. I would definitely come back and recommend them.
Salesman was inexperienced and not good at communicating. Had my own financing and they made me fill out credit report, whole nine yards and didnt even care that they had dealt with my CU before. They just stick you in line and go thru their little rituals with no flexibility what so ever. I got a good deal on a car but will never do business with them again.
Bought a 2015 Lexus GS 350 from Plug-in Auto yesterday...what a great experience. Paul Satterlee provided excellent customer service - no hard selling, no bait and switch, very honest, helpful, and efficient. Very pleasant experience indeed. We went in, picked our car, liked what we got, got approved, and left with our spanking preowned car in under 3 hours. Wow! Rick of finance was also very efficient and good to us. Stop looking at those fake reviews. All cars you see online with attractive price are fake. They add a so called Dealer fee on the total price, what the hello was that? Waste of my time to drive all the way
Went to check out a Car with a good online price. Got a good out the door offer so wanted to see the car first . Upon arriving the salesman was already directly behind my car before I put it Park and felt the pressure salesman before we stepped out of the car. Anyways, we test drove the car in question, and the check engine light came on. Salesman gave a sorry excuse about the issue. The car had a aftermarket blowoff valve for the turbo noise which was causing the light to come on. He also stated he didnt need to smog the car to sell to me that it can be done later. Red flag going up. We then talked to his service guy about the issue, little that they know that I have a smog license and can see through the BS excuses. So the guy said that he cleared the code then took the car to pass smog and it didnt, again another red flag that seems they got a car with trouble codes and just tried to clear it without fixing the problem. Codes dont just pop up on the dash UNLESS there is something wrong with the car.So we changed our mind, checked out another car, got a outrageous Out the Door cash Price and decided to call it a day. The famous sale manager was rude and didnt give us the Out-The-Door price paper saying he couldnt do that and I said well your other rep gave me one for the Car we came for and he was silent . Then the salesman was trying to guilt trip us stating we burned up a lot of his time and we just starting ignoring him after his little temper fit while walking to our car and closed the car door on him while he was complaining about his slow day. Very unprofessional.Id steer clear from this place, you kindve know that used car dealerships do shady stuff to sell a messed up car and this place just confirmed it.

Super shady dealership that will screw you over any little chance they get. They charged $1000 to my debit card saying it was for down payment but instead they added it to the total bill. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

Dont waste your time. The prices look good online, but they do this purposely to reel you in. When you sit down to finalize the price theyll tack on accessory fees which are completely fabricated to reverse their advertised price. If theyre being dishonest about that, I wonder what other unethical practices theyre doing. To top it off they have inexperienced junior salesmen, at least the one I encountered, who came off as pushy, immature, and disrespectful.
Came into Plug in Auto looking for a Tesla Model s. Talked to Dee on the phone and was super sweet helping me for a few weeks actually to find my perfect car. They had a HUGE selection of these and everything else you can think of. Auri came and introduced herself and was super polite not pushy what so ever. She let me roam the lot and test drive a few cars with no issues and when it cane down to buying one she helped me through the whole process. Now i’m driving away in my Tesla and the prices were so good. Cheaper than all the rest of the places i have checked and even better quality. Thank you Plug In Auto!
This morning 1/24/2020 at 9:30 am I called the dealership to let them know that they misspelled my name on all the paperwork and I received my registration form with my name spelled incorrectly. The first person I talked to was a guy name “Joe, the manager” who I can tell you right off the bat didn’t have the proper customer service etiquette which includes tone. He let me know I had to go out of my way to the DMV yo fix an issue that was over looked by them. When we were talking I wanted to chime in and he raised his voice higher so I wouldn’t interrupt him, he didn’t want to hear what I had to say. He unapologetically said there’s nothing they can do and that I have to handle this myself. I feel and know this entire conversation could have been handled more professionally on his behalf but he clearly doesn’t care how he talks to or treats car buyers at this location. I’m very disappointed with this experience and making sure it is known “Joe, the manager” should not be appointed to this position. He wouldn’t even let me hold for the lady that handled the DMV paperwork because I no longer wanted to talk to him.

