I had a great experience here. The waiting room is clean with toys an magazines, and a fish tank! My son had a blast looking at all the different fish.The support staff was super friendly and the audiologist Frank Strong was so friendly, accommodating and explained everything I was going to experience during my hearing test. He was great with my son too! I highly recommend.

Visited this place yesterday with my family. Receptionists were super nice but the hearing specialist was beyond ridiculous! Absolutely inpatient, no desire to help or accommodate a child and a family! Did not let me comfort my child to be able to do the test, just told me that my childs behavior is not typical and I have to go to different clinic where they can put him to sleep and do the test. I asked if we can try one ore time and let me calm his down, but she said no. I feel insulted and completely mistreated! going to file a formal complaint after get doctors details.
