Very helpful and if its not there they look it up send you to the store that has it

Low stock and employees dont know where anything is. I asked they said walk along the wall it might be there.

First time ever in a spirit Halloween i loved it. It was cute the prices are reasonable. The ladies there were nice and very helpful.

Customer Service at the store location 611 E. Holt Ave. In Pomona, Ca.was poor! Cashier was too busy talking to other members just standing behind the counter about what she did the day before that she did not hear me say I had a coupon. I told her again and she stated she could not honor it because she did not hear me. ( probably because she was not paying attention!) I asked her whose fault that was and she said admittedly said it was her fault. I asked the person in charge (STEPHANIE) if she could cancel and re-ring everything and she said NO! I asked (STEPHANIE) for the corporate number and she (STEPHANIE) said get it from the website. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! WE THE CUSTOMERS MAKE YOUR PAYCHECK SEASONALLY! PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Spirit Halloween is my most favorite Halloween store in my whole life I hope spirit well add even more stuff inside the store, keep up the good work spirit Halloween🎃🎃🎃👍👍👍

The people that work here are rude and do not seem interested in helping customers at all .They were standing around talking and i had to approach them, the item that i wanted only the display was left and they wouldnt sell it to me, the pther item i wanted was broken and asked if i could get a discount it was grabbed from me and told if things are broken we dont sell them

It very clearly says that this location is open until 11p, we just drove to Corona to make a purchase, pulled up at 9p and it was completely CLOSED! Hours on the door said they closed at 8p! This was a very frustrating waste of time & gas!
