My grandmother passed away and I’m having a difficult time. My sweet husband ordered me some edible arrangements because my sister from Texas always sends me them, their my favorite ( when they are fresh and not delivered at the end of the day at your residence) However, this Pomona location is completely trash, no customer service. The supervisor lied to my husband about their driver attempting to call us ( no missed calls) then he proceeded to say the driver was in the wrong location, but did try ( we have ring cameras that cover our street, the entry gate, our side of the house and no one can be found on camera) I informed him that I’ve lived here for 13 years and Waze, Google Maps and GPS all can find my home...What? What type of customer service is that, how disgusting is it that Edible Arrangement would offer same day business only to fail at delivering. I wish I could post my address for you all to see how easy my location can be found, it’s absurd. As a customer we are calling you the next day for our product that you kept and stole. You offered no resolution so we asked for a refund that the disgusting place said they couldn’t provide, so of course the conversation escalated. I can’t believe I just argued bout 12 strawberries that were $54.99 I am appalled at the treatment received and the lack of compassion of what this delivery stood for and the disrespect just left me feeling like I would never spend my money with a company like this. I guess I’ll be making my own strawberries. Thanks a lot Pomona Edible Arrangements

Today is my Papa 93rd Bday🎂🎈🎉! Elissa whom did the Delivery came across an issue getting into the complex. She was kind enough to be patient with me on the phone being that I live out of state to try and resolve this problem. Thankfully she made the delivery with such grace and patience! I went with this location because of the reviews! Sooo glad I chose this one! I highly recommend this location to yall!! Thanks again Ellisa for your kindness to my situation! I am not from the Pomona area, so I relied on the reviews of this particular location to make an order to be delivered today. It was for a special occasion, so it was important that my order got delivered today. I placed my order around 9AM and it was successful delivered by 2PM. I even called to make sure they got my order and that it would be delivered today- when I called the gentleman was very customer service oriented and assured me to not worry. I looked at several other Edible Arrangement stores and they all had under 3 star reviews due to lack of customer service or delivery of orders. I highly recommend using this location as they seem to have the customer’s experience in mind. Very satisfied today!

Our family in Oregon sent a Thanksgiving arrangement to my cousin to be delivered on Monday (yesterday).I want to say that it is BEAUTIFUL, FRESH, and DELICIOUS!! 🙂❤️

My first time ordering through this company and what a great idea BUT- the quality is horrific. I will NEVER order again. I ordered an arrangement for my boyfriend and had it delivered to his work. Youd think for the outrageous price of the arrangement you would get quality fruit especially when its delivered and opened the same day. NOPE he received an arrangement of over ripe and some rotten strawberries, pineapple and grapes. Absolute waste of money. If none of the guys in the shop will eat it you know its horrible. Then I called about it, they acted as if I was lying. On top of over priced and rotten product horrible customer service. Save your $100!!!! Dont do it!!!

So it’s valentine day and my husband spend crazy amount of money on arrangement for me and guess what it never arrived, I leave my job at 5 pm (it was my last day at that job) they call him at 6 pm that they couldn’t get inside the building. My husband was calling all day trying figuring out the status but they disconnected there phone lines and no one would answer. The delivery driver as the nerve to tell him he can delivery tomorrow or pick it up at the shop today. I’m trying to call to get my refund and looks like they disconnected there phone lines once again so unprofessional!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION !!
