Came here to get my windows tinted.Went with the ceramic tint, it came out really nice and does the job to block out the heat.Tim was awesome, great customer service.

Ive been coming here for over 5 years. Over the years I brought three cars to them to install radios amps and subs etc anything to do with audio systems. I have always been treat fairly and welcome. I love the fact that we can always be real with one another. They are always willing to negotiate on your budget. They will give you the bang for your buck. Overall great service and very helpful for whatever your needs are. Thank you Tim and Kim. 👍

This place does good work. However they do not listen to the customers that well. They especially dont like it when they have to redo work they messed up on. Theyre also very expensive. They do not give refunds! I had made an appointment for my car to be tinted. Which they make you pay for in advance. Then I had to wait almost a month for them to do the installation. During that time I had an emergency come up and I needed money but they would not give me a refund even though I hadnt even gotten anything yet. Then on the day I was supposed to get my tint done I dropped my car off and it didnt even get done. They apologized and rescheduled me. So I asked for a discount for the inconvenience and all they offered was to do a front strip of tint for free. Which I didnt even want. Store credit was my only option.

Though my tint looks great after 10 months, the owner does not honor a warranty on the amps they installed. Really bad service. Also damaged my back seat with long screws that went through.

Best stereo shop in the area. No one can bear their prices. They do great tint too.

Lazy job no pride in work guy smelled like liquor said he couldnt get my radio to fit. Scratched it. cracked my wood grain I had to redo everything nice and it fit perfectly. I was charged and told to come back. I dont recommend this place at all.

Lied about the pricing over the phone just to get me there and then try to charge me extra

I am very pleased with the fast service and reasonable price. I highly recommend their shop for Alarms Stereos, tint, rims and tires.

Had my tint done here now I have bubbles. Went to a reputable tint place they said cheap tint and glue was used. Will take 2- 3 hours to take the cheap stuff off. Hopefully wont damage my defrosters. I have NEVER had bubbles on my tint before. So sad I went to this place to begin with. I should have gone to to the reputable place to start. You get what you pay for. Dont come here!

Tim who said was the sales manager was having a personal conversation with a coworker for a few minutes while I waited. Finally Tim says Im sorry about that what can I do for you? So I explained that I wanted dark tint on all my windows and asked for a price. Tim noticed that I already had tint on the back windows and said that he could do the front windows and match the film. I confirmed by asking, oh so you can match it? He said yes we will match your film so the back and the front will be the same. I agreed and the work was done. I was happy when I drove away. In the course of my day I noticed that the NEWLY tinted windows have an amber color, and my back windows have a blue hue. I went back to the shop and I spoke to Tim. I reminded him that he told me that they would match the tint. Immediately without even looking at the car he says, my guy did match the tint, yours is just old and faded!. You mean to tell me that amber hue tint fades to blue when its old? I responded. He had a cocky smirk on his face and kept cutting me off. He would not let me finish a sentence. I tried to reason with him. He said that they could put the same film on my other windows so it would match. And quoted me an inflated price. I was not going to give this shop any more money. I wish I would have read the reviews BEFORE I went there. Tim is rude and cocky and frankly if he had just given me a quote for the whole car when I was asking for the quote I would have done it.

For now I give 1 star eventhough it isnt worth any star until they fix it. If you value your time and money go somewhere else. I had window tint done with bubbles on every window at the very same day. It has lifetime warranty but only can be done on weekdays when most of us working, so youll loosing another time and money. I was skeptical when I made appointment but requires money down, sure thing worst experienced ever!!!

Do not go here they did a horrible job “repairing my head light” they replaced it and put in led lights they should have done it right the first time but my headlight went out so my husband opened the hood to look at it and the wiring was done half a** and their response to the job they did is I can only upgrade it on top of that they were very rude I seen they had bad reviews but I really needed my light fixed so decided to take a chance but dooo not take a chance read reviews and do not go here payed a lot of money and didn’t even last 6 months

They have life time warranty on tiny jobs just remember keep receipt

Worst service ever !!! Installers totally clueless about product and installation... I would never recommend.. took my own amplifier to be installed ..and then they told me it was not working and still charged me installation and the same day went to a competitor to troubleshoot... And there absolutely nothing wrong with the amplifier.... Car audio Depot is a rip-off

Went in to buy a new stereo, I was told everything was included. After stereo was installed I found out my steering wheel controls didnt work, I was told that would cost me am additional 100.00after paying 700.00 for the stereo. I also noticed that my blinkers were not making a sound even after leaving them on for a while. That they told me would cost me an additional 89.00. I am angry beyond belief. I had everything working when I brought it in except 1 speaker now they tell me all but 1 is working. I have been scammed and all I want is for them to get everything woring again and be done wit them. Yes they give you a better price if all the other stuff world work. Dont waste your money! They dont even rate a 1 star! Pay the extra and get a good quality installation in your vehicle.

Yall need to joint forces and sue this place. For theyre multiple fails.They installed a remote start alarm in my 99 trans am and the installer did such a Horrendous job.I bet they hire installers from offer up . Or craigs list. At random. F#k this place and the ppl who runs it!This place is a total SCAM.......

Great customer service, prices, products and professional. I have been coming here for over ten years with all my cars for tint jobs, alarms and stereos. They also have rims, tires and whole lot more!

If i could give them zero stars i would. They messed up my cars a/c vents by cutting into them. The sales men are unprofessional and immature. They sold me over $1200 worth of merchandise and they had no idea what so ever that my cell phone would not be compatible with the mirror link features i paid extra to get. After it was installed they said there was nothing they could do about fixing something that they promised me over and over again. They are not trust worthy and will just ruin any car they get. The salesmen that you should definitely watch out for is Nick he is the worst and most dishonest person i have ever dealt business with. He is rude and has no idea about the items he is selling. Bottom line is dont bring your vehicles here, they will turn an upgrade to a down grade.

I had to make an appointment 1 week prior to tint my windows and on the day of my appointment, on my way there we got stuck in traffic on Central and Holt. We got there 2 minutes late and the owner gave my appointment away saying, “ we can not waste anytime.” Worst service I’ve ever received.

Took my wife’s car to get rims and a dash cam. The dash cam stoped working a day after and I didn’t get my factory wheels they took off. I went back the next day to tell them about the camera and wheels I was told if I could come back latter on that day. So I did only to be told to come back the next day. I came back the next day and I was told the same. Long story short it’s been it’s been 5 days that I have come and they haven’t been able to help me. DONT COME TO THIS PLACE that’s all I can say.

Don’t go here. They are not professional. They are rude and condescending. They make mistakes and blame you. Tell me this any other tire /wheel professional: are hub caps a reliable source to tell how many lug nuts a wheel has? Because every hub cap I seen is snapped on not bolted down with lug nuts. They are fake rims. FAKE! How many car auto depot employees does it take to put on a rim ? Apparently fu*cking all of them and 8 hours. 8 hours to not even call and tell us that their idiots and ordered the wrong one. And they can’t even admit to making the mistake. In all there 20 years of service they never learned customer service. It’s really sad that no one there knows the guy who helped us either. All you hear is it wasn’t me I wasn’t here I didn’t do it. So you hire random people to do sales and order thousand dollar parts. And that’s my fault? Your taking a risk coming here. Just go down the street to the next one. No one can help you here. “Manager” what a joke. “Owner” what a C**t!

I took my 1 day old new car to get my Windows tinted. First it took too long for 3 guys to tint 7 windows. Second after I took my car home, I noticed that my car had scratches on it. So I went back and told the owner and she denied it was her workers. So I would not ever be going back here a again.
