That’s a good place clean friendly but the only reason why not 5 stars it’s the time that you have to wait .. we take 25 minutes for 2 raspados but it was really good

Delicious choices of raspado, beverages, tostilocos and mixture of fruits. Perfect for a hot day but their prices are pretty expensive. Ive bought my own ice shredder but its not the same..

Chamango and Fresas con Crema were both fantastic, very fresh and high quality ingredients. The store is bright and clean, very attractive, and the people are super friendly and helpful. I was ready to order in Spanish but the guy spoke fluent English too, so dont be intimidated if you dont speak Español. Ill be back for sure!

Amazing place. Always very clean and everyone there is very nice and attentive. They always treat you with a smile and pleasantly. My favorite is their Crepe which includes Nutella, Strawberry, Banana, condensed milk and powdered sugar. In addition, my all time favorite choice for drinks is the Raspado de Nuez with coconut.

The best raspados . Watermelon, mango, and pineapple are my favorites.

All of the flavors are all made from natural fruit and thats a plus for our family. Lots of ppl in the evenings but well worth the wait.

This place has the best raspados and everything that they make...I have gone to other places where they have raspados but no comparison....the flavor here is the BEST!!!However I do have a suggestion. You should have a designated person at the register taking the orders and of course helping when the line ends.I saw some people leave because no one was there to assist them..Because the person taking the order went to fill the order and the other person was also filling the order...like I said its only a suggestion...you are still the BEST!!!

The raspado i got had big lunos of ice in it. This was no crushed ice, it was more like a guava juice on the rocks... Also the table area could use some cleaning...

Absolutely the best tasting Raspados in all of California. They are authentic and have alot of exotic and natural fruit flavors that you cannot find anywhere else. They have been there since 2004 and are the original creators of the Chamango. It is a MUST if you are a chamoy lover like me.

Terrible SERVICE! They have no one directing foot traffic for social distancing. Yet they expect you to know the difference between a person moving up in the line to order verses someone simply waiting for their order. Everyone assumed that if the line moved and a party walked out it must be your turn to enter the establishment. No consideration for the disabled either. An elderly lady was about to pass out and they still made the lady wait 20 mins. Outside! The drinks are okay but not worth the trouble what so ever!

The service was good my server was great..but my COCONUT RASPADO was very watered down! Im guessing because the day was very hot and they were very busy and therefore ran out of my favorite COCONUT FLAVOR and watered it down do it was less tasteful and not very sweet🤔

Its ok. I have always had a problem with their ice, its obviously from a ice machine, its too rocky for my taste, you get better shaved ice from a street vendor. Their greñudas, pico de gallo and their bionicos are what you expect them to be, good.

They take forever to make raspados, you have to wait outside in the sun while they take they take forever to make raspados and it wasnt even that full. The lady working there would yell at people to close the front door. Completely rude.

I found this place by a mistakes but I was happy fresh produces, friendly staff. The give you real fruit in the raspados as well the place is a little ghetto but its worth it to drive in this hot summer.

Hands down my favorite place to cool down with a real fruit slices raspado! Other places i tend to find will use artificial flavoring with minimal actual fruit if any but not here! I would not mislead you, go here for your raspado needs. Great friendly staff and very clean kept facility too was a major plus🍧☺

Best tasting Raspados ever! Competition does not compare. This has been in business ever since I can remember and it’s for a reason. About 14 years of amazing taste! You must try their Chamango which tastes so much better than any Michoacána’s stuff! Their elote and yogurt is so good. All of their flavors taste very natural. They also have great smoothies and green juices for those looking for healthier options. Amazing - A MUST!

I have two go to places for raspados locally and this one is one of them. Raspados are bomb, reasonable pricing, and good service. it definitely gets busy in summer days and it gets a little stuffy/hot inside their location if youre going to eat in

My favorite place for raspados! My family and I enjoy going for smoothies, aguas, jugos, shaved ice, corn in a cup and fruit salads. My all time favorite is the Chamango and Bionico salad; there are several delicious spicy raspados. Of the natural flavors the raspado de Nuez y Cafe is my other favorite-- too many good ones - 30 flavors in all! Clean and friendly crew!

These employees were not friendly, they are over priced, and we asked them to make the banana split without strawberry ice cream because my daughter doesnt like strawberry and in the end, they got our order wrong. We had a to go order and we tried to call them. The phone number on their website is invalid it should be updated.

I went to this place on 1/12/19 I ask for a shake and fruit cocktails name bionico a guy approach me and took my order to what I ask him that in my bionico I didnt want any papaya or melon that I want it to get mango in stead he said ok. Got my order and all and to my surprise this bionico was not the best, the plate was bigger that the actual fruit portion in it and to my surprise he didnt even put mango as I request it for the 5.95 that I paid this item was not what I expected and beside he didnt even gave me what I want it in it. I will highly recommend another place in reservoir and Philadelphia ave by the Toms burgers for those of u that familiar with the area this place will give u more for ur money not like thos so call raspado Express.

Bought chopped fruit and the only fruit that was juicy was pineapple and jicama. Watermelon and cucumber tasted very dry. Probably wont order this again

Not what it used to be! Total RIP off. They barely put any mango on the chamangos Tostilocos ingredients are almost non existent. I would sadly not be returning anymore. Ive been coming since it opened and believe me theyve changed.Bye bye

Ive had a few things from here but I didnt love it. Specifically, I didnt enjoy the horchata.I feel a business like this needs to have their horchata, tamarind raspado, and bionicos be made from scratch, amazing tasting and fresh.I felt the horchata tastes like the powdered drink mix you can get at your market.

Ok if its your first time these are my recommendations: Their icon item its the chamango, shave ice with mango chunks and a bit of spice. My personal favorite Fresas con crema strawberries with sweet cream. The healthy food option and also one of my favorites here is cottage xpress, its a fruit salad with cottage cheese, walnuts and honey on top.

I highly recommend basically all that they have to offer. A+
