The office manager was more professional and kind to my 7 year old and I than the Optometrist and his elderly assistant. While doing the exam Bobs elderly assistant would ask a question of my CHILD then Bob would tell her not to move or speak. They were both aggressively speaking to her at the same time they made my CHILD cry! Bobs attitude is as outdated as his equipment is!

Garey Vision Center is extremely professional and resourceful. My daughter was a little scared going but the staff and doctor helped her with that. She was prescribed glasses and after a week they came in. The staff helped me during their lunch break which is very uncommon, so grateful that they did and didn’t have me wait. I Recommend.

Worse service ever!!! Multiple problems from the start, doctor tried to upsell me. Then when i got my prescription glasses they gave me transitions glasses which i never asked for. Then on top of everything they mailed my glasses to me, it got stolen and they didnt even bother insuring it for the full amount that I need to buy a new pair of prescription sunglasses. Don’t go they continuously make mistakes and then keep blaming medi-cal even if you have regular insurance.

Had a quick and helpful visit, some of the only things I hope for in a doctors appointment.

Frauds and very pushy, unprofessional, tried to say we had already chose glasses from their very old selection and they were on the way to the “LAB” I had very clearly said I would go check other glasses out and they told me they would be closed on Wednesday. That was a lie, after going back and forth with the worker I called the insurance and finally let me pick up my sons prescription the same day they said was closed ?! Lol .. I’m so appalled at my experience here being in the health industry myself... I will never go here again. Park avenue was so much more professional and helpful.

It’s against the law to hold someone’s prescription ppl!! If you don’t like the glasses here expect them to not abide by that, I’m reporting them to FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION

They were awesome great receptionists she was very nice to the kids and the doctor dropped some knowledge on them thank you guys

Dr. Roberto and his staff are super nice and accomodating and knowledgeable. Got my glasses and my daughters here. Highly reomend it!
