Horrific product! do not buy! look at these stain issues. Even after cleaning within an hour, look how the stain soaks in. separately, everynight, simple dew stains it!

Home owner, I installed it (no prior experience). Great product compared to anything you will find at Home Depot or Lowe’s. This decking is solid and two option design on each board (just turn it over). Slip proof, water proof. This is not some cheap laminate. Better product than Trek and about 60% less per board depending on which one you choose. Great customer service.We installed it around our pool. Completely love the look and we find it easy to clean. Simple water hose and brush with soapIf needed.

Loved the product but customer service is terrible. Needed 1 more tile to finish my project. Even though it said I was perfect on square footage, fell short 1 tile due to cuts needed. Requested to purchase a tile, the response was “No you need to buy an entire case”. Asked if they gave samples and was told “No”. Very short and abrupt. Could have been more pleasant. Not willing to help out the customer.