Dealers a rip-off. Advertised a price, agree on the price, then adds a accessory fee of Paint sealant warranty to your pice... $1295 dollars (was 1500). Say that you must pay it. Then they say every dealership has it, and that its normal... BS. They didnt tell me that fee was there until I pointed it out. Dont be fooled like I did. I didnt have time to argue and I didnt have time to look for another car so I was stuck... I needed a car else, I cant go to work so I had to bite the bullet... So much regret now. Getting an uber or rental for a few days would have saved me so much stress and trouble... because my Second issue: They said my car is eligible for carpool sticker. They said it multiple times, over and over, that I will get a carpool sticker and it will be until 2021. They said they hve been doing this for years, and they know what they are doing. Once I applied for the car sticker, I was rejected and was told this car already has a sticker from the previous owner. I was lied to - BOLD FACE LIE. I told them, DONT tell people your car qualifies for the carpool sticker when it doesnt. Do you research before you spread lies like this. I bet my entire purchase on the fact the car qualifies because I drive too much in traffic (3hrs a day). I wanted to home earlier so I can tuck my baby to sleep. But in the end, Im stuck with plugin car without a carpool stick. Dealer gave the option of selling the car back, but that I would lose on the Tax and the Registration... thats $1,900 lost. I asked why cant you provide a refund since Im returning the car as it was not what you said it was... they said no and only option is to sell it back. They lied and it was their mistake, but Im the one whos suffering financially... SO MAD thinking about my experiences with them... Been wanting to write this review as Ive given them time to fix their mess but they have not so heres my honest opinion and experience dealing with them. Others have had the similar bad experience... I believe them now. This dealership is a scam, be careful and dont believe their lies. Dont pay that stupid pait sealant fee... I would have to admit, I was hustled, so let my experience help you on your car buying journey.
Went to look for a hybrid, wanted to sit in my top two choices, JAMES was beyond rude. He was arguing with my dad and my dad was just being a sweetie. We were left waiting out in the sunny parking lot for 30 min while he “went and got the keys”. Not good service will not be coming back.

I was hesitant to visit this dealer after reading some of the negative comments here because buying a car all by myself being a young female first time buyer is scary! Luckily, I was helped by Charlie. He is professional, funny, knowledgeable, and most of all patient. He answered all my questions about hybrid cars and went above and beyond to get me amazing financing for my good credit regardless of being a first time buyer.

They don’t even deserve one star. This place is a joke. Say all their cars pass a 85 point inspection. My cars sunroof, AC and shift lights didn’t work. All bumpers were missing clips. Took it in for service and they have had it for a week with zero communication. By far worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Buyers beware. Don’t wast your time or money.

They add close to $1,300 as a standard fee for every sale. When I asked the salesman why, he said thats just what the dealership charges. I never got a satisfactory explanation. Thats on top of the profit they make off the sale. This is an additional charge. They double teamed to pressure us for a sale but we werent able to come to an agreement. As we were leaving the salesman, James office, he actually ran in front of my wife knocking her aside and pushing past her through the office door. He kept telling us how nice and how honest he was. Once he couldnt make the sale, he proved himself neither.
Some nice cars but small, newer, business. Didnt seem very knowledgeable or customer friendly. Didnt seem into cooperating or working a deal with someone who has less than ideal credit.
The only decent salesman is Charles. If you do buy a vehicle, and HAVE to from here, buy only from him. The rest were rude, incompetent, but nothing compares to their manager Jeff. When I asked about the deposit and if he could leave something in writing to its return policy, he made up some BS law about how he couldnt, proceeded to tell me he was a multi millionaire and didnt need my 2k deposit. Find out hes just a manager of the building, not the owner, andh e ruined the 52k sale his decent employee was about to make. Horrible manager. Charles stayed an hour after closing only to help me out, only to be refused the sale due to Jeffs rudeness. What kind of owner ruins an employees livelihood? DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. ONLY FROM CHARLES, IF NECESSARY.
My son is currently looking for a Lexus. He found a Lexus to his liking at Plug-In via Car Gurus. After reading the reviews, about Plug-In advertising vehicles that are no longer in inventory, my son called about an hour prior to arriving to ensure the car advertised was actually on the lot/inventory. Needless to say, we showed up and the car was not there. It had apparently been sold. The old tell you anything to get you to come down and look at the inventory. Bottom line, they are dishonest and the car is still reflected as available on Car Gurus. BTW, the 2016 burgundy ES 350 (autumn shimmer) vehicle is NOT on the lot. Thank me later....

My husband and I drove here from North Hollywood to look at one particular Chevy Volt they had listed. Juan helped us test drive it and get our financing together. Everything went very smoothly. We didnt feel hassled or pressured into anything and we ended up getting a really great deal on this car. Had a couple bad experiences at OTHER dealers so Im glad we ended up here. Very happy with our purchase and the help we had from Juan while we were there.
